i enjoyed my stay in hilton chicago northbrook. room is clean, foods are good specially their pizza is so good. staffs are great except one particular person the male manager is rude didnt want to tell me anything looking at me angry bla2. otherwise everything good

This is a great hotel built in an era when they really built them with the travelers' comfort in mind (and not cutting costs!). Hotel is very clean, and the room was quite large. The restaurant is fabulous and must-see.

Easy access to various food & drink options in the vicinity. Hotel is a bit outdated, rooms could use an upgrade

Beds and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. But other than that it was clean the staff was nice and the pool was nice.

We have stayed at Hilton on the Riverfront in North Brook several times over past couple years. We live out of town and this is our go to place because of the comfortable beds, clean hotel, quality service and hospitality. As a matter of fact; I accidentally left my phone in public restroom and the next day the cleaning people turned in to front desk. What a relief since I had thought I lost it. Also went to Allgauers for a quick breakfast which was good. Wait staff were tentative and friendly. Overall a great experience and that is why we continue to return.

The room was great! Beds were somewhat comfortable not sure it was the sheets that weren’t helping. But overall we had a great experience at the Hilton! The outside building doesn’t have a sign, so when we pulled in we weren’t sure if we were at the the right place. Just a heads up, if you see a restaurant connected to a building with no name you are at the right place.

This was a great hotel and very comfortable in a quiete location. We used the pool and the jacuzzi. If you need the sauna, switch it on before you use the pool - takes time to warm up.

Room was lovely. Carry out service at both the restaurant and bar was terrific. Front desk staff are not very friendly.

I love coming here just for a little local getaway. It's my happy place.

Frustrating when I called the property to confirm late check-in, “we don’t have a reservation for you.” Spent 10 mins trying to resolve the morning of the stay. Once I arrived on site, it was a great experience.

I absolutely love staying at the Hilton! I needed a microwave and they bought me one right away! Ladies were warm and welcoming. They also cleaned my room for me. My granddaughter loved there spa. It's so nice here
