Ini bukan hotel, cuma kebetulan keluarga tempatan mempunyai rumah kosong, yang kebetulan membolehkan anda membelanjakan wang untuk tinggal di salah satu rumah. Satu-satunya perkara yang patut disebut ialah bos itu baik dan boleh berbahasa Inggeris. Tuhan tahu bagaimana Ctrip menilai 4 berlian...

The front desk guy was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed talking to him when we checked in. The room was large and clean and everything worked well, including the lights and the bathroom facilities. Honestly the only downside was the location, which is a bit outside the center of the city, in a rather shady area filled with massage parlors. But truly, I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value in Pristina, since it is only a 15 minute walk or so from everything near the downtown area! Special shoutout to the manager at the front desk! Great guy.

I was disappointed with my stay. I was checked in by a cleaner - meaning I was not provided enough details for my stay such as breakfast time which I missed. It was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as they speak very little English although it seemed that they were really trying. None of the spa services was were available during my stay. They also need to adjust their toilet seats especially for shorter people like me, my feet was basically hanging while sitting on the toilet.

The room was spacious and we had a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was really nice but unfortunately there was a few things that was not as promised. We didn’t get any cleaning for 3 days and they told us it was because they were busy. Still after that they didn’t clean the room and we were told we had to ask for it. The tv didn’t work and it says on the website it will take 5 min to go to the city center, which is not true as it takes approximately 20 minutes. down a steep and dusty road. The breakfast was nothing to write about. There were almost never any staff in the reception. They were really nice when they were there, but it was hard to find someone. There is no spa either and the ‘minibar’ in the room was an empty fridge.

Otelin odalarının konforunu ve temizliğini pek beğenmedim. Oda genişti ancak kullanışsızdi. Kahvaltıda çeşit azdı. Türkiye’deki otellerin yildiz sınıflamasiyla karşılaştırmıyorum ancak 4 yıldızı hakedecek bir otel olduğunu düşünmüyorum.
