This is the fourth visit to this hotel so it cannot be all bad. Out of the centre of Madrid and on the opposite side of Madrid from the airport. The taxi is around 60 euro or you can take the train and the tram which takes about an hour door to door. The rooms are of a good size. Better than if you where in the city. Beds are great. Shower OK but some of the other fixtures look a little worn-out. Has a fridge and a safe. Breakfast is a bit if a let down. OK but not great. But most of Spain is like that. They are more about the middle of the day meal.

The Oliver apartamentos cumplió nuestras espectativas porque era lo que buscamos una estancia en la zona noroeste de Madrid para ir a Segovia, visitar a unos familiares en Las Rozas y los apartamentos son correctos con un buen espacio para cuatro personas en mi caso, con cocina para desayunar, con aparcamiento publico en las inmediaciones, con tiendas y restaurantes en las cercanias, zona tranquila y segura y con una parada metro ligero a un minuto del hotel que se permite enlazando con la L10 del metro estar en el centro turístico de Madrid en unos 35-40 minutos. Como únicas pegas es que la limpieza es justa, se sale el agua de las duchas si no se tiene mucho cuidados y falta espacio para la ropa su viajan cuatro personas como fue nuestro caso

Dado a un problema puntual de cañeria gestionó con gran actitud, simpatía y carisma el problema para varios huespedes que estabamos en recepción, que bueno es cuando ves que la gente realmente se sacrifica y tiene una actitud y disposición tan buena.

It would have cost us more than double to stay in an equivalent standard hotel in the centre of Madrid and as it turned out the location was more of a bonus than an inconvenience. The room was comfortable with all the facilities one would expect, including a filled mini bar (there is no hotel bar) and TV (only BBC news in English) and it was cleaned daily and clean bedding and towels were available on request. The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was fast enough in our room for us to be able to stream UK TV channels. Although there were no bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity the bus with a stop right outside the door can be taken (€1.50) to Valdemarin a small local area which has several bars and restaurants. We particularly liked Volapie with its friendly staff and good food. The tapas and burgers were very good and the Asian food at Kokochin was very tasty. Taking the bus in the opposite direction for the same price you arrive at Moncloa, a major transport hub, giving you access to the Metro system and local and National buses. The same bus has a stop next to the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid and the Hippodromo racecourse is a 10 euro taxi ride from the hotel both of which we were visiting. Do NOT attempt to walk to the Hippodromo following Google or Apple Maps. It brings you to a locked gate and a Ministry of Defence restricted area. It is impossible to pass through at any point. The only way to walk is to follow the driving route and this means you must walk along the grass verge of a busy highway. We enjoyed our stay and the peace that the hotel offered on such a busy holiday weekend in Spain.

- On 27Feb, I asked the recption lady to order a taxi for me. When I decided to take another taxi that came in to the taxi-stop (located in front of the hotel), the lady told me that I had to wait for the taxi that she had ordered for me.... I told her that I had nothing to wait for which I meant that I was free to use the taxi I wanted and she should cancel the order. The receptionist said: ”I hope, I never have to order a taxi for you again”. She verbally assaulted me. She addressed me in a very loud tone of voice and evidently in an aggressive manner. She apologized to me the next day, Feb. 28. but, to her, there was a reason for her action because the taxi driver could reproach her for the customer leaving. In my opinion, I'm legally free to take/cancel a taxi services! In the future, this hotel won't be a choice for me anymore.

We stayed there because we were visiting friends who live close by, but the location is not good for visiting the city, it is not easily reached by public transport from the city. Rooms are comfortable and big. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great and tasty and also not expensive.

Hotel de negocios diría más muito bem situado numa zona muito tranquila com pessoal muito simpático , quartos todos renovados camas grandes quartos espaçosos é um bom pequeno almoço também claro com uma cozinheira como é a Cristina só podia ter coisas muito boas ! Um bom estacionamento a porta e gratuito e conseguimos sempre lugar para estacionar e também já vou para este hotel faz uns 3/4 anos preço qualidade muito bom ! Também este sítio interessa me claro mas realmente muito tranquilo !

I stayed here and was very impressed. The hotel was spotless and had everything you needed in the room (although netflix would great). Availed of the late check out which was great value. Location ideal with everything you needed around, chemist, shops etc. Breakfast was very good value compared to other hotels in Madrid. Staff were all so friendly especially Antonio on reception, I look forward to coming back.
