Hotel Province of Belluno dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We were doing a road trip and had no plans to go to Corina De Ampezio, after 5 hours driving from outh area around venezia, we did arrived during a rainy day in Cortina, we were tired and didnt wanted to continue driving, so we decided to find a hotel and all were booked and super expensive for 1 night, we walk several since th apps were not helpings, and we found this hotel Aquila, in the center of the city, is older, but very well kept, they help us with umbreall to park our car, we unload out bags, and gave us a triple room with breakfast , very spacious and onfirtable, they had tead and hot water in the lobby, we had tea and warm up, they also have a tea kettle in the rom, it was nice since were cold not expecting this drastic chamge of weathe and also raining. we really enjoyed a our short stayed, they are very helpful, the breakfast was super good, not much variety for us on meet since we dont eat pork, but we undertad is italy!! they had a variety of bread, pastries , very delcious, juices yougurts, eggs scrambed , and some cold meats but all were pork no chicken or beef. they also have a restaurant for dinner if you want to, but we did had dinner in a nother place. the balcony had spectacular views. they had very nice stores in the walking area , a church very close by, we really enjoyed.

On arrival our ski bus stopped at the bottom of a hill which Crystal say is a 7 min walk up to get to hotel. It isn’t. 2-3 mins at most. Check in was easy and pleasant. We were given room 111, yeah, small, dated furniture and a very tiny bathroom. However, everything was clean and tidy, room was warm, shower had plenty of near instant hot water. Breakfast was sufficient, pastries, fruit, toast, cereal, cold meat and cheese, scrambled egg and bacon, juice and hot drinks. No queues when we went down @ 8.30. Bar area a little disappointing, staff stretched and often no one to serve drinks. Also not many places to sit and a very cold draught when someone enters front. Evening meals were not to everyone’s taste but always found something. Menu chosen night before. Staff were very good and friendly, it was my wife’s birthday whilst there, cake organised, lights dimmed and all joined in with “happy birthday” many thanks. Would I stay here again? Yes we would, however, not with Crystal Ski, that’s a different review.

I prefix this by saying that we were setup in one of the room of the annex so it’s possible the experience would be different in the main villa. We were traveling with a 5y old so we asked for a room with an additional bed. We were setup in an room in the annex that has an additional bed on a mezzanine. Since our kid is not used to that, i ended up taking that bed. We also noticed the main bed had a very worn out matress that was bending in the middle so we couldnt have all slept in it without squishing the kid. We asked to be moved but were told there was no availability. We were pretty tired so tried to lay down and relax but there were constructions going in a building very close by so no luck. At night, we heard people having an argument right outside the doors of the room. It went for long enough that i decided to step out of bed and down from the mezzanine in my underwear to ask the folks to chill and when i got out i realized it was personnel from the hotel kitchen, which is right by the annex. This is when i decided to cut the stay to only that night and booked something else. The breakfast was good and the staff in the cafeteria was nice and helpful. At the lobby, when i said i was going to checkout early, they said they would still have to charge me the second day (which i already accepted it was going to be the case) and charged me for the stay tax, which i frankly found funny. All in all, its possible that if you stay in the main villa you will have a great experience but at minimum i’d advise to stay clear of the rooms in thr annex, especially if you need quiet

We have booked a standard room with lake view. Were given a small room with a kitchenette, table and 4 chairs to make the room smaller. TV was next to the sofa and not in front of the sofa, so cannot watch TV. Both TV and Wi-Fi did not function. A technician was sent but fixed only TV., asked to change room, were told no rooms are available, after insisting we were offered a bigger room, which was quite descent. The toilet of this room was so close to the shower that you have to sit sideways, the shower itself leaking a lot of water and sliding doors do not close, technician again to change door wheels, floor tiles broken. Breakfast good, eggs, bacon and sausage were cold after complaining the restaurant manage Walther gave us a warm breakfast. Restaurant staff very helpful. Room and linen very clean. Room need a very good refurbishment, wooden floors and bathroom need changing. On our last day no hot water at all. Floor corridors badly scratched. At checking out no one offered to help with luggage. In the room no cups to drink we were given paper cups. No house coats and slippers. When booking was told and promised that the room was recently refurbished. After all this no one ever apologise.

Approfittando di una bellissima riunione di famiglia fra cugini che il covid ha separato per due anni, abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura occupando tutte e tre le stanze disponibili. È un posto veramente meraviglioso, comodo per la partenza di tantissime escursioni sulle Dolomiti Bellunesi, sul Cansiglio o in Alpago. Le camere sono molto ampie e dotate di ogni comfort, la sala colazione è bellissima e fa sentire coccolati come a casa propria. I titolari sono molto più che cordiali e gentili. Ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo e di sicuro torneremo.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Savoia Cortina d'Ampezzo was very pleasant and memorable. The concierge, Diana Kirtadze, gave us good guidance for the hikes we wanted to do. The kitchen staff packed us a nice breakfast box and had it ready and waiting for us at the front desk super early for our hike that morning. The breakfast buffet was extensive; had everything one could ever want for breakfast - all kinds of fresh fruits and juices, breads, eggs, pastries, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, teas, coffees, warm porridge and egg preparations made to order .... the food was freshly made, delicious, and beautifully displayed. I wish they had more vegetarian choices for dinner. We received impeccable service from Giovanni Rizzo and his team, at breakfast and dinner, during our stay. They were polite, friendly and struck a perfect balance between being attentive without being intrusive. The turndown service at this property was rather nice too. The housekeeping staff served us with a smile; they got us a portable fan on a warm night, and gave us several extra bottles of drinking water (choice of still or sparkling) when we asked for them. We had a lovely stay at this property - their balsamic vinegar, olive oil (Vibianini) and tiramisu were the best yet!
