很少評價酒店，不過不得不說對莫扎特酒店的喜愛，首先，它在布拉格老城區的河邊，走幾步就到查理大橋，入住的時候，前台Azar阿塞拜疆小伙非常熱情，給我們升級了湖景房，還介紹了一堆布拉格的風景，每個員工見到都會主動跟我們打招呼，早餐20歐包括了自助加點單，非常豐富，比維也納吃的brunch 好太多了，禮賓的Allan是位老紳士，當我要找當天晚上的餐廳，他拉我到中庭的花園坐下來一個個說，中間來了2批人問我們要不要來杯咖啡，打了好幾個電話，因為是公眾假期，好的餐廳都滿，最後他推薦了一個可以近距離看查理大橋的湖景戶外餐廳，Google 和TripAdvisor 評價都不錯，餐廳6點開門，但是我們7點要去其他地方辦事，他和餐廳商量讓我們5點45就進去，總之，一切太滿意了，以後有機會去布拉格，還住這裏

We were a group of 6 people and booked 3 rooms, I have requested separate beds for all the rooms and our requests were noted and rooms were prepared as we wanted when we arrived. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and very close to a shopping mall, once passing through the mall, you will be right at a more busy area with lots of restaurants, shops and public transportation. The hotel location is excellent, we can go to all the famous sights around 10-15 minutes by foot, or easily take public transportation to outskirt of the city. In additional to the great location, the rooms were good size and very clean, the daily breakfast offered at the hotel was great, there were good selections for breakfast and we were all satisfied with the food quality. The most important part was the hotel staff, they were all very friendly, not only they helped us to book the car service to airport, pointed us best way to get on hop-on-hop-off bus, they even arranged a breakfast-to-go box for my early departure since I had to check out the hotel by 4am. This was this first time we visited Prague, Michelangelo Grand Hotel has made me feel like home, I will definitely stay here if I visit Prague again!

Extrêmement déçu pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. C était notre seconde venue sur Prague en amoureux. Nous avons l habitude de parcourir l Europe plusieurs fois par an pour ces occasions là. Nous avions pris une suite junior : insonorisation déplorable, cheveux dans la salle de bain, bonde de baignoire sale Le petit déjeuner n est pas à la hauteur : jus de fruits en supplément, café expresso en supplément, 2 ou 3 variété de thé en sachets bas de gamme, les tables de restauration ne sont pas nettoyées au fur et à mesure. Dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, certains éléments du personnel ne sont pas attentifs et passent leur temps à ”glousser” appuyées à 2 ou 3 personnes sur le meuble de couverts. L aspirateur est passé au moment du petit déjeuner. Une seule taille d'oreiller disponible, il s'agit d'oreillers dossiers, extrêmement décoratifs mais peu confortables pour le sommeil, et si vous demandez, aucun autre format n'est possible. Un peu de mobilier cassé. Cela gâche une chambre exceptionnelle, un personnel malgre tout agréable et une localisation privilégiée. Bref pour un Ibis 3 étoiles, j aurais dit excellent, pour un 5 étoiles ce n est pas admissible. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

The NH is a great hotel for touring Prague, as it’s an easy walk to tram stops and the Metro. It’s also not far from shops and restaurants. Our rate included breakfast, which was very good and consisted of the usual bainmaries, as well as a good selection of bread, bakery items and cereals. Staff were capable and efficient. Pre-stay emails were answered in a friendly manner and all requests were granted. As a Titanium Discovery member, I was given a generous upgrade, welcome amenities and late check-out. Our Duplex Suite was terrific; spacious, very comfortably furnished and offering great views back over the city.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel, which is situated in a great area. We found so many local cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, parks and shops in Zizkov and Vinohrady that, on this occasion, we rarely chose to travel into the city centre. However, if you do wish to visit the centre, or indeed anywhere in Prague, there is an abundance of first-rate travel options at your disposal. The hotel itself is exceptional,  with large rooms, which are  very clean and comfortable. There is also a fantastic breakfast buffet avaliable.  All amenities are provided to make your stay a home from home. Hotel Carlton is a hidden gem, and front office manager Blanka and all the members of staff with whom we were in contact (receptionists/breakfast/housekeeping) could not have been more professional, personable and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to Hotel Carlton next year. Taking everything into account (hotel, location, staff, atmosphere) we simply wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Prague.  Very highly recommended.

The room itself is excellent with complimentary water and coffee. The hotel even supplements water as per request at very quick response times. Breakfast is remarkable by European standards with wide spread of choices. The location of the hotel is so convenient to the Narodini trida which is on metro line B within a 10min (at most) walking distance. Additionally, from the hotel, one can walk to most attractions (as Prague is also a very walkable and safe city). Would highly recommend the Hotel and definitely would come back if the opportunity arises in the future.

Esperienza terribile. Ostello da non consigliare per NESSUN motivo. L'ostello è stato ricavato da un vecchio palazzone, pieno di porte vecchie e pesantissime. C'è il portone che entra nell'atrio, un portone di accesso per la reception, uno per entrare nei corridoi delle camere a poi ovviamente i portoni delle camere. Ognuno di questi portoni è di una pesantezza allucinante senza neanche una sorta di ”accompagnamento” durante la chiusura, che fa si che ogni volta che le innumerevoli porte venivano chiuse, il rumore era fortissimo. Questo, in aggiunta al fatto che il palazzo è vecchio e con soffitti altissimi, creava anche l'eco. MORALE: non abbiamo dormito per 3 notti svegliate ogni 5 minuti da questi rumori infernali. (ovviamente lo sappiamo che siamo in un ostello e ci sono anche altre persone, non stiamo dando la colpa all'ostello per l'inciviltà delle persone che magari urlano, sbraitano e si muovono da stanza a stanza nel cuore della notte...) Basterebbe così poco: una sorta di accompagnamento alle porte per farle chiudere più silenziosamente, dei tappeti sulle scale dei piani attutire l'eco... cose che tra l'altro renderebbero l'ambiente anche più confortevole. Ho visitato molte città europee preferendo quasi sempre gli ostelli agli hotel perché mi piace l'ambiente e la possibilità di fare nuove amicizie e scoprire da vicino le diverse culture. Non sono una neofita di ostelli. Anche se sotto la categoria ostello, è possibile dare un servizio decente quasi alla pari di un normale hotel. Non è una scusa dire ”siamo un ostello, non aspettatevi un gran servizio...” Personale freddissimo quasi che gli stessimo facendo un grossissimo favore a stare presso la loro struttura. Sconsiglio vivamente questo ostello a chi la notte vuole quanto meno fare 2/3 ore di fila di sonno senza interruzione... Se non interessa invece, la posizione è ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo a piedi.

유니타스 호텔에서도 3박 하고 레지던스에서도 1박 했는데 둘 다 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔이 조금 더 시설이 좋고 넓었으나 레지던스도 충분히 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 유럽을 약 한 달간 여행하면서 여기보다 좋은 숙소는 단언코 없었다고 말할 수 있을 정도로 좋았습니다. 특히 리셉션 직원분들께서 매우 친절했어요. 프라하 공항에서 수하물이 분실되어 곤란한 상황이었는데 직접 리셉션 직원분들이 프라하 공항에 전화해서 문제를 해결해주려고 노력했습니다. 결국 문제는 해결되지 않았지만 그래도 적극적으로 도와주려는 모습에 큰 감동을 받아 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다. 프라하에 가신다면 꼭 유니타스 호텔 또는 레지던스에 묵어보세요!!
