Hotel berhampiran Jeziorko Zimna Woda, Poznan

Je suis habituée de séjourner dans cet établissement, le personnel est toujours aux petits soins, prêt à rendre service... Cependant, lors de mon dernier séjour, il y a un bémol, car certains clients de cet hôtel (surtout les membres d'une équipe de tournage d'une série) ne respectaient pas les gestes barrières vu que nous sommes en crise sanitaire... C'est doublement inquiétant , car ce non respect des gestes barrières se déroulait lors des petits dejeuners... Surtout qu'il y avait des masques et des gants mis à la disposition de la clientèle !

Everything was perfect. Smooth check-in, room change and the whole stay. My go to in PZN.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location. It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting. Poznan is a very authentic city and you feel more like a local than a tourist which I really liked. From this hotel, you can easily get to the main train station by tram (can purchase the ticket at hotel reception) Regarding the hotel, I cannot speak highly enough about it. I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website. I had 3 blissful night’s sleep. The members of staff are wonderfully friendly, professional, and efficient while creating a real feeling of home. Bartosz at reception gave me some great advice and thank you also to the boy who sorted out the phone adaptor for me. The food in the restaurant is super. There is a very extensive breakfast menu and the roast sea bream for dinner is so good. You would have to taste the asparagus soup to believe how good it is. As a solo traveller, I also felt totally safe. Polish people are very friendly, kind and helpful. Language is not a barrier to being helped find places. I enjoyed my whole experience so much (went to beautiful Wroclaw on the second day) that I have already booked to go back at the end of August to the Vivaldi hotel in Karpacz and finishing it up back here for the last two days. Stayed here for 4 nights end of August 2023. Check in was simple and informative. Arrived later than expected due to Air Traffic Control problem in UK. Hotel arranged taxi for us which was very efficient. Good size room with safe, small fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Plenty toiletries. Also complimentary bottle of wine which was red from hotel but could not be changed for white unfortunately. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from fruit juice, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, pastries and cooked breakfast. Staff very pleasant. 10/15 minutes walk to Old Town.

Gorąco polecam organizowanie imprezy w tym hotelu. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Pani manager przygotowała przyjęcie zgodnie z wszystkimi wytycznymi ( w innych hotelach na siłę próbowano przeforsować swoje wizje, nie słuchając czego od nich oczekuję). Menu dopasowane do moich potrzeb. Pyszne jedzenie,sympatyczny szef kuchni. Obsługa w trakcie przyjęcia na najwyższym poziomie. Cała załoga uśmiechnięta i bardzo starająca się aby spotkanie było udane. Bardzo dziękuję za przesympatyczny i smaczny wieczór.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay and was very happy with my experience. From the plane landing, to being in my room was less than 30 minutes. Check in was quick and all the staff were very polite and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, so it took a while to get up there, as the lift was very slow but the room was good. Being on 11th floor, the views over the city, to the south, were great, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with a big bathroom which, again, was very clean. There was a TV, a locker for hanging clothes, along with a desk and chair and 2 bottles on water. The bed was very comfortable but they do not clean your room, every day, unless you request it but that was not a problem. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review was because the young lady who served in the lobby bar was so bad tempered and miserable. Both times I was in there, she never smiled once and she really looked as if she hated her job. She was not actually rude to me but a smile would have been nice, as well as saying hello and thank you, which she did not. The hotel is situated just under a 15 minute walk from the old town and the area is very safe, with cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

One night stay in Poznań. Hotel in a quiet part of the city opposite the Zoo. Check in was efficient although no mention of WUDI (no detail in room) room was a good size, very clean. Nicely decorated both in room and rest of hotel. Windows that properly open for ventilation. I was next to the lift but wasn’t disturbed. Those that prefer a powerful shower may be disappointed. Also be aware there is construction in a neighbouring building which started quite early, other than that no noise. This was a good priced stay I’ve I’d I use again when back in the city.

Hotel robi wrażenie czegoś co kiedyś było ekskluzywne, a teraz jest poprostu ok na jedna noc. Widać bieg czasu, plus to basen, sauny poprostu są, śniadanie dobre jest wybór, za szlafrok dodatkowa opłata 20zl przy tej cenie za pokój słabo ale najgorsze bandyctwo to 95 zł za parking za dobę! 6 stów za pokój plus parking daje 700 złotych za dobę! W tym hotelu za tą cenę absolutnie NIE! Napewno podczas kolejnej wizyty w Poznaniu pomine ten obiekt, naprawdę można za tą cenę znaleźć dużo lepszy hotel.
