1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The front desk service was noticeably worse compared to other a&o hotels in Europe. 3. There was absolutely no response when trying to contact the front desk online; you had to find someone in person.

Really amazing, great service just the only 1 out of 3 elevator were working so need to wait alot to go up or come down rest everything was perfect

Perfect hotel stay except the location is quite far from central. Got 1 halal kebab stall nearby. The hotel room is soo spacious compared to the one in vienna. I got room with with nice city view and this is my morning view. Public transport is easy

The hotel has quite a few floors, over 20, and from the window, you can see individual houses.

Check in is easy via the machine. At the reception you won't understand Czech, but English.

The location is a bit far from center, and the cleanness can be improved, but the price is low so I can accept it

i asked for female room but i don’t know they assign me to mix room only me stay with 3guys it’s kinda inconvenient!

It's a bit far from the city center, but it's okay because there are bus and tram stops within walking distance. The price is also cheap, and the bathroom is clean. The only minor inconvenience is having to put on the fitted sheet yourself.

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter — everything was great! 😊 The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great hostel for travellers on a budget

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay for solo travelers! I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a really good experience. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and helpful staff. It’s easy to meet new people, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re traveling alone and want both comfort and good vibes!

This is a good option to stay when visiting Prague. Just that the location is quite further out of the city, and you still have to walk for a bit (5 mins to the tram), but generally still accessible by public transport. No complaints with cleanliness, though the building only has 3 elevators and it gets crowded.. it could take a while if you are booked into an upper floor.
