Banheiro muito apertado e colchão da cama é uma espuma muito fina, desgastada, desconfortável. Café da manhã praticamente virado em doces e as máquinas de café param de funcionar a cada cliente, o que geram filas grandes.

Bien en ubicación y conectividad, al igual que limpieza. Dispone de. estacionamiento Por el contrario, las habitaciones un desastre de incómodas, camas de medidas inferiores a 1 plaza. Baño mal diseñado. Solicité una almohada extra y no disponían. El desayuno de debe pagar por separado, por lo que finalmente es más cara la habitación respecto a similares.

The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!

We arrived in March, as a result of our airline cancelling an aircraft for 2 days. We were given a large room to accommodate my handicapped scooter, which did not even fit in the the first room we tried. As for the food, I can only comment on the buffets, which is what we were given, overall it was quite good. The bar was very nice, with a friendly and helpful bartender, and it has the largest LCD TV I have ever seen, which would become very useful when the final game for the NCAA basketball championship came on (we love March Madness). Overall, this is a handsome hotel, with a large and airy lobby, but we could tell it was a bit older, with a few things needing repair, refurbishing or outright replacement, The concierge was very helpful, but I had to speak Spanish to get what I wanted, because he did not speak English. We didn't try the pool, but it looked great, and there were cabanas to hang out in.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because of its location and friendly service in the breakfast room . We checked in the evening about 9 pm and the desk clerk knew little to no English . Luckily I was traveling with someone who spoke Spanish but even he had trouble understanding the clerk. He kept asking for our exit papers for leaving Chile . Until he showed us a copy of our PDI form did we understand what he was talking about . The carpets are well worn in the hallways and the rooms , the furniture is also well worn.There was no view except our room looked into apartments across the alleyway . The welcome drink was limited to about 3 choices and again the bartender knew no English , besides having no personality. The breakfast room was pleasant and had average choices … the young lady working the breakfast room recooked our eggs as they were very runny and not edible , she remembered us the following day and Immediately had our eggs the way we preferred. She was very pleasant ! The day desk clerk spoke very good English and was very helpful storing ourluggage as we had a late pick up to the airport . The hotel was clean and had large open spaces . Very centrally located , close to the shopping center inside Gran Costanera Center , the largest and tallest building in South America . Lots of restaurants and bars close by , very nice neighborhood. We felt safe .

Great location . Near restaurants, cafes , grocery stores , shopping and transportation. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Front desk personnel helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was unappetizing.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Our stay at the AC Marriott Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the Front Door Staff to the Concierge to the Front Desk to the Restaurant hostess and staff to the Luna Bar staff, especially the bartenders, to the Lobby Bar and the Hospitality Manager... all were delightful interactions. I am a Marriott Titanium and Hilton Diamond member so I clearly travel more than I really should and I have rarely given a positive review like this one. The hotel location is great, the Luna Bar offers tremendous views of the Sunset, Santiago and the Andes. The craft cocktails are amazing and so are their Pisco Sours especially if you upgrade the Pisco. Our breakfast and brunch experiences were also excellent. We got upgraded to a corner suite which came with a nice bottle of Chilean Cab! The rooms are modern and well appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
