Hotel Portsmouth dengan Gim

I believe this was my first stay at a Quality Inn and I figured it would be so-so. Boy, was I wrong. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and seemed very engaged with her job. You felt she honestly wanted you to have a good stay (vs. a monotone spiel about the hotel). Instead of handing us a pat list of restaurant recommendations, she actually asked us what we had in mind (downtown or close by, what type of food, casual or fancy) before making thoughtful recommendations. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable and had a great night’s sleep. Ample outlets to plug you phone charging adapters in. Free Wi-Fi. Vanity/sink was separate from the bathroom. Shower was easy to access and had great water pressure. Large assortment of items at hot breakfast and a large dining area as well (didn’t have to “stake out” a table first before getting your breakfast). Clean, modern lounge area in the lobby and snacks available to purchase. Did not try out the pool. If I wanted to nitpick: you could sometimes hear people walking in the room above you, no garbage can or exhaust fan in the bathroom, towels perfectly functional but not plush. Bottom line: good value for money, friendly staff, comfortable sleep, hearty breakfast - I would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, but you need to request everyday for amenities instead of it should be automatically refilled everyday.

Stayed one night at the RI Downtown Portsmouth. When I checked in on line I put our arrival time at 10:00 a.m. we actually arrived at 9:30 and our one bedroom suite was ready. Sophie checked us in with another young lady (Her name escapes me.) and we were up in our room in a flash. I got a text from Sophie a few minutes later. She wanted to confirm that everything in the room was okay. This has rarely, if ever happened to me before. The suite was perfect. Full kitchen and separate living room. We had no issues or problems. We had a great view from our 5th floor window. We used the valet service. Jordan got our car for us on a few occasions in lass than 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was the usual RI fare. Coffee was excellent. I used the fitness center. I was small but had what I needed. We had late checkout until 3 pm. Great staff. Highly recommend.

This place is so nice!! It's close to all kinds of big box stores and restaurants, but It's off the beaten path and it's so cozy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant actually had good food. The indoor pool was great. The rooms were very nice. Our bed was super comfortable. I really liked that we could Log into our streaming services on the TV. My family and I were super impressed with this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

This hotel is just horrendous it says smoke free hotel it was disgusting the fotos are nothing to what the actual hotel is. Walk in smelled urine mildew the Libby furniture was all worn I checked in the room stunk smoke **** odor called front desk gave me key to another room in second floor, the elevator floor was sticky I thought my crocs where going to come off my feet. The second room was just sprayed with something hide the odor, went downstairs requested reimbursement was not given while we waited for receipt showing we checked out in 10 minutes a guy with a 24 pack of beer walked in with a lady that looked like a junki…. That did it, sealed it I will never again book Best Western take this hotel off your site. I have never seen a Best Western like this…. I always enjoyed my stay not here $170.00 lost that’s how bad

In town for a business meeting and this was close. As a Hilton member, I am always trying to stay in their properties. Fine location for what I needed and quiet surroundings. Was on the 5th floor, which was nice. Room was fine but hotel could use a major renovation. If im in the area again, will stay here.

Good value for money, although the hotel is located quite far from the town centre. Large, clean rooms. They have a small gym and free coffee/water for guests. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast though. The staff attitude could be better towards the guests. One of the guys at the reception simply doesn't know what a basic etiquette is (at least to say ”hello” to his guests).
