The best experience ever! Big thank you to the hotel for all the kindness and attention. Will definitely come back. The room was spacious and very beautiful with all necessary amenities. There is a valet service for the car, just come directly to the hotel and the stuff will help you to park the car, parking fee is 41€ per day. The breakfast just amazing, delicious and a lot of choices. 10 stars for this hotel!

Second stay here. Fantastic location, easy access to the famous spots. Also reasonable price compare to others. But my stays there was not as good as last time. Because my room was near to service lift and emergency exit, so a little bit noisy in the early morning because housekeeping/service staffs and corridor was really bright even in the night which you can see in the room.

The location is fantastic. it's a center of old town. The breakfast was great. Two thumbs up.

The hotel is located very close to the Old Town square and the Powder gate. We enjoyed the stay and the service was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and the staffs are kind and happy to help.

Nice location to access the town center

酒店包早餐，7-10之間都可以下去，報房號就可以了。 早餐的選擇還算可以，麵包、奶酪還有煎蛋和香腸。酒水選擇也算豐富，果汁和香檳。 pillow很軟，有點不適應。打掃衛生很乾淨整潔，平安夜送了小甜品。 地理位置很好，房間也算不錯，整體都還不錯。 注意minibar需要收費。

İlk olarak otelin resepaiyonundan itibaren hep güler yüzlü ve size yardımcı olmaya çalışan personelle karşılaşıyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı oldukça iyi, temizlik anlamında da oldukça başarılı. Ulaşımı son derece kolay, metro istasyonundan 5 dk yürüme uzaklığında. Astronomik saat ve mutlaka gezmeniz gereken diğer yerlere de yürüme mesafesinde. Ben 2 günlük konaklamamda oldukça keyif aldım. Otel personeline teşekkür etmeden geçemem, tanımadığım bir şehirde olmanın tedirginliğini üzerimden atmama oldukça yardımcı oldular. Tavsiye ederim.

오래되었지만 잘 관리되어 있었고 위치,청결,조식 다 좋았습니다. 다음에 프라하 방문한다면 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

確實會因為一家酒店愛上一座城，Grand hotel系列讓我愛上了第二座城-布拉格。（第一座是佛倫倫薩），酒店屬於古宅系列，都位於有故事的大宅裏。 首先要感謝酒店帥氣的前台接待小夥子，為我聯繫了出租車，還貼心的幫我換捷克幣，酒店令人感到十分温暖。 酒店位於老城廣場，緊鄰火葯塔，步行到懸空小人、克萊門特學院、市立圖書館、天文鐘、查理大橋都在10分鐘左右；到列儂牆、國家美術館新館步行25分鐘，途經觀景平台是個美麗的意外；打車到火車總站140元捷克幣。 早餐有服務，領位、上茶一樣不少，收盤十分及時，不僅自助餐品種豐富，還可以點現製出品，比如蔬菜蛋餅、開放式三明治、漢堡…… 房間裏有浴缸、感覺這個系列酒店都有浴缸，理念還是傳統的低奢感：枕頭是超大號羽絨枕，摸的出來是小鵝絨，床墊軟硬適中，一夜無夢……PS：有拖鞋，是比較厚實的那種。 布拉格波西米亞Minibar收費（佛倫倫薩波西米亞minibar Free）。有熱水壺和茶包，無膠囊和速溶黑咖啡包。 性價比高，預訂要早且從速，酒店每週還會有歌劇餐，需要提前預訂，都是名曲，三道菜帶甜品，酒水另點。

房間安靜，酒店位置非常好。 酒店就在火葯塔旁邊，非常適合自由行不開車的朋友。我們住了兩晚，city walk基本上能把布拉格老城幾個經典景點走完。

位子相當便利，不管去哪都不遠，是一間高級飯店，服務人員也都非常友善，早餐每天都會變化，而且非常好吃 缺點是淋浴間的沐浴乳從入住到退房都是空的，有讓我猶豫是否還要給床頭小費（最後還是放個100克朗） 還有陽台有桌椅用帆布蓋著，嚴重影響陽台的美觀
