We stayed here for 2 nights with a bus tour group. The location is a bit out of Lucca but in a very picturesque location. There was a pool and pretty garden areas but we were unable to use the pool because of very short hours. The main villa is very beautiful and common areas were interestingly decorated. Our room was in the annex and was small with trees right outside the window. The decor was very dated and the bedspread looked like it was from the 1970's. The room was dark and uninviting but appeared clean. The shower/tub worked well and the bathroom had better lighting. We had dinner here one night with our tour and the food was not very good. Service took forever, and I gave up on dessert and went to bed over sitting there for more than 2 1/2 hours. Breakfast was decent with a lot of choice, but the room was crowded with a poor layout for serving. It was a unique location but rooms could use a major overhaul.

Four of us stayed for a long weekend at this hotel and cannot over praise it. It is well located a very short distance from one of the arched entrances to the town. It is modern and well appointed and very clean. Breakfasts were superb and set us up for the day and there are complimentary aperitifs in the late afternoon. Reception staff were extremely helpful in providing information and restaurant recommendations and arranging airport transfers. We took the train to Florence (having done this journey several times before) but unfortunately it broke down and we were left stranded at a tiny un-manned station. The promised replacement bus did not materialise. We couldn’t find a local taxi or bus and in desperation telephoned the hotel who couldn’t locate a taxi either but instead sent their junior intern Stefano to collect us in his own car to return to Lucca. He was a credit to the hotel and I cannot imagine receiving such fantastic customer service in the UK. Apart from this blip, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel situato a pochi minuti dalle mura della città, struttura nuova e molto pulita. Le camere sono ottime ed il personale molto gentile ed attento.

酒店位於老城區裏面，如果你是開車到達要做好思想準備，道路非常窄，感覺要碰到人了。另外不建議訂2個床，因為是很窄的單人床！早餐還算豐富，老城不大哪裡走走就到。
