Moderate hotel. There's a shop just in front of the hotel, and a pharmacy. Inside, the room is OK, not more. They made reconstruction, which is really note good. The water goes out and floods on the floor. Makes a big mess. No place to put the wet towels, so you have to dry them in a chair. Breakfast is OK. Not more. I've been to hotels much better in size of rooms, and that thing of the wet floor of shower is a disaster

Very poor experience starting with the 2 bedrooms booked together for expressively explained for family of 5 - and in 2 diff floors!! For 3 nights without any solution offered - Hôtel was not clean as a 4 star should be ! Check the fitness room for proof ! And finally only set of 1 person towels (although 3 weee booked) in the room . Breakfast staff GREAT ! Food pretty standard and hot food poor in quality! Scrambled eggs were socky like microwave cooked .... No questioning from the staff on our stay , how it was etc ... when leaving . Very poor experience-

I stayed at Hotel Igea in July 2022 and found it very difficult to find any fault. My room wasn't anything superior, just a normal room, but found it more than spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious. The curtains were very thick to ensure darkness when the sun comes up, large HD TV, mini-fridge which was very welcome in the climate and bed was comfy. The only negative sides about the hotel room was one or two areas of dust in high places which had clearly been continually missed and no bedside power sockets for charging devices. Staff were very friendly and professional, were more than happy to hold my luggage after checking out and the hotel restaurant is also an excellent standard with large, good quality portions. Very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a good value for money. If I return to Brescia, I would definitely stay here again.

Been here before, however same shortcomings every time. Rooms accumulate a lot of dust every day even if ventilation is shut down. Breakfast OK. Diner has only a few selection options, but very worthwhile. Communication with staff is everytime problematic allthough very nice people. Maybe the Italian way. Good free parking. The location is very strategic even if at first impression you think it is not. Plenty gas stations around the corner. The shopping mall own the road freccia Rossa this year was almost dead. Eat at hotel restaurant and don't try find better outside, waste of time. Especially the Elnos shopping center. Probably I return here every time.

We spent two nights in this Doubletree hotel in a modern area a bit outside the city center. The hotel is easy to reach by car and public transport and there is plenty of (free and safe) car parking available on the two fenced hotel car parks. The city center is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel, or you can take the metro. We received a nice room upgrade to a modern, spacious, quiet and clean room. The room and bathroom were well appointed and comfortable, including the bed. Also the hotel outdoors pool was very large and clean, although it did lack some atmosphere because of its very large size. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was ok with a reasonable selection of foods and drinks, but some of the products had run out towards the end of the breakfast time period. We would certainly consider staying here again when next in Brescia.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the property. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel was poorly maintained, which was a bit disappointing given the size of the facility. It was clear that the hotel catered to large events such as conventions and weddings, as the property was quite expansive. The decor was a bit confusing, with a mishmash of palace frescos and modern art that didn't quite seem to mesh well together. It left me feeling a bit sad, as I could see the potential for a truly magnificent hotel experience if the interior was updated and refreshed. Despite the tired interior, the hotel was clean and well-kept. Dinner at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, while there were some downsides to the hotel, the friendly staff and good food made up for it to an extent. With some renovations and updates, this hotel could truly be a standout destination for travelers.

We visited the property when it was first constructed, and the current renovation is breathtaking! No expense was spared. From the moment you enter, The Bellerive is impressive to all the senses. Very elegant, tasteful contemporary design, subtle but pleasing colors, Excellent Wi-Fi and AC. The attention to details for comfort and design are evident throughout the spacious, luxurious guest rooms and bathrooms. Perfect breakfast, couldn’t ask for more. Best morning doppio cappuccino ever! Cheerfully served, along with freshly-squeezed orange juice, referred to as “Sprematura.” Inviting pristine pool, wonderful lounges and pool beds, surrounded by tranquil gardens. Nothing is spared- The hotel even provides a full-time lifeguard! Most Attentive Staff! The old- world quality of dedicated service overflows here. I think in Italy special training is mandatory, (and everyone speaks flawless English) but each of the staff naturally exude warmth and caring. All areas of personnel are exceptionally courteous, smiling and quick to respond to any requests. At the Bellerive, they go one step further than above and beyond. Nestled in a serene stretch in Salò’ overlooking the lake, most rooms have a terrace with direct view of the sailboats moored. Adjacent is a delightful park for children to explore and de-energize. Little stroll to best gelato at La Romana Gelateria. Excellent cuisine is served in the hotel as well as cocktails on the patio overlooking the passagiata. The free secure car parking area on the gated hotel grounds was most appreciated and convenient. Compliments to everyone, including Ottavia, Lucrezia, Giuseppe, Andrea, and the especially to the gracious and brilliant General Manager, Alessandra, Brava! Golden, indeed, was our experience. The small hotel is situated in a quiet location right at the lake shore, adjacent to a tiny harbour. Gardone Riviera is in walking distance and Salo' just a short car ride away. The services provided were superb. The polyglot staff was friendly, helpful, competent and efficient, to mention a few: Elisabetta at the reception, Marina with her team at the sumptuous breakfast buffet, Christian at the bar and ubiquitous Stefano with his team in the lakefront restaurant and (weather permitting) on the panoramic terrace. The food was not just delicious but artistically presented by chef de cuisine Vincenzo. Those who plan to visit the area around Salo' and Gardone Riviera a stay in this hotel is highly recommended.
