Mi sono fermato qui diverse volte in questi anni, l'hotel è facilmente accessibile con un parcheggio lineare difronte all'entrata , un ristorante sopra la media dei ristoranti di cui sono dotati gli Hotel di questa categoria, la colazione offre prodotti di buona qualità, il petsonale è preparato e normalmente gentile. Da non dimenticare il servizio Sauna che puoi riservare per 1 ora gratuitamente. L'Hotel è in una zona periferica ma per chi viaggia in auto e cerca soprattutto servizio e tranquillità questa è una buona soluzione. Tonino

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location. It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting. Poznan is a very authentic city and you feel more like a local than a tourist which I really liked. From this hotel, you can easily get to the main train station by tram (can purchase the ticket at hotel reception) Regarding the hotel, I cannot speak highly enough about it. I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website. I had 3 blissful night’s sleep. The members of staff are wonderfully friendly, professional, and efficient while creating a real feeling of home. Bartosz at reception gave me some great advice and thank you also to the boy who sorted out the phone adaptor for me. The food in the restaurant is super. There is a very extensive breakfast menu and the roast sea bream for dinner is so good. You would have to taste the asparagus soup to believe how good it is. As a solo traveller, I also felt totally safe. Polish people are very friendly, kind and helpful. Language is not a barrier to being helped find places. I enjoyed my whole experience so much (went to beautiful Wroclaw on the second day) that I have already booked to go back at the end of August to the Vivaldi hotel in Karpacz and finishing it up back here for the last two days. It’s a worst 4 star establishment I stayed in! No kettle no milk no shampoo neither any conditioner! Rude staff ( miss Monika ) disgusting mannerisms. I arrived to the hotel only for two nights ( I knew from the start I wasn’t going to be amazed as the hotel didn’t look 4 star at all). Got in to the room ( furniture not put back in properly the bedside table wasn’t parallel to the wall ) you only get one bedside table also ( joke) only one room key provided even tho I need one for electricity ( that means if you’re out you can’t charge your devices ).got two single duvets only (no double available) imagine if you’re going for a romantic getaway with your other half but can’t share the bed due to the duvet arrangement! Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the fifth floor. I couldn’t sleep due to lack of the appropriate size duvet to cover myself and sleep comfortably and what is the worst hotel staff was not willing to do anything to improve it !

Everything was perfect. Smooth check-in, room change and the whole stay. My go to in PZN.

Gorąco polecam organizowanie imprezy w tym hotelu. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Pani manager przygotowała przyjęcie zgodnie z wszystkimi wytycznymi ( w innych hotelach na siłę próbowano przeforsować swoje wizje, nie słuchając czego od nich oczekuję). Menu dopasowane do moich potrzeb. Pyszne jedzenie,sympatyczny szef kuchni. Obsługa w trakcie przyjęcia na najwyższym poziomie. Cała załoga uśmiechnięta i bardzo starająca się aby spotkanie było udane. Bardzo dziękuję za przesympatyczny i smaczny wieczór.

Stayed here for 4 nights end of August 2023. Check in was simple and informative. Arrived later than expected due to Air Traffic Control problem in UK. Hotel arranged taxi for us which was very efficient. Good size room with safe, small fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Plenty toiletries. Also complimentary bottle of wine which was red from hotel but could not be changed for white unfortunately. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from fruit juice, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, pastries and cooked breakfast. Staff very pleasant. 10/15 minutes walk to Old Town.

Je suis habituée de séjourner dans cet établissement, le personnel est toujours aux petits soins, prêt à rendre service... Cependant, lors de mon dernier séjour, il y a un bémol, car certains clients de cet hôtel (surtout les membres d'une équipe de tournage d'une série) ne respectaient pas les gestes barrières vu que nous sommes en crise sanitaire... C'est doublement inquiétant , car ce non respect des gestes barrières se déroulait lors des petits dejeuners... Surtout qu'il y avait des masques et des gants mis à la disposition de la clientèle !

Selected this hotel in the centre for 160 euros for a 3 night stay via booking.com which seemed like a bargain for a twin room in September. Easy to locate from the airport - 20 minutes in a cheap and reliable Bolt or Uber taxi from the airport or train station. Reception area gave the feeling of a modern, brand new and clean hotel with English speaking staff (who also appreciate a little Polish greeting now and again!) Lifts in great working order and plenty of room for pushchairs, wheelchairs & suitcases. Located right in the market Square 5-10 mins from the old town square. Cafes, shops and restaurants very close - lovely Greek restaurant a few doors away and a selection of cabin/pop up bars in the square opposite. Beware of extensive building and roadworks taking place in Poznan right now which is causing major disruption to tram and bus services in the city centre. There wasn't a lot of noise, but access is rather sketchy - particularly in the old town where at the moment there is no paving, the walkways are uneven, muddy & narrow and you are unable to access the central town hall or churches. There are narrow plinths to access shops and restaurants over deep trenches in the old town square which doesn't make it very inclusive to disabled visitors or those who have specific mobility needs. Worth mentioning as it's incredibly disappointing if like me, you enjoy the full experience but need proper access to a lot of the attractions. Roadworks appear to be ongoing for quite some time - do check before booking a trip to Poznan. That said, it's still a lovely city and worth a visit if you don't mind the roadworks and access issues so much. Rooms in the hotel are small and basic but have everything you need for a comfortable stay - temperature control, windows that open, private bathroom with a good shower and body wash included, very comfortable beds, tea & coffee making facilities space to hang clothing for a few days.
