The hotel is nice, the room was so comfortable and clean and the restaurant service was great

Good Place to stay.

SPANISH:// EL PEOR HOTEL!! El personal pesimo!! Marqué a recepcion para pedir un Cambio de habitacion pues la TV no funcionaba me dijeron -en 10 mins le regreso la llamada- y JAMAS ME LLAMARON!! PESIMO!! El precio que pagué por una habitacion que no respetaron cuando llegué; la reserva incluía impuestos e IVA yNO LO RESPETARON!! 👎👎👎 Elegimos este hotel porque buscamos hoteles con JACUZZI en *********** y adivinen qué?? NI siquiera una Tina!! más de 900 pesos por un hotel horrendo. El enchufe del secador de pelo en el baño estaba derretido y era INSEGURO, tuvé que dormir con el cabello mojado. La Máquina de café en la habitación no sirvió. La tarjeta de entrada para la puerta se desactivó dos veces y tuve que bajar a activarla Al menos había "desayuno gratis", así que me desperté y pedí un "desayuno americano" ... esto es lo que obtuve. Dos huevos fritos y un montón de frijoles salados sobre frijoles, no pues, "PROVECHO". ENGLISH:// AVOID!! Price I paid at reception was more than price quoted on *********** despite booking it on *********** and it saying the price was inclusive of all fees TV HDMI didn't work and reception said they would find us a solution and never called us back Plug to the hairdryer in bathroom was melted and unsafe so I had to sleep with wet hair Coffee machine in room broken Entry card for door deactivated itself twice We chose this hotel because we searched for hotels with baths on *********** and guess what. No baths HOWEVER even though I paid over 900 pesos for a terrible hotel atleast there was free breakfast so I woke up and ordered an "American breakfast".... this is what I got. Two fried eggs and a pile of cold over salted beans. Bon appetite

The hotel is overall good since it is clean and well mantained, but very slow, check in at night was slow even thou they have two poeple at the desk an only 1 person ahead of me. Parking was not diffcult even thou the parking lot is around the block. Even thou i payed for taking an extra person and being cleared by the clerk that by doing that all our breackfast were included, it was necesary to clarify on the desk the next day to make it valid. The waitress made me do that, but after it respected the deal. So i think that is more of a business hotel.

Mi reciente estancia en este hotel fue una grata experiencia. Desde el primer momento, me sentí bienvenido gracias al excelente servicio al cliente que recibí. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y contaban con agua caliente y café, detalles que sin duda aumentaron mi comodidad. La rapidez y eficiencia en la facturación también fueron un punto a destacar. Solo tuve que entregar la CSF e indicar el uso de CFDI para recibir la factura en menos de una hora. Aunque solo fue una noche de estancia, todos estos detalles marcaron una gran diferencia. Se nota que el hotel se preocupa por ofrecer un servicio de calidad a sus huéspedes. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, agradable y con un servicio al cliente excepcional.

Servicio: amables, cálidos y atentos. Comida: rica y con ingredientes de calidad, hubo variedad en el buffet, buen café y panadería. Habitacion: bastante grande, cómoda y bonita. Excelente ubicación, dentro del centro de la ciudad.

Absolut herausragend war die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Zimmer sind gut, mit allem was es braucht. Das Restaurant ist eine gute Adresse in einer eher unschönen Stadt. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde auch wieder dort übernachten.
