This is a fabulous hotel. Set in the heart of Cuneo’s square right next to the pedestrianised old town and a stones throw from the beautiful cathedral, you’d be hard pushed to find a better place to stay. Communication before arrival was fantastic and easy. Maurizio even sorted out our transport from Turin airport. Not so easy for us to do as we were travelling with bikes (storage at the hotel was provided in their locked garage) The hotel is clean, steeped in history and the staff are incredibly friendly with a great knowledge of English- far better than my Italian! Covid measures are still taken very seriously by all staff too. The room was lovely, a good size, with a balcony. Air-con worked effectively and the bathroom was great. Again, exceptionally clean. House keeping we’re great too. Breakfast is included with all the usual you’d expect for a good continental graze! Again, staff are exceptionally welcoming. Cuneo is not really a destination people consider but if you do find yourself heading that way, this is certainly the place to stay! Ottimo Hotel, bello spazioso ampio e molto pulito. Struttura situata in un punto strategico appena fuori alla città, ma in pochi minuti si arriva dappertutto…. Colazione al mattino molto ben rifornita, ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci, consigliatissimo!

NNavigator51567401072We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Pros: This might be the best located property in Roero/Langhe. What makes it so special are the beautiful views of Serralunga d' Alba in the distance and the beautiful green valley and vineyards in the forefront with no development obscuring the bucolic beauty. We also loved the views from a hilltop restaurant in La Morra but below us were many villages- also attractive but not as secluded and special as the Casa's location. The town of Alba was super unappealing and unattractive to us- I would steer clear of it. Cherasco had a dour beauty. Casa di Langa is very peaceful and quiet- a few animals can be heard in the distance at night and some roosters crowing in the morning. Night time lighting is also ideal and low as to not obscure the night sky. Sound insulation within the rooms is excellent. The room was slightly too warm for us: 72.4 F but by calling the front desk we were able to get an override on the thermostat- apparently remotely controlled. Very well staffed with pleasant and helpful concierges, parking valets, restaurant staff and twice daily maid service. Lobby and bar decor are very nice. Huge outdoor (partially covered) patio space just off the lobby with lots of comfortable seating. My husband really enjoyed his wine tasting class. The bath products and bed linens are very nice. Cons: despite getting a ”deluxe” category room with excellent views, our room was simply too small- it was about the size of our last cruise ship cabin. I don't think we will return but if we did, I would carefully scrutinize photos of the suites to see if they are an improvement. The covered patio for our room was large and initially I wondered why it was so big and the room was so small but then I realized the afternoon sun is so intense that the architects must've factored that in to the design. On our patio were two basic upright chairs which need to be replaced with something more comfortable and relaxed. The mattress, although comfortable, was a bit low to the ground for oldsters like us. The bath area was also smallish. There was only one low slung comfortable chair in the room and an upright desk chair which scraped loudly on the brick floor. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed although the outdoor tables, when weather is perfect, should be set and ready for guests who all want to go outside instead of trying to steer them to the inside. Our room was located above the restaurant and people dining outside in the morning were not an issue for us at all - even when we were outside on our patio. Faula restaurant- I'm sure the chef is talented and I would like to eat what he makes for himself or his family on his days off. We generally dislike Michelin type starred restaurants and found this one typically off putting. Too experimental- simpler is often better. Why the gimmick of presenting a few rice crackers on top of a bowl of rocks? What's the point? If you decide to stay here and have a car- don't

GgyftnfyxoyoeidjfMy wife and I stayed here two nights in late May, ‘23. We were driving from southern France to northwestern Italy and wanted a pleasant place to break up the trip. Cuneo turned out to be a good choice and the Superga was an very good place to stay. We recommend it highly and would not hesitate to stay there again – it is a well-located, well-managed, and very comfortable hotel. The Superga is just a short walk to the main square and is right across the street from the indoor market. Free public parking is available not far away, easily doable with rolling luggage. It is possible to park in front of the hotel to drop off or pick up luggage, but not on market days when the entire street as well as the square is filled with vendors, The market is quite something, by the way, and if your stay coincides with it, be sure to stroll through. We checked out the day of the market, and although the street is closed to traffic, we found it to be no problem to roll our luggage to the parking area. There are also a number of restaurants nearby, including one just off the main avenue leading to the square called Deco, which we highly recommend for inventive and well-presented dishes, reasonably priced and with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is modern and attractive, with a self-service espresso machine. Our room (#122) was large and attractive, with a comfortable king-sized bed, two night stands with outlets, and upholstered reading chair, a desk, coffee maker, tv, and an open closet area with shelves and a safe. Wifi was very good in the room. The bathroom was good sized with a shower and bidet. No counter space, however. We opted for the 5 euro breakfast which was very good – fruit, eggs, waffles, pancakes, juice, homemade baked goods. Definitely a bargain. All in all the Superga is an excellent choice for Cuneo.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located in a palace that was renovated in 2012. Thanks to the navigation, we found the unassuming hotel on the first try. We spent one night in this hotel on our trip and it became a worthwhile stay to ”discover” the picturesque town of Fossano. We were able to use the secure car park which is only 200m from the hotel, At the hotel we were very kindly welcomed and escorted to our room. We had booked a standard room and were upgraded to a very nice and tastefully decorated room and bathroom. The design and lighting concept is very well implemented throughout the hotel. It is one of those hotels where you immediately feel at home. The breakfast room is an absolute eye-catcher, where we could start the day at a very nice and delicious breakfast buffet. The prices are absolutely fair. In the hotel, at the bar and in the restaurant we were served in a very friendly and professional way. Many thanks also to Carlos, who helped us with tips on Fassone. We experienced a very good service in all areas of the hotel, which contributed a lot to our feel-good stay. Molte grazie a tutta la squadra, saremo felici di tornare.

PPengguna TetamuWe enjoyed our stay at Alba Residence and it was very convenient to visit other cities. The staff were great and the apartment very spacious. The location is outside the city center but we drove in and easily found parking at the train station.We went to the Donley Palio and Truffle festival . Alba is a lovely place and so glad we stayed at Alba Residence. It was like a home away from home.

Since the first moment when we arrived at the hotel we were treated with courtesy. We had an early checked in and we were given a free room upgrade. The room was amazing (nice, comfortable, clean and with great A/C and super bed). The hotel is really nice and the location superb. The pool area is also quite nice and we enjoyed a swim to fight the super hot day. What was missing was a pool bar, which is a pity. Overall it was a great experience, well done to all the staff and we will definitely go back

PPengguna TetamuRight at the doorstep of alba town, good location. Only 350m away from alba railway station, good gateway to other Italian towns. This is a very basic place to sleep, water kettle is shared at common corridor. No slippers, no toothbrush, just basic shampoo and body wash. Cannot adjust temperature in the room, so it really depends on the season you are there. Water pressure is low, so do expect shower to be longer. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee at the bakery right opp the hotel. Not much of a front desk, if there’s anyone manning it but you can easily get in and out of the establishment. No Uber in this town, and taxi is exorbitant and rare here. Good for a night stay~

PPengguna TetamuWe recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Situated just outside the old town of Alba (which is stunning) we were part of a UK group on a wine tour of Piedmont. The hotel is modern and bright if a bit corporate in design - the rooms were last refurbished in 2013. Our room on the top floor was at the front of the hotel which overlooks the ring road though we did not feel disturbed at night. Spacious with a sitting area, king size bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and there is lots of choice which set us up for the day. We did not try the restaurant though people on our trip enjoyed it. What made it for us was the staff - we interacted with reception and at breakfast and they were all welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
