Overall, my experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the property. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel was poorly maintained, which was a bit disappointing given the size of the facility. It was clear that the hotel catered to large events such as conventions and weddings, as the property was quite expansive. The decor was a bit confusing, with a mishmash of palace frescos and modern art that didn't quite seem to mesh well together. It left me feeling a bit sad, as I could see the potential for a truly magnificent hotel experience if the interior was updated and refreshed. Despite the tired interior, the hotel was clean and well-kept. Dinner at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, while there were some downsides to the hotel, the friendly staff and good food made up for it to an extent. With some renovations and updates, this hotel could truly be a standout destination for travelers.

Moderate hotel. There's a shop just in front of the hotel, and a pharmacy. Inside, the room is OK, not more. They made reconstruction, which is really note good. The water goes out and floods on the floor. Makes a big mess. No place to put the wet towels, so you have to dry them in a chair. Breakfast is OK. Not more. I've been to hotels much better in size of rooms, and that thing of the wet floor of shower is a disaster

I stayed at Hotel Igea in July 2022 and found it very difficult to find any fault. My room wasn't anything superior, just a normal room, but found it more than spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious. The curtains were very thick to ensure darkness when the sun comes up, large HD TV, mini-fridge which was very welcome in the climate and bed was comfy. The only negative sides about the hotel room was one or two areas of dust in high places which had clearly been continually missed and no bedside power sockets for charging devices. Staff were very friendly and professional, were more than happy to hold my luggage after checking out and the hotel restaurant is also an excellent standard with large, good quality portions. Very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a good value for money. If I return to Brescia, I would definitely stay here again.

Been here before, however same shortcomings every time. Rooms accumulate a lot of dust every day even if ventilation is shut down. Breakfast OK. Diner has only a few selection options, but very worthwhile. Communication with staff is everytime problematic allthough very nice people. Maybe the Italian way. Good free parking. The location is very strategic even if at first impression you think it is not. Plenty gas stations around the corner. The shopping mall own the road freccia Rossa this year was almost dead. Eat at hotel restaurant and don't try find better outside, waste of time. Especially the Elnos shopping center. Probably I return here every time.

Ho appena usufruito di un ingresso di 5h con buffet in compagnia di mia figlia. Location indubbiamente bella, immersa nel verde ma delle pecche che visto il costo, hanno una notevole importanza. Gli spogliatoi sono poco pratici perché in spazi ristrettissimi, gente che si spoglia e appoggia sull'unica panca disponibile i vari oggetti creando subito caos. Le docce sono prive di porte e la privacy ne risente parecchio. Offerta di un solo gusto di tisana in bicchierini da caffè(che se non ti piaci, non hai alternative),mini assaggi di pastine della dimensione di una grossa caramella.Nella Spa la gente si accalca davanti alle saune e bagni turco limitando il passaggio.Siamo andate al Buffet alle h.14 e abbiamo trovato i cesti del pane e delle focacce vuoti, mancavano piatti di verdure, e addirittura i bicchieri per l'acqua. Vassoi di formaggio con 4 pezzi di numero. In un'organizzazione di questo tipo, al prezzo pagato, queste falle non devono esistere. Il buffet va rifornito nell'immediato, non si deve attendere che i vassoi si svuotino completamente.

A wonderful experience! Beautiful, elegant hotel, impeccably clean beautiful room (Quadruple, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids), breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and finally a REAL cappuccino for breakfast, none of that UHT horrible milk!! The Spa was just perfect!! I only gave 4/5 because unfortunately we didn't get to eat in the restaurant but I am sure the food is wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Only 30mins from Bergamo airport but yet you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with such peaceful surroundings!! Well worth it, we will be back!!

Average hotel. Beds were okay but pillows very thin specially for a side sleeper. View off balcony was great. Spent one whole day just resting and enjoying the view. Walk to/from lake not difficult. Only major downside is that without a car you really are limited to places to eat.

Camera con vista lago, con il binocolo! Arredamento nuovo ma scadente, finiture andanti, la definire accozzaglia! La cosa peggiore, il materasso scomodissimo e un gran caldo nella stanza che non ci ha fatto dormire. Passiamo alla colazione: Sala colazioni piccolissima, tanto che le sedie sbattevano una contro l’altra Cibo nella media ma già insufficiente alle 9:00 di mattina, abbiamo chiesto dei cornetti che dopo 30 minuti non sono arrivati Prezzo a mio avviso non adeguato alla struttura Il punto forte è il parcheggio e la posizione, a piedi si raggiunge il centro in un attimo!

After reading some not very good reviews of this hotel, I didn’t go with high hopes but clearly the people who left bad reviews were just overly picky! And you get what you pay for at the end of the day - if you want 5* luxury then book that! But for anyone looking for a genuine review then this ticked a lot of boxes Beautiful view, I paid a little extra for the panoramic view which did mean we were on the top floor but there is a lift, the hotel is on the side of a mountain so there will be a lot of steps and walking so if your mobility is not good then it’s probably not the best place for you. I’d suggest looking for a hotel down by the lake. Beautiful grounds, the orange & lemon trees and flowers make the surroundings of the hotel lovely. We opted for B&B and the breakfast was okay not the best glad we did as there isn’t much within walking distance. We hired a car for our stay and I’m glad we did as we got to see a lot more of Lake Garda than if we had just got an airport transfer. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and the views really were the show stopper for this trip. My only criticism for the hotel would be the balcony railings, on the first night it was raining which made the slightly slopped balcony tiles wet and slippy, I walked out on to the balcony and slipped over and cut my foot quite deeply on the sharp bottom of the railings and after that I was paranoid about letting my 4 year old son too close, I don’t think he could have fell through but could of got a nasty injury and a baby / toddler probably could have fell through so poor design for a family advertised hotel.
