We loved our room with a view of the spires of Prague. All the art in the hotel is by Czech artists, and added to the authentic charm. There is a pillow menu, and we loved the bed and pillows--my sister in law bought one of the cute pillows to take home! The location is wonderful--next to the castle and away from the crowds in the Old City. The concierge was incredibly helpful, and arranged for us to have a ”Welcome to Prague” walking tour of the city with a Czech guide. She took us on the historic train, which was very fun, and gave us a wonderful tour. The terrace restaurant is a must--we enjoyed dinner overlooking the best view of Prague, right below the Prague Castle. The terraced garden next to the hotel is another highlight, with gorgeous views from a Renaissance garden. Breakfast is another highlight--try the homemade pancakes, that look like crepes and melt in the mouth!

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans l'hôtel Three Storks ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, au pied du château de Prague, à une centaine de mètres du pont Saint Charles. Nous avons donc pu nous rendre à pied dans tous les quartiers touristiques : Mala Strana, vielle ville, jozefa. Le personnel est aux petits soins, conciliants, serviables, mention à Michaela qui a été très accueillante et à notre écoute ! Notre chambre était très confortable avec tout le mobilier nécessaire à notre bonne installation, et très calme. Effectivement l'hôtel est situé sur une place sans bruit (pas de restaurants, bar sur cette place) et nous n'avons pas été gênés par les autres occupants (plutôt des familles). En définitive nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel qui remplit à notre sens tous les critères !

This was such a fabulous hotel, I can’t imagine ever being in Prague again and staying anywhere else! The staff went above and beyond in every way to make our stay exceedingly comfortable and luxurious. Prosecco upon arrival, beautiful spaces, one of the best massages ever, we used the spa every night, happy hour every evening. Rooms were spacious, had all we needed, location was just right. We approached it in the evening, all lit up, like a dream. We laughed with the breakfast (which was amazing) staff every morning, what a great way to start a day. Best vacation ever. Don’t stay anywhere else in Prague, really.

أقمنا به أسبوعا مع زوجي. موقعه ممتاز وقريب من جسر تشارلز والمدينة القديمة. الطاقم ودود جدا ومضياف. لقد حصل سوء فهم في بداية إقامتنا… لكن رد فعل الطاقم كلن محترما، مسؤولا ، راقيا ،ودودا و مضيافا للغاية. فلقد تم الاعتذار وإرسال طبق شوكلاتة للغرفة بالإضافة إلى عشاء من ٣ أطباق كهدية وتعبير عن الاعتذار. لقد مسح رد فعله الراقي كل سوء الفهم. نظيف للغاية، الحمام واسع ويتوفر مغتسل للمرحاض وهو أمر هام جدا لنا.الفطور لطيف. والفندق هادئ جدا على الرغم من وجوده في مزدحمة.

The NH is a great hotel for touring Prague, as it’s an easy walk to tram stops and the Metro. It’s also not far from shops and restaurants. Our rate included breakfast, which was very good and consisted of the usual bainmaries, as well as a good selection of bread, bakery items and cereals. Staff were capable and efficient. Pre-stay emails were answered in a friendly manner and all requests were granted. As a Titanium Discovery member, I was given a generous upgrade, welcome amenities and late check-out. Our Duplex Suite was terrific; spacious, very comfortably furnished and offering great views back over the city.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

Where to start. Stayed for 6 nights with my 12 yr old son in the attic room (size of small apartment). I live in the USA and frequent world traveler. Where I stay is equally as important as the destination. Location, cleanliness & comfort is a priority. Hotel Nerudova 211 offers low rates which made me skeptical. But has 5-star glowing reviews on all sites. So, I gave it a shot & so glad I did. Location - my uber driver said it’s the nicest street in Prague. The street is lined with small cafes, a pharmacy, chocolate, antique, perfumery & souvenir shops. I liked the “curiomat” local artist collective store. Walk to the Kostel SV Mikulase church in 2 minutes, busy shopping area & Charles Bridge in ~5 to 8 minutes, John Lennon wall & Artemis shop not far either. So many places to explore that even my son stayed entertained. Hotel - Beautiful & elegant. Meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. It was recently renovated so new without compromising its heritage. Plenty of windows with views of rooftops & distant cathedral. We used the stairs but there is an elevator in this 4-story hotel. Room - we stayed in the unique Attic Room (apartment). A staircase greets you upon entry with bathroom to the right. Up the stairs you’ll find a foyer with small refrigerator, dishes, liquor with glasses, kettle, etc. Two rooms - one on each side both with Netflix tv and soft beds with plenty of pillows, two duvets each, rolling racks, writing table with upholstered chairs and bench area. Unlike the other rooms, our ceiling was not flat with exposed beautiful wood beams (original). I did hit my head once when acting silly but not again. I think an older couple should stay in the other rooms especially because of the stairs to restroom. My son said it was the coolest hotel room he’s ever stayed in - which was the point. Cafe - within hotel has the best coffee, pastries & sandwiches with fresh homemade bread. My son asked for extra bread to take back to the USA. Staff is friendly & ready to be at your service. Staff - maybe the most helpful & friendly I’ve experienced in a hotel or resort. They are beyond 5-stars and in a class of their own. Reception had suggestions for activities, helped us book tickets to a basketball game. Even the night manager is wonderful and daily housekeeping is superb. They arranged our car to/from hotel, tracked my flight (canceled & re-routed) and knew who to call about my lost bags :( We traveled during a strike at the airport… They also cleaned laundry and provided us with plenty of water -all complimentary. I would never dream of staying anywhere else. Love this beautiful boutique hotel & so happy I found it! - Amber & gage

I will first write an objective review. At the end I will give you a good story about my trip and this hostel. The good - The mattresses on the beds are the best I have had in a hostel. Top quality - The property is beautiful and well maintained - The shared rooms are big and well distributed Not so good - Internet connection is unstable - The rooms overlooking the front of the building can be noisy if there are people outside in the street downstairs - The terrace closes at 10pm Neutral - The location. I read previous reviews about the hill and distance from the city. I did not find the hill too bad. Distance from the city is worth it if you like to stay in a pretty area. - I did not try their food. Only coffee and it was good The promised true story I’ve planned a last minute trip to Prague. I made a mistake when making the hostel booking. It meant I lost my reservation. I did not realize about my mistake; I became the most horrible customer you can imagine. The staff kept being polite over email. They went above and beyond to help me – even though I kept being unreasonable. I arrived late, tired and grumpy. I was met by Francesca and the manager. To my surprise, they were welcoming, warm and helpful. Yes, this is a great property to stay. The hostel is clean, comfortable, well located. The reason why I recommend it is because of their exceptional high standards of customer service.

There is no better place to stay! A slice of heaven… location amazing, quiet, safe and within walking distance to many sights. The decor impeccable, fairy tale, dreamy, love the courtyard with the added bonus of a really quite beautiful bar 🍻 The cleanliness all round, perfection 👌 Professional, friendly, dedicated staff with personalised treatment, great recommendations too, nothing was too much trouble. Amenities wonderful, coffee/tea, top notch appliances, bedding, towels, toiletries etc. The most perfect place for my husband who turned 60 during our stay…7 days of bliss! Thank you all for making our first visit to Prague memorable & Thank you for the welcoming bottle of Prosecco 🍾 HIGHLY recommend! Love Jerry & Sharon XX
