The perfect place to relax and have a good time with family and friends, where kids can enjoy the nice and clean beach whenever wanted. Outdoor kitchen with pool. Many restaurants throughout Thailand are now working below peak capacity, as there are few signs of mass-tourism recovery, and it's approaching low season, anyway. So, when I go into a restaurant in the middle price range for the first time, all I currently expect is a reasonable level of customer service. That means, in this case, if I am obliged to wait 45+ minutes for a pizza, at least the staff, or management, will give me a choice at the outset of waiting, picking something else on the menu, or going elsewhere.... -particularly when the only other occupied table in the restaurant is serving only two people. Otherwise the pizza was good quality, and the garden setting was OK, apart from being bugged by a few flies. Sorry, in many reviews, I have tried to emphasize the positives, but here I find that very difficult. Management: Please ensure your staff are trained to fill any performance gaps with good customer service.

Praseban is a beautiful and cozy resort located directly on the beach. It is familial and quiet - the perfect place to relax! The staff is extremely cordial, helpful and professional, they made everything to make our stay perfect, organizing excursions, transport etc. The rooms are large, with a comfortable bed and everything you need. The resort is in walking or biking (bicycles provided :)) distance to many small restaurants, but it’s definitely a more quiet, relaxing area, away from the big tourist hotspots. We visited some landmarks and the national park closely located, which were worth seeing. Can 100% recommend this resort and would visit again.

The hotel has created relaxing and slow-down vibes for every guest staying there. I stayed 10 nights and I've never got bored walking in the huge lovely garden. The singing of birds is cheerful and crisp. I love all the details of the eco-friendly facilities including clothes hangers and toilet paper holders. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. I love the long corridor from the front desk to the pavilion. The long seaside path just outside the hotel is ideal for jogging. All the facilities are well-maintained. You can get everything you expected for a quiet and relaxed vacation. The breakfast has many kinds of bread selection. All the staff is very helpful and kind. I'd like to express my special thanks to PA and AOY. Thanks for your kind support during my stay. I will be back in the future.

1. You need to train your restaurant staff immediately to no lie on non-sense issue. 2. Breakfast Hygiene 3. Cleanliness of in-room pillow especially the big grey one. 4. In-room amenities. If anything or all are on request, MUST inform it clearly. 5. Re-use in-room slippers : by your property level, you should not use re-use in-room slippers. Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your resort.
