(Premetto che lavorando nella ristorazione, la mia recensione sarà obiettiva senza denigrare per forza, ma solo espondendo situazione/fatti reali) Avevo un voucher smartbox e ho deciso di usarlo nei giorni di ferie... al lago, in un posto in cui non sono mai stato... opto per il trasimeno...la foto di smartbox di passignano sul trasimeno era invitante... nel prenotare propongo (visto che il pacchetto è per 2 e io sono solo), di fare la mezza pensione... a loro non va bene perché è alta stagione, ecc.. così prenoto comunque la singola (alla fine mi danno una DUS..doppia uso singola)... arrivo all'hotel, il garage dicono che è pieno...hanno qualche posto auto esterno (pochi) ma per fortuna in questi pochi giorni me la sono cavata abbastanza bene..le camere sono ”a chiave tradizionale” e c'è la possibilità di portarsele dietro quando si esce, il bagno è un po stretto... ha le mattonelle stile anni 80, senza piatto doccia, quindi ogni volta che ci si lava... il bagno diventa un mini Trasimeno :D, ai sanitari e doccia ci sono ancora i rubinetti acqua calda/acqua fredda anziché il miscelatore, nel pavimento c'è la moquette, letto comodissimo, condizionatore nuovo, piccolo balconcino con parziale vista lago... purtroppo davanti c'è la ferrovia... quindi di giorno potrebbe essere un po rumoroso (io sono sempre stato fuori di giorno, quindi faccio una ipotesi), anche le pareti non sono insonorizzate e si sentono tutti i ca...voli degli ospiti accanto... insomma ci sarebbero da fare degli investimenti importanti che essendo la struttura a gestione ”familiare” non penso che abbiano la possibilità finanziaria di fare...vengono forniti 2 mini shampoo, 2 saponette e 2 bicchierini di plastica... da ammirare che ogni giorno la stanza viene pulita e tutti i giorni fatto il cambio della biancheria (nelle strutture 4-5 stelle per esperienza personale..non è così)...la colazione è minimal, ma comunque con dolce e salato, hanno torte fatte in casa, panini, prosciutto, salame, formaggio, yogurt, fette biscottate, mouesli, corn flakes,marmellatine, nutelline, burrini, succhi di frutta, acqua... Hanno anche un ristorante che può essere usato senza prenotazione, decido di provarlo... il menù è molto vario, adatto per vegetariani, vegani, c'è il pesce e la carne, i prezzi sono leggermente meno cari rispetto ai locali sul lago...(nel listino è omesso il coperto 1.50 € che viene fatto pagare al momento del pagamento del conto), le porzioni sono abbondanti e si mangia molto bene, quindi vi consiglio come ho fatto io...di ordinare 2 portate e poi eventualmente chiedere per la terza...i camerieri sono un pò freddi... vanno sul tavolo senza rivolgere nemmeno una parola (chiedere se è andato tutto bene prima di togliere il piatto sarebbe una cosa carina... ma forse sono io che sono abituato a rispettare i standard LHW...lavorando in un 5 stelle)...apprezzo che la cameriera biondina si è andata ad informare su una cosa che avevo chiesto a cui non sapeva rispondere... la tassa di

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte. Hotel grande con ampio parcheggio e posizione comoda a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Struttura con grandi potenzialità ma purtroppo non sfruttate basterebbe qualche accorgimento per renderlo più invitante. (Togliere la moquette ). Camera spaziosa nonostante eravamo in 4. Pulizia sufficiente nella camera. Il bagno grande ma sarebbe bene controllare gli scarichi dei sanitari e gli angoli della vasca che non erano ben puliti. Colazione abbondante e varia, sarebbe buona norma mettere i cartellini vicino a ogni vassoio con le indicazioni necessarie dei vari prodotti.

We stayed only one night but arrived early. It was super hot so having an in door pool was amazing. Our room was lovely but needed to ask desk to adjust aircon from their central control as it was set at 24 so when you put it down it would cut itself off. We didn’t eat here but facilities for dining looked lovely. Staff had great English and were very helpful.

