Hotel robi wrażenie czegoś co kiedyś było ekskluzywne, a teraz jest poprostu ok na jedna noc. Widać bieg czasu, plus to basen, sauny poprostu są, śniadanie dobre jest wybór, za szlafrok dodatkowa opłata 20zl przy tej cenie za pokój słabo ale najgorsze bandyctwo to 95 zł za parking za dobę! 6 stów za pokój plus parking daje 700 złotych za dobę! W tym hotelu za tą cenę absolutnie NIE! Napewno podczas kolejnej wizyty w Poznaniu pomine ten obiekt, naprawdę można za tą cenę znaleźć dużo lepszy hotel.

Hotel położony w samym centrum miasta. Pokój na 16pietrze z pięknym widokiem na Poznań. Jedno z miejsc na mapie Polski do którego chce się wracać! Udało nam się skorzystać z winestone - domowe lemoniady były orzeźwiające, a jedzenie przepyszne. Dziekujemy za miłe powitanie w hotelu i wysoki poziom obsługi do samego końca pobytu :) Pozdrowienia dla całego zespołu :)

Hampton by Hilton had everything that I needed on a business trip - great location, comfortable bed, nice and cozy room and a very good breakfast. I appreciate the variety of healthy options they serve for breakfasts as well as the coffee. I'm very pleased with my stay and would like to come back again someday.

Location is about 15mins easy walk from Poznan Glowny. The hotel is close to a major shopping centre (and thus eateries), the Stary Browar. Reception was welcoming, helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about their city. Clean room and toilet, well planned to make maximum use of space. The window opened to let in fresh air and sunlight. The kitchen area was wonderful - very clean and white, with green potted plants (albeit plastic) all around. It had a toaster and microwave.The adjoining terrace area provided fresh air and sunlight. On entry, I noted a slight musty (?) smell but it soon disappeared. I rated the hotel value-for-money, 10/10

I have just returned from a 3 night stay and was very happy with my experience. From the plane landing, to being in my room was less than 30 minutes. Check in was quick and all the staff were very polite and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, so it took a while to get up there, as the lift was very slow but the room was good. Being on 11th floor, the views over the city, to the south, were great, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with a big bathroom which, again, was very clean. There was a TV, a locker for hanging clothes, along with a desk and chair and 2 bottles on water. The bed was very comfortable but they do not clean your room, every day, unless you request it but that was not a problem. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review was because the young lady who served in the lobby bar was so bad tempered and miserable. Both times I was in there, she never smiled once and she really looked as if she hated her job. She was not actually rude to me but a smile would have been nice, as well as saying hello and thank you, which she did not. The hotel is situated just under a 15 minute walk from the old town and the area is very safe, with cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Selected this hotel in the centre for 160 euros for a 3 night stay via booking.com which seemed like a bargain for a twin room in September. Easy to locate from the airport - 20 minutes in a cheap and reliable Bolt or Uber taxi from the airport or train station. Reception area gave the feeling of a modern, brand new and clean hotel with English speaking staff (who also appreciate a little Polish greeting now and again!) Lifts in great working order and plenty of room for pushchairs, wheelchairs & suitcases. Located right in the market Square 5-10 mins from the old town square. Cafes, shops and restaurants very close - lovely Greek restaurant a few doors away and a selection of cabin/pop up bars in the square opposite. Beware of extensive building and roadworks taking place in Poznan right now which is causing major disruption to tram and bus services in the city centre. There wasn't a lot of noise, but access is rather sketchy - particularly in the old town where at the moment there is no paving, the walkways are uneven, muddy & narrow and you are unable to access the central town hall or churches. There are narrow plinths to access shops and restaurants over deep trenches in the old town square which doesn't make it very inclusive to disabled visitors or those who have specific mobility needs. Worth mentioning as it's incredibly disappointing if like me, you enjoy the full experience but need proper access to a lot of the attractions. Roadworks appear to be ongoing for quite some time - do check before booking a trip to Poznan. That said, it's still a lovely city and worth a visit if you don't mind the roadworks and access issues so much. Rooms in the hotel are small and basic but have everything you need for a comfortable stay - temperature control, windows that open, private bathroom with a good shower and body wash included, very comfortable beds, tea & coffee making facilities space to hang clothing for a few days. It’s a worst 4 star establishment I stayed in! No kettle no milk no shampoo neither any conditioner! Rude staff ( miss Monika ) disgusting mannerisms. I arrived to the hotel only for two nights ( I knew from the start I wasn’t going to be amazed as the hotel didn’t look 4 star at all). Got in to the room ( furniture not put back in properly the bedside table wasn’t parallel to the wall ) you only get one bedside table also ( joke) only one room key provided even tho I need one for electricity ( that means if you’re out you can’t charge your devices ).got two single duvets only (no double available) imagine if you’re going for a romantic getaway with your other half but can’t share the bed due to the duvet arrangement! Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the fifth floor. I couldn’t sleep due to lack of the appropriate size duvet to cover myself and sleep comfortably and what is the worst hotel staff was not willing to do anything to improve it !

