"The best service I experienced was at the Cloud Restaurant. I made a reservation a day before checking in, and everything was perfectly arranged. This hotel is really great for kids, offering excellent value for money in Kunming city. Because it was a holiday, room service was a bit slow; I had to call three times every time I needed something. The butler's response was also a bit slow, but I only called room service after the butler didn't deliver what I asked for, and even then, it was still very slow. There was a welcome fruit platter from Trip.com. Honestly, for Kunming, this fruit platter was a bit of a letdown—it would've been better not to send it at all, especially since I had to contact Trip.com staff to get it delivered."

"Having stayed at Hualuxe many times in Sanya, which my kids absolutely love, I was thrilled to discover there's also a Hualuxe in Kunming, and it even has rooms with private hot springs! We immediately booked our trip. Jerry, the guest relations manager, was incredibly professional, contacting us before our arrival and providing warm and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese restaurant also served great food. The private hot spring was wonderfully relaxing, and my kids enjoyed feeding the small animals. It was lovely just soaking up the sun outdoors; it truly felt like time slowed down. A fantastic spot for a relaxing vacation."

"I’ve to say this is the best hotel in Kunming, we had terrible busy conference week but the stay at Song hotel gives us wonderful relief in such busy days. We had booked 4 villa rooms including 3 foreigners and the hotel provides us tremendous service during the week. Their facilities, sanitary conditions, restaurant, breakfast, conference room etc are way beyond my expectation. Especially their timely response throughout housekeeper Xiao Bu who can always solve our requirements in just a second. Special thanks to their Chinese restaurant which severed delicate vegetarian food to my colleagues!"

"Located in a villa area not far from Laoyu Wetland Park and Haiyan Village, it is a single-family villa. The environment in the yard is very good. You can take a rest in the yard. The boss and his wife are very nice. We arrived at the store very late and it was not yet For dinner, the boss cooked rice noodles for us. Just for this thoughtfulness, it is worth staying again. "I dug up the Shenxian B&B by Dianchi Lake! This time I came to Kunming to punch in Dounan Flower Market, Fubao Xiao Sanya, Haihong Wetland Park and Xishan. I directly regarded the mountain and sea natural environment as a base area, and the experience was directly full! The homestay is hidden in the villa area, and you can see the wind in Dianchi Lake by pushing the window. The rainforest wind courtyard is super healing. It is so comfortable to be awakened by birds in the morning! Simulating golf is super fun, drinking tea and chatting with friends on the terrace at night, not to mention watching the stars. The housekeeper is super intimate and will plan your play route. It is super convenient to go to several attractions and not far by car. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, the toiletries were all big names, and the details were full! Next time I come to Kunming, I will stay here!"
