Full amenities offered including a boat ride that shows you a whole new view of Cefalu. The highlight is the food! Try the 5 Star dining at the Outdoor restaurant. You will surpass any prior expectations. The service is impeccable, highlight by Tino! he will do anything for you.The walk to the town is a leisurely 25 minutes. And you go around the mountain, not over it! Derik at Concierge is a terrific resource. Don't hesitate to ask! The rooms are wonderful. What a view of the Palm Trees and the sea! The pool is spectacular. A great place to relax. We had a terrific time and hope our children have their wedding or honeymoon their someday!

This hotel is on a gorgeous bay with a beach club and an amazing restaurant. It is a fantastic and rare combination. I’d also like to complement a few members of the staff who managed our many requests beautifully: the Sommelier who speaks beautiful French and is passionate about the wine, Derik the concierge who twice called personal friends of his to arrange special requests for us, Alberto the manager at the beach restaurant and Annetta the manager at the beach club. They were all so professional while also absolutely charming.

Le Callette lived up to all of our expectations. The property, food restaurants, pool, and our suite all excellent. The staff were all very warm, professional, and very accommodating. The location is very good and convenient to the highway and a short drive to the town of Caefalu'. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

I know this isn’t the hotels fault, but the clientele was snobby and we weren’t the most comfortable during our stay. This was the second stop on our honeymoon, and we immediately felt a vibe shift (we are both POC). For a five star, the beds/pillows weren’t great, and the room interior was underwhelming compared to their restaurant and pool design. Food at their restaurant was also average for the price, not worth the value imo. Bonus points however they gifted us a book, champagne and strawberries for our honeymoon and that was a sweet touch.

Fantastic, gorgeous property that is meticulously maintained. The staff is truly representative of the proud, respectful, hard-working history of Sicilians. It was the second year in a row we returned to Le Calette and we look forward to another visit next year.

We began our trip here and spent 2 nights relaxing and enjoying the peaceful area and professional staff. Very beautiful property and our room was on the poolside main floor. Very convenient to the pool. We were there the last week of May and it was very quiet. Easy 20 min walk to the town of Cefalu but you can also take an easy taxi for 12E. We will stay again.

This hotel deserves a 5/5 if one does not consider its pretentious restaurant which earns a 3/5. The rooms, service and grounds are fantastic. The in house restaurant serves an imaginative variety of dishes, none of which our group of four enjoyed. This is a pity because the hotel is not in an area handy to other dining options. The restaurant prices are high and there is an attempt to serve eclectic dishes but unfortunately these dishes entirely miss the mark for taste.

The hotel and its staff were our first stop in Sicily and it set the tone. Impeccable service, comfortable rooms with private patios. Beautiful views, a private beach and swimming pool with comfy loungers. Loved the gym. Perfect stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week. I write this review as at a cost of cost of almost 5 figures for our 3 night stay, 70% of that being on room costs, we feel very strongly that what we received for this high cost was far from a 5 star hotel experience as advertised. One adult and her teen daughter shared one of the Lotus Cabana rooms, which are set in a block along from pool and are small / compact, decor fine but the train line runs a few meters behind these rooms and so were disturbed by the close proximity of trains during their stay. Our suite, for 2 adults and a teen daughter was the Calette Suite which is named under ‘Villas’ on the hotel website so would expect it to be one of their flagship 5 star experiences, which is certainly what it cost. It was far from it. The Villa and many other rooms in the hotel, can be found approximately 250m from reception and the pool area, along a road / dirt path and stairs, passed residential properties and the car park. The room was very dated, with no modern features or facilities in it. There was no fitted shower only a handheld one and mould on the bath. Maid services were limited with only one toilet roll given per day, only 2 small bottles of toiletries left each day for 3 people, no turn down service, dead insect piles left around bedroom and never cleaned throughout our stay. Apart from a bottle of red wine and small book left in both rooms there were no other 5 star features provided. In addition, the hotel grounds the Villa and other rooms are located in, is run down and less well maintained. On the second day of our stay, I complained for the one and only time to reception about the room and surrounding area … bins overflowing, dirty pants / nappies lying on the walkway, grounds not swept and lots of disused / derelict areas that we looked / walked on to. The pictures shown in the other trip advisor reviews I have seen, are for those rooms located at the pool / reception main block. Here the rooms looked modern and grounds are well maintained. The hotel website video shows only the pool area and surrounding areas, which I do agree are lovely but this is only one section of the hotel and we were not staying here. Hotel management were barely visible during our stay, I didn’t see or hear anyone regularly mixing with guests to check how their stay was. Reception staff were visible checking people in with a welcome drink. After I visited reception to complain about room / surroundings not being of a 5 star standard, a manager came to find us as we sat at the pool sharing a bottle of wine and the teens having soft drinks. I do not know his name or position as he didn’t leave us a card or details to provide further assistance. He spoke to us in front of all other guests, was angry and voice raised that he would do anything we needed to “sort things out”. As a gesture he paid for the bottle of wine but not the soft drinks.
