Mi sono fermato qui diverse volte in questi anni, l'hotel è facilmente accessibile con un parcheggio lineare difronte all'entrata , un ristorante sopra la media dei ristoranti di cui sono dotati gli Hotel di questa categoria, la colazione offre prodotti di buona qualità, il petsonale è preparato e normalmente gentile. Da non dimenticare il servizio Sauna che puoi riservare per 1 ora gratuitamente. L'Hotel è in una zona periferica ma per chi viaggia in auto e cerca soprattutto servizio e tranquillità questa è una buona soluzione. Tonino

Gorąco polecam organizowanie imprezy w tym hotelu. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Pani manager przygotowała przyjęcie zgodnie z wszystkimi wytycznymi ( w innych hotelach na siłę próbowano przeforsować swoje wizje, nie słuchając czego od nich oczekuję). Menu dopasowane do moich potrzeb. Pyszne jedzenie,sympatyczny szef kuchni. Obsługa w trakcie przyjęcia na najwyższym poziomie. Cała załoga uśmiechnięta i bardzo starająca się aby spotkanie było udane. Bardzo dziękuję za przesympatyczny i smaczny wieczór.

It’s a worst 4 star establishment I stayed in! No kettle no milk no shampoo neither any conditioner! Rude staff ( miss Monika ) disgusting mannerisms. I arrived to the hotel only for two nights ( I knew from the start I wasn’t going to be amazed as the hotel didn’t look 4 star at all). Got in to the room ( furniture not put back in properly the bedside table wasn’t parallel to the wall ) you only get one bedside table also ( joke) only one room key provided even tho I need one for electricity ( that means if you’re out you can’t charge your devices ).got two single duvets only (no double available) imagine if you’re going for a romantic getaway with your other half but can’t share the bed due to the duvet arrangement! Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the fifth floor. I couldn’t sleep due to lack of the appropriate size duvet to cover myself and sleep comfortably and what is the worst hotel staff was not willing to do anything to improve it !

Everything was perfect. Smooth check-in, room change and the whole stay. My go to in PZN.

Stayed here for 4 nights end of August 2023. Check in was simple and informative. Arrived later than expected due to Air Traffic Control problem in UK. Hotel arranged taxi for us which was very efficient. Good size room with safe, small fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Plenty toiletries. Also complimentary bottle of wine which was red from hotel but could not be changed for white unfortunately. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from fruit juice, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, pastries and cooked breakfast. Staff very pleasant. 10/15 minutes walk to Old Town.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location. It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting. Poznan is a very authentic city and you feel more like a local than a tourist which I really liked. From this hotel, you can easily get to the main train station by tram (can purchase the ticket at hotel reception) Regarding the hotel, I cannot speak highly enough about it. I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website. I had 3 blissful night’s sleep. The members of staff are wonderfully friendly, professional, and efficient while creating a real feeling of home. Bartosz at reception gave me some great advice and thank you also to the boy who sorted out the phone adaptor for me. The food in the restaurant is super. There is a very extensive breakfast menu and the roast sea bream for dinner is so good. You would have to taste the asparagus soup to believe how good it is. As a solo traveller, I also felt totally safe. Polish people are very friendly, kind and helpful. Language is not a barrier to being helped find places. I enjoyed my whole experience so much (went to beautiful Wroclaw on the second day) that I have already booked to go back at the end of August to the Vivaldi hotel in Karpacz and finishing it up back here for the last two days. Location is about 15mins easy walk from Poznan Glowny. The hotel is close to a major shopping centre (and thus eateries), the Stary Browar. Reception was welcoming, helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about their city. Clean room and toilet, well planned to make maximum use of space. The window opened to let in fresh air and sunlight. The kitchen area was wonderful - very clean and white, with green potted plants (albeit plastic) all around. It had a toaster and microwave.The adjoining terrace area provided fresh air and sunlight. On entry, I noted a slight musty (?) smell but it soon disappeared. I rated the hotel value-for-money, 10/10

Great Location and looks nice just 100 m from the only Tram 13 which goes two stops into the Bombed Out City centre. Renovations will take years and no tram routes through it but walking from nearest stops to the Once beautifull Town square is not difficult. Easy way to get from hotel to main station is 13 tram east two stops to very handy area of Kornicha and the either trams 2 5 and 18 which stop at the very big train station. Twin bedded very quiet room meant you had to be a contorsionist to use wardrobe? Hope you are younger than us or can move uncomfortable bed. Air con excellent and quiet on low floor. Nice shower no kettle or safe .THE Worste flat mattress for Accor group?. Beds made once in 4 nights ? and very very slow service in quiet restraunt. Food was tasty. but 50 minutes for spaghetti ? We noted Others serviced a bit quicker. When we return to lovely Poznan in future it wont be to this hotel. sorry. A few supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk. Sorry.

Hotel położony w samym centrum miasta. Pokój na 16pietrze z pięknym widokiem na Poznań. Jedno z miejsc na mapie Polski do którego chce się wracać! Udało nam się skorzystać z winestone - domowe lemoniady były orzeźwiające, a jedzenie przepyszne. Dziekujemy za miłe powitanie w hotelu i wysoki poziom obsługi do samego końca pobytu :) Pozdrowienia dla całego zespołu :)

I have just returned from a 3 night stay and was very happy with my experience. From the plane landing, to being in my room was less than 30 minutes. Check in was quick and all the staff were very polite and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, so it took a while to get up there, as the lift was very slow but the room was good. Being on 11th floor, the views over the city, to the south, were great, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with a big bathroom which, again, was very clean. There was a TV, a locker for hanging clothes, along with a desk and chair and 2 bottles on water. The bed was very comfortable but they do not clean your room, every day, unless you request it but that was not a problem. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review was because the young lady who served in the lobby bar was so bad tempered and miserable. Both times I was in there, she never smiled once and she really looked as if she hated her job. She was not actually rude to me but a smile would have been nice, as well as saying hello and thank you, which she did not. The hotel is situated just under a 15 minute walk from the old town and the area is very safe, with cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
