I managed to move rooms on the third and fourth night and it certainly went better.
as for the pool, every day I found myself and other hotel and external guests, with crowds of "thirsty beasts" wanting to do ******, with shouts, dives, real water showers, there were people drinking in the pool and some full glasses ended up in the water. impossible to tolerate, the staff was definitely insufficient, on day 17, I counted over 80 people, there was only one guy who managed: entrance, entrance tickets, cash register, beach towels, orders, delivery of the ordered stuff. he definitely couldn't manage the pool situation, which I repeat at a certain point had become intolerable.
