Hotel di Poznan City Center, Poznan

Omg! So much great energy! Great team and amazing bar with great food! I was really surprised of that place! When I will back to Poznań I will choose this hotel again! I do not want stay in any Sheraton or Hampton - they are the same everywhere, but this one is absolutely wonderful! Please, take the rooms on the highest floor! The view - especially during the sunsets and sunrises are amazing!

The good points: Location was excellent, a short walk from train station in one direction and to the city centre in the other direction. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was absolutely suberb , a great range of items every morning. Breakfast room was available throughout the day with facilities for making coffee. Room was clean, lighting was good and room temperature was just right. Security system for access to the rooms was good. The not so good points (the bed): We booked a deluxe room but to be honest, I'm not sure we actually got one (Room 107) . One side of the double bed was right against a wall, meaning that one person had to climb over the other to get in or out of bed. The mattress was one of the softest I've ever experienced, very uncomfortable and not good for anyone with even minor back problems. Only one pillow was provided - usually there are extra pillows available for anyone who wants them. There were no bedside tables although there were good reading lights on the wall behind. However, presumably in an effort to compensate for the lack of bedside tables, there was a shelf situated just above the head of the bed. This proved excellent for accidentally cracking your skull from time to time until you eventually learned the lesson. Overall we were happy with the hotel but I'd like a clearer idea of what a deluxe room should be if I was booking again

Die Lage ist im Zentrum. Man kann zu Fuß zum Old Town von Poznan. Das Zimmer ist ganz sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich würde gerne weiter B&B Hotel Poznan Old Town auswählen, wenn ich wieder Poznan besuche.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel recently. This was only our second visit to Poznan but having read the reviews we were really looking forward to staying at the property. We stayed on the 3rd floor in what was like a suite. Very spacious indeed and comfortably furnished. There was a double bed and a double sofa bed, both were an excellent size. Have to say that the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable and I think an adult may find it difficult to sleep on. The bathroom was big and finished to a good standard, clean and tidy. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. There’s decent section of food both hot and cold including meats, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts plus much more. Breakfast takes place in the bar area that is open some nights. At the point we were there is was open on Saturday, closed Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, open Wednesday. It’s a very nice looking area in the evening, well laid out with soft lighting but we didn’t get chance to spend any time in there due to our itinerary. The hotel is in an excellent location and a 10 minute stroll to the main square, very well placed. All in all I’d give it a 5 star rating - so why only 4 star? Well I was a bit annoyed with he person who seemed to be in charge of the reception area. When we checked in we noticed that as standard the hotel only offers one small flat pillow per person. That for me would mean a pretty uncomfortable stay so I nipped down to reception shortly after we’d checked in to request a couple more pillows. We were met with an abrupt “no, we don’t have any available and we won’t for at least another 2 nights”. This was said in front of other members of hotel staff and he seemed quite unprofessional based on my experience in other Polish hotels by comparison. At the least, for such a basic comfort request I’d have expected a “sorry no but we’ll try and get you some as soon as we can which may take a day or two” - for front of house customer service his attitude could do with being polished up a bit. I did send the hotel an email that evening re the request but they didn’t offer the courtesy of a response which was strange given I’d communicated on several occasions prior to my arrival and they’d always been prompt and polite in their response. Ironically, the following morning I asked the house keeping lady if there was any pillows available. “No problem” she replied and when we arrived back at our room later in the evening she’d provided us with more than enough pillows. She was really great and it was much appreciated. All that being said - Would I return, yes and I would recommend the hotel. It’s comfortable, with nice rooms, a great breakfast and an excellent location in a fantastic city.

Cudowny hotel. Położony blisko rynku . Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne,i obsługa przemiła. Pokoje czyste a łozka mega wygodne. Czułam się tam n społecznie. Polecam

Pobyt zapowiadał się ciekawie: parking i pokój (choć zapewnionego powitalnego drinku nie było) - ok, a kolacja serwowana - dość dobra z miłą obsługą, nawet już po oficjalnym zamknięciu restauracji. Cóż szczęście prysło, gdy przyszło jeść śniadanie: widok zwiniętych, wyschniętych wędlin odstręczał, podobnie tak jak i jajek w majonezie (a właściwie w zastygłej jego namiastce), a smak tego co wyglądało lepiej, był zwyczajnie nijaki. Miało się wrażenie, że te śniadanie było przygotowane dwa dni wcześniej i też nikt wtedy za bardzo nie chciał jeść. A mogło być tak pięknie…

You won’t be disappointed this residents is perfect, all new and so clean and modern, right in Central. We walk everywhere, bars and restaurants all around left and right. Old market Square also a short walk, yes it’s still under construction and fenced off, you can still sit at all the restaurants inside and out if you don’t mind a bit of dirt and narrow pathways beside the fences. Don’t let this put you off it’s still an amazing site.

I was booked it through *********** and was believing that it was hotel but when arrived it turned out that it is a hostel. The service was lovely, lady was really polite, showed me the apartment which was really nice. I booked Deluxe suit, would have liked it it more if instead combining 2 beds together and calling it double bed the actual double bed was there. I loved how clean it was, the bathroom only need handles near shower and the heating system was a bit loud to my liking hence it disturb my sleep so unfortunnately it not a place for me to return.

I recently stayed at Novotel Poznan Centrum and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city very convenient, with key attractions like the Old Market Square within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to start the day right. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness center and the efficient housekeeping service.
