Very well located hotel right across from the airport. Comfortable and clean bed. The rooms need some minor repairs, but for a one-night transit it was perfect.

Clean, comfortable airport hotel. Met my expectations.

#positive #I was happy with the Bed cleanliness, Staff attitude; It's really close, especially for those who take a flight in the morning. It's too quiet when I arrive at the airport at 16:00. There's no place to rest. This hotel is similar to domestic express hotels. The advantage is the distance. The airport is just across the road. I suggest changing the door lock. In this day and age, I use a key to open the door, and the anti-locking device is still broken. I used a cabinet to prop up the door when I slept at night. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, so there is definitely no problem with safety. Even if I sleep alone, I still recommend changing the lock.

This hotel is desperately looking for refurbishment as many rooms are either having problems or cracks walls ceiling or paint pealing off or doors lock not working Aircon not working room opposite to room 34 need urgent looking corner of wall is missing Aircon not working cannot regulate heater . bathroom silicone come off fungus on the bath .

The hotel is in a great location facing the airport and ideal for catching the early morning flights (why else would one stay here?). It's located behind a high sound wall but there's an opening to allow access to the bus stop and pedestrian crossing to the terminal. The hotel is OK but not well maintained (parts of the lighting by my room had failed and the corridor was dark). It's rooms are in two blocks. The rooms have no kettles etc. The bathroom was bright but water pressure in the shower poor. Also, door of shower did not quite close. TV channels were odd ... only in Polish, German and Italian. Did not have a meal here as arrived after 2100h and left soon after 0600h.

It is not the first time I stay in the hotel as I regularli fly to Poznan. This time I was forced to cancel the reservation because of Lufthansa strike and the hotel did not accept my cancelation request and charge 100% of the booking. I can partially understand but this is not the way. Next time I will select other hotel...

Cosy hotel right by the airport; easy access to the city centre. Very comfy! Staff are so lovely and helpful. The lady who checked us in was so kind! Shout out to Veronica for making us coffees at 6am! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

You can't really get much closer to the airport than this unless you want to sleep on the airport benches! Decent no thrills hotel with basic amenities. The choice of TV channels could be better, there isn't a hairdryer in the room and they don't list the WiFi password anywhere in the room. I was also given a room on the ground floor which was a bit noisy but thankfully I had brought along a pair of ear plugs. At the end of the day it does what it has to: clean, comfortable bed, and most importantly a 2 minute walk to the airport while also a 6€ Uber ride to the centre of Poznan.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay ahead of an early flight. Staff all friendly, particularly Weronika on the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. Room clean and quiet. Would certainly return. Less than 5min walk to the arrival/departure hall.

Scandalous treatment of the cooperation inquiry. Such a lack of professionalism and approach to the client is really rare. To sum up, there are many other facilities that offer professionalism and a reliable approach to the client. We do not recommend.
