I have always had good experiences at Holiday Inn Express hotels but was very disappointed with this one. The room was so poor. Bathroom was so dark I had trouble seeing properly doing hair and makeup. No closet. Peeling wallpaper
Breakfast was satisfactory but chairs were dirty and stained. Bed was clean and comfortable

We did have trouble getting into an appropriate room because the first room had a broken toilet and the second room still had stuff from other people in it but the staff was working so hard to make it right. I’m satisfied.

It was an amazing hotel. Breakfast was delicious..Front desk staff very friendly and polite.
Our room was very nice. My only complaint was cobwebs on ceiling over bed. The bathroom had something on side of toliet. Very unpleasant.
Across the street was a nice Italian restaurant we were recommended from front desk for dinner.

It was a 1 night stay. The hotel is right off I 95 and there is a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the room was of a descent size. The hotel can is in need of a renovation but overall I wasn’t disappointed.

Pool was closed and it didn’t say that. That was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. The tables outside were broken and wobbly. The table in the room was broken. The pics online didn’t represent what the place actually looked like.

The check-in process was fantastic. The young woman that checked us in was AMAZING and we wish that she stayed on-shift for the full stay, but it seemed as if everything went downhill after she left. The phone in our room did not work. The breakfast was mediocre the next day with exceptionally disgusting eggs. The room was spacious, but the service was catastrophic after the young lady left. There were no sheets, pillows or bedding at all for the sofa bed. It felt like we had to call the front desk for EVERYTHING throughout the stay - which was even crazier because again the phone inside of the hotel room did not work, so I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel directly even while I was staying in the room. It had great potential, but for some reason just did not measure up to the overall expectations that the young lady set at the start of our trip when I was checking in.
