Hotel Mirna - Terme & Wellness Lifeclass

I have only the best words for this hotel and their employees, all of them were extremely friendly, helpful and positive. All services and amenities as well as condition, hygiene and a**osphere are excellent, i will for sure be back and would warmly recommend this place to all - families, romantic couples of friend groups! e.g. we were welcomed with colored eggs on orthodox Easter morning in the restaurant, although in Slovenia Easter holidays happened ca one month ago! We were allowed to use the parking lot for the whole day after we checked out! We asked for a kettle for water in the room and we got it although this is not planned service in this hotel. The food was every day very good, fresh, tasty and each day different, always with fish or veggie options, always with a lot of healthy food, e.g. beetroot and carrot juice i have not seen even in the 5 stars hotels so often, better to say extremely rarely! they have it, fresh! so if you want to feel like home (no luxury, just veeeery nice and comfortable), you may freely go there! This hotel is very expensive for what you get. 200€ per night for a normal room with balcony… 12 € per day just to work for one night.. the hotel has old 90’s style and vibe, with rooms and lobby as back in the days. The breakfast was the worst, chaotic. In general this is maybe better for a kids families.

An extraordinary surprise in all aspects. The hotel accommodations were amazing. The staff is multilingual and helped with every possible request. Rooms and amenities are clean, spacious, and welcoming. Great breakfast buffet. Central location, near the bus stop. Also, public transportation is more than affordable and takes you almost anywhere, including nearby Croatia and Italy. Although the beaches don't have sand, the water is clean. Great vacation for families, couples, and solo travelers.

Fully recommend staying at one of the Lifeclass Hotels. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Numerous amenities. Close to public transportation. Best breakfast ever. Great views from all rooms. Will return.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. At check-in we lost more than 2 hours because of parking. The number of parking spots is negligible relative to the number of rooms. So the hotel uses a parking lot 3 kilometers away from the hotel. Which is serviced by the valet of the hotel with one guest car. We were at least 30 families arriving within a short period of time. A total mess, loss of holiday time and a terrible experience. The room was big, but refrigerator was not cleaned after the previous guests. And some belongings of them (clothes) were still in the wardrobe. The toilet I had to disinfect by myself. There is a big water damage at the shower ceiling. Some renovation would be needed. Through the thin walls you could hear everything what was spoken in the neighboring room. Even understand the words at night. The hotel beach was totally unprepared, although that is already the second long weekend and the temperature is above 30 degrees Celsius. No sunchair service, no beach bar, no open toilet. Everybody is peeing around. The hotel breakfast is extremely basic, you should not lose more than 15 minutes there.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel Mirna con mio marito e mia figlia per una breve vacanza di 4 giorni e la voglia di ritornarci presto, ora che siamo a casa, è tanta! Della catena Life Class, questo hotel è il più tranquillo. Abbiamo apprezzato la pace e il silenzio anche nelle camere insonorizzate. Le piscine per adulti e bambini sono raggiungibili a piedi e in accappatoio attraverso tunnel al coperto che collegano i 6 hotel della catena. C'è più di un centro Wellness a disposizione, con massaggi fanghi e cure termali. La cena è a self-service così come la colazione. Abbiamo riscontrato una bella varietà di cibo, verdure, frutta che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale, anche nel parlare italiano. Il parcheggio è disponibile a pagamento sia scoperto (a 2 km dall'hotel con servizio navetta) che coperto nel garage sotto l'hotel. Disponibile il mini club con tante animatrici e un piccolo parco giochi all'interno. La posizione è ottimale, a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare, con negozi e ristoranti subito disponibili. Complimenti per la gestione a tutto lo staff...questo fa la differenza nel soddisfare i clienti!

En groupe, j’ai passé trois nuits en solo à l’hôtel Mirna. Belle surprise, ma chambre 402 est très spacieuse et a vue sur la mer ! Deux lits accolés formant un vaste espace de sommeil, un canapé, un bureau-coiffeuse, une jolie petite terrasse donnant sur des arbres avec une large vue mer, un mini-bar garni ( en supplément ), une grande salle de bains avec baignoire, le tout très propre et très calme, que demander de plus ? La situation de l’hôtel permet de se rendre sur le front de mer par une pente assez raide ( qu’il faut remonter ensuite !) mais restaurants et ****** sont vraiment à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant ( malgré le jus d’orange industriel !) il y a un bon choix et le personnel est aux petits soins. Comme j’étais avec un groupe, je n’ai pas eu le choix des repas, commandés, mais bons, copieux et servis rapidement. La vaste et lumineuse salle à manger peut cependant être assez bruyante en cas d’affluence. Petite déception pour la piscine, non encore ouverte à cette saison : c’est un assez petit bassin hors-sol, mais on peut profiter de la piscine de l’hôtel voisin Apollo en empruntant des couloirs internes ( la location du peignoir coûte 6€!)…N’y étant pas allée, je ne peux en dire davantage.

Das war das komplizierteste 4-Sterne Hotel (Check-In ab 20:00 in einem anderen Hotel) mit den meisten kostenpflichtigen Extras (Bademantel 6€ und das bei einem Thermen-/Wellnesshotel) in dem ich je war. Es macht den Eindruck, als wären ein paar benachbarte Hotels von LifeClass gekauft und durch Gänge und Lifte verbunden worden; aber manchmal geht der Weg nur in eine Richtung. Ein Abenteuer! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einer großen Gruppe Kinder empfangen, die in der Lobby und vor dem Hotel sehr laut waren. Die Rezeptionistin im anderen Hotel hat aber einen Night guard geschickt und dann war es besser. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war schon voll, also wurden wir zu einem ca 1 km entfernten Parkplatz geshuttlet, der nicht überwacht wurde und trotzdem 12€ (für Allgemeinheit 17€) gekostet hat. Über diese Kosten wurden wir leider nicht informiert (haben aber aufgrund Rezensionen damit gerechnet). Die inkludierte Therme war wirklich nett, allerdings auch sehr voll, nachdem 6 Hotels & Tagesgäste Eintritt haben. Die Zimmer waren gut und geräumig, einem österr. 3-Sterne Hotel entsprechend, würde ich sagen. Der TV hatte deutsche Sender, allerdings waren diese erst am Abend im Dienst. Das WLAN im Zimmer war sehr schwach: am Fußende 3 Balken, am Kopfende 1 Balken 😃. Das Frühstück war dafür sehr reichhaltig und hat sämtliche Vorlieben bedient, inkl. Intoleranzen. Den Kaffee mögen Menschen, die Instant Kaffee mögen 😄
