This is probably my favourite Parador hotel, perhaps my favourite hotel period. With fantastic views, great rooms, a spa and really good food (breakfast and dinner!). But it's not just that. The staff are brilliant, not just the receptionists, but everyone from the cleaners and maids, to the waiters and everyone else who works there.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise! Located in a lovely little village surrounded by mountains, it has a very cosy feel from the moment you roll into the car park. Staff were very welcoming and efficient at checking us in and allocating our room. The room was quite large with a very ample en-suite bathroom and a big comfy bed. There is nothing to not like about this hotel, I can just imagine being holed up here in mid-winter enjoying the excellent food and cosiness of the hotel. If I had to be nit-picky the only points I can think to add is that I couldn't get the air-con to work and the room was quite warm. The bathroom, while lovely, has lethally slippery tiled floors when wet, so be careful when leaving the shower! Would love to return here one day and take in more of the hotel and the surrounding areas.

What a find! Our second night stop over on the way to SE Spain. Managed to arrive mid-afternoon as such had a light lunch and a few drinks pool side. The pool is substantial and one can properly swim in what is a safe environment as 'life-guard' on duty. The hotel provides plenty of choice of where to eat on-site, café bar or restaurant. The café bar is very pleasant and chilled, this is where we ate. Everything was competively priced both drinks and food. The bedrooms, were clean & well presented. Excellent walk-in shower in the en-suite. The view from the pool side is across the lake & onto the mountains, picturesque. The bedrooms facing the pool have great views of the lake & area. In high season their is plenty of activities such as canoeing, water pedal cycles , boat hire etc all available adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was presented via a menu, ranges from continental to cooked. I would recommend the omelets. Parking is on-site in a large open area adjacent to the hotel and I understand paid parking is available for secure underground parking. Overall , a tremendous hotel we had a great stay and given the location would try and have an extra night in order to take in the scenery and enjoy more time in the pool next time!

Fuimos a una competición sub 16 de atletismo y nos encantó el hotel al 100%. Personal súper amable, todo nuevo y en perfecto estado de limpieza, habitaciones grandes y modernas, desayuno súper completo y variado por solo 8 euros. Precio bastante asequible. Volveremos seguro.

La habitación aceptable, pero la sorpresa viene después. Reservé en abril, y en pricipio pagué al momento. Me salía que todo okey. Llegue al alojamiento y pregunté si faltaba algo. Me dijeron qud todo okey. 1 mes después, recibo un extracto del banco de casi 200€ y nosabia de que. Total, bloqueé mi tarjeta. Días despues se ponen en co tacto conmigo desde el hotel, dicie do que no he pagado, que mi tarjeta era fraudulenta. Total, el gasto de 200e era de ellos, que me cobraron 3meses después. Se ve que me habian ”bloqueado ” el dinero en lugar de descontarmelo. Pongo en conocimiento esto a la directora y, después de varios correos, finalmente me ofrece un misero descuento de el 10%. Yo estube sin tarjetas 2 semanas, pero ella solo me ofrece un 10% de desciento. Fatal. No recomendo este hotel.

The welcome from reception was indifferent and not particularly friendly. There was no welcome drinks voucher and again no porters. I must have been given one of the noisiest rooms in thr hotel, just above the back door, where every night at 11.15 the truck reverses in (beep beep beep) to collect the rubbish,with all the commotion that accompanies bin emptying. Then early in the morning a truck arrives with all the beers and supplies needed by the hotel. Not a recipe for peaceful rest. Avoid room 210 if offered. The parking is a nightmare to find, through area where dozens of males are just hanging around on corners, which is not a comfort. The bed is glorious and the pillows superb. The room is spacious and calm except for the commotion already described. The restaurant staff are fast and work hard but the menu is far from exciting and the food not particularly tasty. On reflection one night would have been enough here. We will not visit here again. On to Aigua Blava next - hope it’s better.

The location of the hotel is in Vielha, just a short walk from downtown and still in a quiet side road. It has available free parking, which is not a common thing here, since many hotels charge up to 10€ per day to use their parking space even to customers.
Breakfast is good but lacking a bit in variety.
Rooms are comfortable and cozy with good condition appliances, we specially enjoyed the big bathtub to relax with a hot bath after the whole day skiing. Also the balcony is a very nice space with a great view over the rooftops of Vielha.
Overall a good experience in Hotel Blu Aran

