Hotel berhampiran Cultural House White Mountain, Prague

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and the services offered were excellent. Everyone was nice and available at any time to help us. When we arrived they gave us a map of the city and a list of restaurants, plus buses timetables when we asked. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of foods offered was great. It is about 10 mins from the river and from one of the yellow subway stops. Definitely recommend.

- Unfortunately services and facilities did not match the expectations as it was mentioned or as per Brand image. Dirty cups, missing utensils, nonfunctional coffee machine, dirty stinky fridge, nearly empty shampoo sets, old towels do not suit the image of the Ramada brand.  + Location is only the biggest asset for this particular Hotel. Close to all major attractions. Room was big enough but seems old and need cosmetic repairs. - Customer care is another point to be improved. For parking,were instructed to come first to the Reception even-though informed them that due to road blockage, it was not possible to enter center. After struggling for nearly 1.5 hour,  managed to arrive at reception then came to know that the hotel parking was closed and have to use public parking. They could have informed beforehand during the call. Greeting to guests is not norm here. However, Mr Rafat was particularly extremely helpful and professional.  - Breakfast is just normal, not so many varieties and congested room. Overall, disappointed with stay but Prague is always beloved city.  

Aparthotel Rimska is an ideally-located accommodation for a short break, and is based in Prague centre only 10-15 minutes walk (with heavy cases) from the main train station. Being centrally located, the outer building is in-keeping with the beautiful architecture, and walking down into the main city area and surrounding restaurants is not a long task at all. Upon entering, you self-check-in via the touchscreen kiosk where you receive your keycards. Our room was extremely spacious notwithstanding the ceiling slope, with a full kitchen fitting and open en-suite bathroom. The TV was also huge with comfy chairs, and the windows backed onto other apartments and hotels in the immediate area. The beds were also comfy however to improve, include either more or larger pillows as we weren’t overly satisfied with the selection. Otherwise, Aparthotel Rimska is a fantastic choice with what seems like an up-market room and aesthetic.

We spent 4 nights at the EA Embassy. A lovely hotel in the old town, quiet location but easy walking distance to all the attractions. Only 10 mins walk to the Old Town Square, with a number of good restaurants and bars close by. Room was generous in size, spotlessly clean and great to have a mini bar and a/c! Really nice breakfast with a few menu changes every day or so. Staff were great too; efficient and pleasant. If we return to Prague I reckon the EA Embassy is where we'll choose to stay.

My spouse, my friends, and I stayed 2 nights for Canada Day weekend at Mama Shelter prague. It's in a great location, short transit to old Town Prague with multiple ways of getting there. Bolt, scooters, tram, or even walking works as well. Staff was friendly, except for when we got back to our hotel room on Saturday night. The door was left open by house keeping and luckily nothing was stolen. A woman staff member at the front didn't believe what I told her, so we showed her and said something would be done about it. Upon checking out, there were no notes, and nothing was done. So definitely a lack of professionalism by the night staff. Breakfast was excellent with alot of choices. It's a buffet and is open from 7am to 1030am most days. Food was fresh and 0 issues. The room was clean and spacious. King size bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was okay, but could've been better. 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. So it was a comfortable stay for us. Overall, definitely worth the money you pay to have everything included. I still believe the hotel parking should be included into the price like in North America.

Hier findet man ein Hotel, was in erster Linie mit dem Standort punktet. Es liegt direkt an einen Mt Straßenbahnhaltestelle und unweit eines Supermarktes. Ansonsten ist es ausschließlich zweckmäßig für Übernachtung geeignet. Es ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn hier versucht wir mit kleinen moderneren Akzenten dies zu kaschieren. Die Einrichtung zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren teilweise sogar deutliche Schäden. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und ist nichts für besondere Ansprüche. Die vorhandenen Sportmöglichkeiten inklusive Schwimmbad müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Mit andern Worten: Nicht zu empfehlen

I stayed at this location with some friends after our flight back home got cancelled. Despite us speaking solely english, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The real gem of the place is its onsite restaurant where all the food was unbelievably delicious. If I find myself in the Czech Republic again I'll be sure to consider this place to stay.

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

We stayed 3 nights as a Bussines trip. Rooms are big, for example we stayed in room for 3 persons, and it's like suite. Beds are very comfortable, evrything is tide and very clean. Hotel has parking, and just behind O2 arena (5min walking) is yellow metro station, that bring you to city centre for 15min. Breakfast is also great, plenty of choise, very clean as well. At the end, all staff is very kind and helpful. All recomendation to stay at Stage Hotel

Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention: * Concierge. Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it! Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language. *** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻 * Service during the breakfast and housekeeping. All the kitchen, service and housekeeping teams were super friendly, very nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Special thanks to Roxolana & Halyna Pashinska for their incredible personal touch. * Hotel Room The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad. * Food. Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere. Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at. I hope this comments will help you to improve the experience of your guests.