Not a charming or boutique hotel while a very spacious and well equipped one, with kind and complete service to make the stay thoughtless and pleasant. Very close to the Church and center and with numerous restaurants also in the hotel. Large parking area. Nice bar. Also a good basis to visit the area around (we went to Castelluccio form the blossom). Rooms have full equipment and triple rooms are really so, with two rooms inside

Wonderful quiet place to stay in the countryside but near to lovely villages in Umbria. It is very close to Todi, which is lovely, also beautiful villages like Spello and Montecalco are a must see! Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The borgo was really lovely, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was so helpful and kind. The restaurant had fabulous food, sort of Michelin restaurant style, and the wait staff were excellent. The pool was not open yet, and too cold for the outdoor dining patio, but would looked like it would be fabulous when the weather is warmer. But the indoor dining was elegant and a real delight. Also a great place to go if you don't want a touristy spot, and you want quiet and beautiful surroundings.

PPengguna TetamuIl B&B è ricavato in un casale in collina, ai margini di un boschetto, distante 10 minuti di auto da Perugia. La tranquillità e silenzio della zona garantiscono massimo relax e riposo. Indispensabile, però, arrivarci in auto. Non penso, infatti, che ci siano mezzi pubblici che lo raggiungano. In compenso, non esiste nessun problema per parcheggiare. Gestione familiare caratterizzata da gentilezza e disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza. Molto apprezzati i consigli su come muoversi, dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Le camere sono ampie, dotate di bagno, smart TV, wifi gratuito, macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, frigorifero, asciugamani in numero adeguato, phon e climatizzazione. Pulizia e cura impeccabili sia della stanza, sia di lenzuola e asciugamani. Colazione abbondante, varia e con prodotti locali. Costo non bassissimo ma, comunque, inferiore alla media della zona. Consigliatissimo!

This place is amazing! It is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and convenient for shopping. The room was the most comfortable room I have stayed at in years. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice with lots of hot water and great water pressure. All of the basic amenities are provided and the hotel staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an excellent start to the day. Please note that Assisi is a hillside village. As such, there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. (I think we only saw one hotel that may be “flat” with a lift.) If you need a room on the main level (which is still up some steps) or with minimal steps, be sure to let the staff know ahead of time.

In un'epoca in cui taluni operatori esigono pagamenti anticipati all'atto della prenotazione, il signor Walter Nasini accetta la nostra prenotazione dell'ultimo momento, al telefono, senza pretendere nulla, con un'affabilità che ci fa sentire subito come vecchi clienti. Tale sensazione si conferma al nostro arrivo e si accentua durante il soggiorno, in questa struttura a conduzione familiare, dal sapore antico (valga per tutti la splendida scala in Pietra di Trani, perfettamente conservata) ma con finiture e 'facilities' moderne. La ristorazione di qualità e varietà decisamente alte, le pulizie impeccabili, la posizione strategica per la visita di Assisi, completano la piacevole scoperta di un luogo in cui tornare sicuramente.

FFootprints705046We stayed at this hotel while on a Perillo tour. This was the 2nd hotel out of 3 on the tour. The hotel is large with a pool in the back and great views of Assisi up on the hill. It is not close to anything within walking distance, so you will need a car if you are not with a group. It has a restaurant on site with a breakfast buffet each morning and a spa. I did not visit the spa, so can't comment on it. There was some confusion on the weekend morning about what time the breakfast buffet opened and that created a problem since we were scheduled to leave at a certain time and we would be rushed to eat. However, they did end up opening it about 15 minutes early to accommodate us. But seemed like there was lack of communication from them to Perillo on the time they opened on weekends vs. weekdays. I honestly did not find the staff to be all that friendly. A couple of times when going to the front desk with a question, I felt like I was bothering them. I know that this was a fairly new tour and hotel for Perillo and not sure if the staff just wasn't used to large groups or not but I wasn't impressed. The rooms were outdated, in my opinion, and needed some updates and love. Bathroom shower was like walking into a cruise ship shower and the floor slanted down so you always felt like you were slipping down. The hotel in general needs some cleaning and maintenance. Sitting out on the patio deck one evening we noticed mold and dirt on chairs, tables and fencing, etc. This is not a hotel that I would personally choose if we ever came back to the Assisi area.