La ubicación es envidiable. Cierto que has de ciruclar durante 3-4 minutos por una carretera de curvas, pero si quieres un hotel en un pueblo de montaña, aislado y con unas vistas increibles a la cordillera del Cadí, a campos con caballos, a la montaña, ... lo asumes con agrado.
La edificación, en un pequeño pueblo de unos 10 habitantes, es bastante moderna, pero totalmente integrada en la arquitectura del resto de edificaciones.Todo de piedra, percioso.
Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, con un gran lavabo, camas grandes y muy nuevas, tv, armario, sillones y mesita, calefaccion con termostato muy eficiente, ... simplemente perfecto.
Sobre la ambilidad y cordialidad el personal, simplemente decir que inmejorable.
Y el desayuno vale la pena, muy completo y a buen precio.
Lo único que no probamos por las actividades que teníamos programadas, era la cena. Y nos quedamos con las ganas porque viendo la carta y algunos platos que vimos tenían una pinta muy apetecible.
En resumen, y lo digode muy pocos establecimientos SUPER RECOMENDABLE.

SstevejnbJust returned from 3 nights here for the Día de España puente. It’s a lovely find, 20 mins from Espot and the entrance to the national park. It was very busy most nights but the hotel coped well. The only downside was Covid restrictions limited access to the Spa, and we couldn’t find a good time for us. The room was a “confort” with enough space for the huge double bed and an additional bed for our son. Beds were very confortable, the room very quiet. Shower pressure was amazing and the hotel went all out on breakfast. The best I’ve had in a hotel this year. We were even treated to an earthquake…a 3.8 on the Richter scale. I can’t recommend this enough. We ate each night in the restaurant with a great choice of menu and wines, all at very reasonable prices. If you’re heading for the park for the day, ask for a picnic.

Lovely indoor pool. Didn’t use the spa. Buffet was all we needed and the staff were extremely helpful. Excellent value for money.

PPengguna TetamuHotel muy completo y accesible. Personal muy amable y atento. La habitación era muy amplia y con espacios para poder colocar las cosas del viaje. Camas cómodas. A destacar que te facilitan garaje sin coste para poder dejar la moto, aunque afuera delante del hotel también puede quedar perfectamente aparcada. Cuenta con un buen restaurante con gran variedad de platos y menús. Tuvimos la ocasión de cenar y los platos además de ricos, son abundantes, algo a tener muy en cuenta. El desayuno buffet muy rico y con variedad (zumo, cafés, tes, tostadas pan , fruta, bollería, bizcocho, embutidos, huevos...etc etc.)

PPengguna TetamuQUIEN TE HA VISTO Y QUIEN TE VE, NASTASI !!! Hacía unos cinco años de nuestra última visita al hotel y el cambio (a peor) ha sido sorprendente (sí, también lamentable). Desde la llegada, nada ha ido bien. Primero en Recepción donde pretendían que hiciésemos el check-in a las 16:30 ”mas o menos”, cuando en su web indican las 15:30, que ya me parece exagerado y que, bajo mi opinión, indica una corta plantilla para dar mejor servicio. Ah!, y si te quejas de la espera, en Recepción te dicen, no sin cierta desidia, que ”yo no soy quien ha puesto esa hora en la web”, sin, ni tan solo, una ligera disculpa o cierta empatía. Os podéis bañar en su piscina, eso sí, no camines descalzo fuera del agua si no te quieres convertir en un ”pies *****s”, pues el suelo está esperando que llueva fuerte en Lleida para estar un poco limpio. Una lástima porque la zona de piscina, con un poco de cariño, podría ser (seguro que lo ha sido) un muy agradable espacio . Hemos ”disfrutado” de una Junior Suite que tiene mucho de Junior pero poco de Suite, y en la que nos dió la bienvenida un calzoncillo de (supongo) el anterior huésped, que nos esperaba en el ”mueble armario/colgador”. Si por la tarde/noche quieres tomar algo (ayer en Lleida estábamos a unos 30* a las nueve de la noche), el hotel no tiene bar o terraza donde hacerlo, así que la ”oferta” que te hace la señorita de Recepción es que ”a lo mejor en el Restaurante os quieren servir algo de beber, aunque no ceneis” o que ella te da la bebida y te sales con ella a tomarla ”donde quieras” o en una terraza oscura que hay sobre el restaurante... terraza que ha de ser súperagradable con su iluminación, su música y su camarero preparando un combinado, no solo un botellín o una lata (la oferta de Recepción). En resumen, nos hemos encontrado un hotel que ha vivido tiempos mejores y donde el SERVICIO que antes ofrecían ahora es muy justito. Al igual que un grupo de tres parejas que también buscaba ayer por la noche un espacio para sent**** a tomar algo y charlar, nosotros NO VOLVEREMOS. Nastasi, poseu-vos les piles!!! *Ah!!...no miréis debajo de las camas!😱 ** Y os adjunto una foto de los calzoncillos en cuestión y otra de la forma en que ”ganan” buenas recomendaciones.