booked a room with booking, with no cancel option, I gave my card, but my card was not charged (sms after couple of hours). In the meantime my plans were changed, so I did not slept in Hotel Topaz in Poznań. I was waiting for a charge from my account. Day later I phoned the hotel and said that I had the change my plans, but I will pay. Reception said, It is OK, no problem and I do not have to pay.

Dzien dobry. pierwszy raz gościłam się w Sheratonie poznańskim. Zastanawiam się jak to jest możliwe żeby w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym możn dać do dyzpozycji pokoj z piękniętą conajmiej do połowy klapą klozetową i znieotwierającym się efektywnie koszem na śmieci w łazience a to nie są wysokie koszta aby to naprawić i dopatrzyć zanim się zaproponuje klijentowi taki pokój w 5-cio gwiazdkowym hotelu. To niegodne 5 gwiazdek ale nawyzej 4 albo tylko 3. Poza tym wynajęlam łożko King size a mialam niestety pokoò z dwoma malymi łożkami. Ale byłam zbyt zmęczona zeby zjeść na recepcję i zamieniac w srodku nocy. Jeszcze jedno chcialabym dorzucić wzięto ode mnie około 48-50 € przed wejściem do pokoju mimo ze pokoj byl opłacony i po wyjeździe miało być zwrócone i przelane na npwo na konto. Chyba nie 2 kapsułki kawy expresso i 2 torebki herbaty ktore zużyłam kosztowały 50 euros ! Może wzieto mnie za odpowiedzialną za zepsucie deski klozetowej !? Pezecież nie będę robić zdjeć o północy przy wejściu do pokoju jako dowód ze to nie ja zrobiłam tylko że tak zastałam wchodząc do ppkoju. Poza tym zamowiłam budzenie i nikt nie zadzwonił jak było umówione. Osoba z recepcji ktrorą porosiłam o wytłumaczenie drogi na dworzec wczesnym rankiem zrobiła to nietaktownie biroąc mnie za *****kę ktora nic nie rozumie lecz po 4 godzinach snu,długiej podroży i całym tygodniu pracy może nie za pierwszym razem wszytko jest jasne.... Z tego co wymieniłam powyżej niestety nie czułam się gpszczona w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym. Dużo jeżdżę po świecie i Sheraton poznaski w obsłudze i wyposażeniu odbiega od standartow innych hoteli 5gwiazdkowych na innych kontynetach. Przykro mi ale już nie będę gościła więcej w panstwa hotelu i nie zrobię dobrej reklamy. Pozdrawiam

Central location, good value & service, with clean large rooms, while the Winestone restaurant & bar is also welcoming. The only negatives were the softish pillows, (despite requesting firm i pre-booking), as well as the ridiculous design of 1 toilet servicing all & sundry, (men, women & handicap), in the foyer & for the bar/restaurant, which seems totally inadequate and to make matters worse you have to mess around with a fiddly digital keypad to gain access?! Thus, be forewarned if having a few bevvies!
