"I personally like small boutique hotels, less crowd esp. in the breakfast time. Staffs fan be more focus on guests, which Lloyd’s fits into such category. Service us good and staffs are helpful. I was on my business trip and need to printi a few pages of doc, the front desk staff at night shift offered to do it right at the front desk, nice! Goid design and room is clean, bed is comfy. It’s just tucked around the corner of a small narrow road."

"Onyx Park Resort Ubud ended up being our favourite hotel of our whole Bali trip! We were so impressed we initially only booked 2 days and booked on to stay a full week and could easily have stayed longer. The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom, kitchen area, sofa, balcony, and lovely views. The hotel has multiple pools, a big gym, multiple great restaurants, and a smoothie bar. We ended up just relaxing in the resort and didn’t even leave the hotel for a few days we just ate at the restaurants in the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was a short taxi to all the tourist spots / the main centre of ubud. Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough. perfect for a relaxing stay in Ubud!"

"The place looks exactly like how we see online!! Simple and nice. Love the layout too! However, be mindful if you need to arrange for any special request, please contact the villa directly. Don't use their check in function and put your request there. I did and the request went missing, so my surprise of the room setup didn't go as planned. But the staffs were kind enough to send the people to do the setup right away and they even bought a small cake for my husband's birthday. :) The staffs are friendly and nice. The pool is clean. Everything is cute. Breakfast selection is limited and portion is quite small. Not buffet style but to order from the reception Floating breakfast is available at additional Rp.100,000. They only have breakfast from 8am onwards. Location is quiet. We had our private and enjoyable time here :)"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay – great location & outstanding staff We had a wonderful stay at The Haven Bali Seminyak. The location is excellent - very central with plenty of shops, restaurants (both local Indonesian food and international options), and convenience marts nearby that are open 24/7. The beach is also just a 5–10 minute walk, which made it very easy to get around without relying too much on transport. What TRULY stood out was the room service and STAFF SUPPORT (special shoutout to Trisna and Bayu)! Unfortunately, my wife fell sick midway through our trip, but the hotel staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive during that time. We also faced a few minor issues in the room, and despite it being around 3am, the staff responded immediately and rectified everything without hesitation. Their professionalism and care really made a stressful situation much easier for us. Apart from that, the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Seminyak. Highly recommended!!!"

"Villa is very aesthetic, room is clean and spacious. Pool is clean and has a small pool bar too. Breakfast is varied and there's a station with changing special menu. They will cook for you on the spot. The breakfast place overlooks the pool, is a great view. The staffs are what make the whole experience the best. They are the most hospitable and patient. Love their smiles and friendliness! They offered welcome drink too."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and it remains a great choice. Its prime location, just a short ride from the airport and close to Kuta Beach, is a major plus. You can also easily walk to the Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book a SPA session again, as the next available slot was a week away due to high demand. The breakfast, however, continues to impress with its quality and variety."

"I'm going to be fair with this review, having read previous reviews. The swimming pool does exist as shown by my photo, and whilst quite small is very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was not spotlessly clean but it wasn't dirty either. The room is dated and genuinely in need of modernization. The kitchen sink tap needs repairing as it starts making noise and spitting out water when not even turned on. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. 6/10"

"In fact, the hotel is located in a rather strange area, where there is absolutely nothing interesting nearby (within 15 minutes by bike) and a very poor choice of cafes and restaurants. In general, a village. After sunset, riding a motorbike is inconvenient - no markings, no lighting. Breakfasts at the hotel are average (the menu is probably much better, but those that come with the booking are so-so). In all other respects, it is a typical economy hotel with Balinese hospitality and friendliness. I will not recommend it, because there is simply nothing to recommend here."

"Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, which required a bit of a walk. While this was slightly tiring, it came with a silver lining: the back entrance near our room opened directly onto a street lined with shops and restaurants. Additionally, staff members were always available and ready to assist with our luggage due to the distance from the main reception. The buffet food was a highlight of our stay—fresh and with a good variety of options. There were, however, a couple of minor inconveniences. The room did not come with a hair dryer by default; you had to request one separately. Also, the bathroom design could use improvement. Although there was a shower curtain, water from the shower would land on the edge of the tub and run onto the floor, leaving the bathroom floor under water. On a more positive note, the hotel’s exterior is beautiful—very well maintained and clearly cared for, which added to the charm of the overall experience. All in all, despite a few small issues, the hotel was pleasant and offered good value."

"We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening, around 8pm, and were surprised to find there was no one at the door or reception to greet us. Unfortunately, our first impression was not great — the hotel looked quite different from the photos online, and we immediately felt like we had been somewhat misled. Upon entering our room, we noticed it wasn’t as clean as expected. There were visible stains on the walls, floor, and bedding, which made us uncomfortable. The bathroom had a persistent damp and drain-like smell throughout our stay, which didn’t improve even with ventilation. We brought our concerns to reception the next morning, and to their credit, the staff were very kind and responsive. Someone did come to clean the room, and we appreciated the effort. However, despite their help, we still didn’t feel the room was truly clean, and ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to feel more at ease. Fresh towels and bedding weren’t provided by default and had to be requested — and even then, they weren’t always available, which was a bit inconvenient. Another major issue was the presence of bugs in the room. While we understand this can be expected in parts of Southeast Asia, the number was excessive. We suspect this was due to the poor sealing on the sliding doors, which couldn’t be fully shut from either inside or out, allowing insects easy access. On a more positive note, the location is quite good — only about a 10-minute bike-ride to the beach and main tourist areas. And again, we have to emphasize that the staff were genuinely lovely and did their best to help whenever we needed assistance. All things considered, while the price is affordable and the location convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were hard to overlook. Personally, we wouldn’t stay here again, but for budget travelers who are more flexible and can look past these factors, it might still be a viable option."
