You find out how a good hotel is when you have a problem and see how well they deal with it. During a recent business trip to Milan I had major issues with a back injury and needed significant medical assistance. The care and support the staff and owner of the hotel provided was nothing short of exemplary. Monica and her team went out of their way to help me in every way possible, sourcing a Dr, fetching medication, providing regular meals, it was fantastic, and I am truly grateful.

I felt fine all the time at the hotel. A good atmosphere. One small thing: The firness machines are too weak / vulnerable. With my weight of 80 kg. the machine was moving too much from side to side. I would come back again

Very spacious bedroom with air conditioning & a fridge. Beds very comfortable On site dining room was very good also with very friendly staff. Large parking area. Breakfast included. Only criticism is that most items on the breakfast buffet were in short supply with another hour to go. Needed to ask for orange juice/milk/scrambled eggs. Breakfast staff need to keep an eye on the buffet.

Passing through to our vacation address we stayed at this very nice hotel. The room was clean en spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Also the bathroom was very good. Breakfast was al we needed. We enjoyed our stay, so we booked on the return trip the same hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we cannot fault it. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well sound proofed. The restaurant food was very good and the breakfast choice was excellent and varied. We can definitely recommend it and will be staying there again.

Initial impression was a stark residence but I soon found it to be a charming place. The staff are very friendly and would highly recommend the restaurant for evening dinning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and overall there is almost a monastic feel about the place. I nice feeling.

Very nice hotel, fantastic team at the reception, spacious room with comfortable bathroom, plenty of parking space and welcoming, almost intimate, breakfast room. Having been in a few places in Milan, I can only recommend the value for money of this accommodation.

When you spend the whole day at the Mido exhibition during business negotiations, one thing keeps your spirits up, that you will soon get back to the hotel and there you will be greeted by peace and tranquility! Peaceful accommodation with a beautiful garden, friendly staff and a great bar. The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant offers a wide selection.
