What an unpleasant experience! I stayed at the Hilton before but these two nights were extraordinary unpleasant and not at all according to Hilton 5* standard. it absolutely did not fit to the high price of the rooms. 1.) The Hilton has at the moment a beer garden. If your room is facing this beer garden, forget any chance to sleep. the beer garden is open weekdays till midnight and the party music will make it impossible to sleep! Well done, Hilton management. 2.) In our booked DELUXE room (at higher costs) not a single TV channel worked. And slippers to go to the pool area were also not there. They told us that we have to ask for slippers. Sadly, they forget to tell us this. All in all, a horrible two night experience: party music till midnight, not a single TV channel working and walking barefoot through the hotel on the way to the spa. Sorry, never again! choose another place with better service (and it will be cheaper in top)!

The pillow was too high and hurt my neck. The single bed could be a little bit wider. Stayed at the hotel for a week. The cleaner never hoovers the floor. The bath was cleaned only on the second day. The air conditioning didn’t really work. When it turned off, the central heating was on frequently with noise as I am a light sleeper. I can hear it each time powered in. In the second night, the neighbour room talked too loud at late night and early morning after party I say. The hotel should have built a slow ramp for pram and large luggage to access. The location is great. Booked the castle view room, but unfortunately, the window glass is really dusty for photos. Called room service at late evening, the hotel couldn’t offer it as there is some event on . That didn’t make sense.had to order food from outside of the hotel. The pool was nice and relaxing, but the woman kept telling us to leave before 8:50, and couldn’t allow to have a show as she was standing outside the shower room to tell me to hurry up and leave. Last night, she started to clean the pool floor around 8pm and even around hotel guest when they trying to relax laying down. Most of guest looked her and shakes head and we all looked each other and thought that was. Unbelievable rude. The breakfast staff was very polite and the food options were excellent. The reception staff should standing up to service, not sit down , that’s the first hotel I have ever experienced. Overall is ok.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in just due to the overall hospitality & it was the small things that made a difference. I was offered a glass of champagne while checking in, a couple complimentary chocolates were in my room & also a a personalised greeting card which were all nice touches. Location was great, the walk into city centre was nice too in the good weather. It rained once in the evening while I was there & was able to get an umbrella from reception. My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable. The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used. I’ve been in hotels with bigger selections but lesser quality. I can’t speak on the spa as I didn’t use it but was told it’s a very private spa & only you’ll be in there on a time you book, no other guests can use so can imagine couples would really enjoy that. Would definitely stay here again & Prague was a great city to be honest so I will definitely return.

We were there for 4 days end of June, in a mix between business and family trip. The hotel is well located, tranquile, the room (superior) had space enough for three people. Really good breakfast with a wide variety of products and some “live” cooked products as omelettes and eggs. But many times is people which makes the difference, we were lucky enough to be received by Petra. From that moment she was a constant support for the whole trip, from teaching us some Czech expressions to arrange the transport to the airtport, with a perfect mix between professional and personal skills, always nice and warm with us. Only complain was the swimming pool water temperature, too cold for my wife and son

Excellent room and spa facilities, plus great location and friendly service. Would recommend to friends and relatives and look to return one day.

최고 마음에 드는 부분은 위치와 조식이었습니다 숙소는 대체적으로 청결했고 침대와 침구 외 모두 청결해서 잘 쉬었으나 샤워기에 분홍색 곰팡이가 살찍 있었습니다ㅜ 그래서 천장에 있는 샤워기를 사용했어요 이 부분도 청소를 잘 해주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 나머지는 100% 만족합니다.

Location is just next to the metro stop. We were a bit lost though as the hotel entrance is in the ground level and the second level was more connected with metro. Unfortunately, we need to pay extra to access the gym & pool facilities. Service, room amenities just perfect and spacious. City view from our room was nice.

Well I've been in worse hotels but this one is definitely in my top 3. Let's start with the positives: 1. Tram line located directly outside for quick and easy access to center of Prague. 2. Asked hotel in advance if they would locate us on the ground floor as my mum is disabled and wouldn't be able to climb stairs very well. (Yes there are elevators but sometimes can be a long walk from elevators to rooms) Hotel located us on bottom floor which was great. 3. Rooms were adequately sized, good lighting and had a safe in the room which was great. And now the negatives. 1. The smell of cigarette smoke the second walked through the door actually disgusting...not a great start. 2. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE STAFF. I hope you can speak their language otherwise you aren't getting anything from them. Not even a welcoming smile. and you can clearly tell they are talking about you in a negative way to their colleague right in front of your face. Just so so unwelcoming and rude. 3. They gave us a bath tub that was so high, my mum couldn't even get in or out of bath, so I make sure you are clear enough when letting them know about disability. 4. Don't bother with the breakfast, not even bacon. No fresh fruits, warm milk. Who has fricking pasta for breakfast. Calls it premium, utterly tastless, could barely eat anything. 5. Don't come to this hotel for the free WiFi either, high-speed my ****. It cut out literally every 3 minutes and you can't get back on it. Just not even worth it. Can't wait for check out time. Wish me luck!

The NH is a great hotel for touring Prague, as it’s an easy walk to tram stops and the Metro. It’s also not far from shops and restaurants. Our rate included breakfast, which was very good and consisted of the usual bainmaries, as well as a good selection of bread, bakery items and cereals. Staff were capable and efficient. Pre-stay emails were answered in a friendly manner and all requests were granted. As a Titanium Discovery member, I was given a generous upgrade, welcome amenities and late check-out. Our Duplex Suite was terrific; spacious, very comfortably furnished and offering great views back over the city.