但是，作為佩魯賈國際音樂節的客人、青年施坦威藝術家和家人，對這家酒店的員工對華人（東方人）的“隱性怠慢”表示非常非常不滿！作為攜程鑽石客户，我個人強烈建議攜程採取不推薦不鼓勵國人去受辱的舉措，維護中國人的尊嚴！
首先，早餐廳中老年女領班對東方面孔（包括參加音樂節的韓日旅客），每早必問房號，而且從不領位！而對同時或隨後進廳的西人白人不僅不問房號，還親自引位，令人對比反差太大！我從1998年至今公、私出國上百次，飛成白金卡，到歐洲幾十次，還是頭一次在不發達的G7山城，見識到一種難以名狀被怠慢、甚至是隱性歧視！無獨有偶，離開佩魯賈前我們想約來自歐美的鋼琴教授好友聚餐，特別到一層露天吧枱定位，問女店員靠窗桌子有無定位，得知無人訂就提出晚上預約，一男店湊上前問了房號，説不能預約靠窗桌？我説：女店員説了那張桌沒人約，況且我們也是酒店客人，可那個男店員非常“固執”，説不能預訂！我説先交預付款，那個男店員揮手錶示拒絕！這種服務態度實話實説，已經不是相互尊重的問題了！這家老酒店老舊了，但對顧客如此惡劣，我覺得是對中國遊客的無理怠慢！因為我們的臉是東方人、華人，因為我們不是看上去“高貴”的白人旅客？！（明年我們若來佩魯賈，絕不會看這些對國人無理的酒店，順便説一句，我們後來一行人去了當地米其林餐廳，非常嗨皮……）

Whistle stop on our way south. Great place for a relaxing evening after an extremely long drive. I needed some last minute directions, as my satnav was experiencing heat stroke, and the lady at the reception was more than happy to put up with me over the phone, until I saw her waving at me from the glass doors... Great venue, fantastic room, clean and airy, well ventilated. ST. Francis of Assisi Basilica on top of the hill was in view of our bedroom window. Dinner, in the main House was extremely good, using local produce. Service very efficient and unobtrusive at the same time that left clients with time to relax without being pressurised. Breakfast buffet very good, although the plain omelette cooked on order was not really to my satisfaction. The freshly carved local ham was delicious as were the salami and bread.

CClaudiaToccata e fuga in occasione di Umbria Jazz:albergo datato ma tenuto bene, camera singola molto piccola ma pulita e confortevole, colazione abbondante. Ubicato nel comune di Ponte San Giovanni a 8 minuti in auto dal centro di Perugia. Non ho avuto modo di provare la piscina. Tutto sommato mi ritengo soddisfatta.
Ps:per la settimana di Umbria Jazz sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione un servizio navetta anche a pagamento(hanno una navetta nel parcheggio). Lo fanno già altri alberghi e basterebbero 4/5 corse al giorno per dare un servizio top.

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia la terza settimana di Agosto, quindi in altissima stagione. É stato tutto eccellente, dall’accoglienza e la professionalità del personale alla sistemazione in junior suite senza dimenticare la qualità della cucina. Stanza grande e pulitissima, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort come si addice ad un hotel 4 stelle. Sono presenti anche una piscina, un percorso benessere ed una palestra dei quali però non abbiamo usufruito poiché troppo presi a scoprire le bellezze del territorio. La colazione prevede diverse opzioni, dolci e salate, con un’ abbondanza in fatto di quantità che non fa comunque passare in secondo piano la qualità. Le cene sono state davvero superlative, con piatti presentati in maniera eccellente. La qualità delle portate è stata davvero degna di menzione, e raramente ci é capitato di mangiarla così bene soprattutto in alta stagione presso una struttura ricettiva. Il personale di sala è stato sempre attentissimo ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, ed abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la loro pazienza con i nostri bimbi. La posizione dell’hotel inoltre è ottima sia per raggiungere altre località (es. Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia, Cascia ecc…) data la sua vicinanza alla strada statale che per raggiungere il centro della città. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio riservato alla clientela nonché la vicinanza ad un supermercato posto proprio difronte all’hotel. Dopo questa esperienza, siamo convinti di ritornare presso questa struttura certi di trovare qualità, disponibilità e tranquillità.
