Tuvimos que coger este hostal unas dos semanas antes porque aplazamos el viaje y nos salió a 90€ la noche para dos personas. La limpieza de las sábanas y toallas es mala, el edredón tenía manchas. Las habitación y el baño son muy pequeños. El agua caliente deja de salir mientras te estás duchando. El edificio no tiene ascensor y la habitación que nos tocó estaba en el segundo piso en la subida y se escuchaba todo, además con el paso de aire de la puerta de abajo principal nuestra puerta daba portazos y nos despertamos varias veces en toda la noche. No había conserje ni para la recogida ni entrega de llaves. La ubicación del hostal si que es buena, está a 10-15 min del centro (Catedral, Alcazar, setas) y cuenta con comercios y varios bares en los alrededores. No hay parking privado, hay uno público cerca que sale a 25€ el día.

Me alojé durante dos noches, y tengo que decir, que me sentí muy cómoda, tanto en confort, como en limpieza. Necesité que me solucionaran un imprevisto y la chica de recepción lo hizo encantada. Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena. En realidad, todo el personal con el que coincidí, ha sido muy amable. Y la zona, que para ser un pueblo relativamente pequeño, tiene unos bares donde se come genial, como por ejemplo “El cobertizo”. Si tuviese que volver por la zona, me volvería a alojar en el hotel sin dudarlo!

this was absolutely one of the worst places I've invested money in. the staff was a pain and made small problems into something big. my friend and I ordered dinner at the hotel one evening - the food tasted of washing-up liquid. we went down to the restaurant and asked nicely if we could get our money back so we could buy another dinner. we were met with an angry no that it was not an option but that we could be allowed to order something else at the hotel, with the fear that it would again taste strongly of soap, we feared... we spent several hours explaining that the food here was not available to eat. however, we ended up getting the money back for the food after 4 hours.. in addition, their shower did not work optimally. the water changed from super cold to blazing hot. we didn't get a single proper bath the four days we spent there. the rooms were not properly cleaned and there was generally just incredibly bad service. NEVER order here - you will regret it. the pictures are deceiving and none of the fercilities were available NOTHING. biggest disappointment ever. have had better service and food at a hostel but this place is really not worth the money.

A very bland welcome, passports, keys, breakfast times. And the lack of information continued in the room, nothing, no local sights, no recommendations for restaurants etc. The building and bedroom are in old style Spanish house, quaint and attractive. Comfortable and clean, no tea or coffee facilities, no fridge, WiFi difficult to access and kept dropping off. Breakfast was Spanish style. Juice, coffee, toasted bread with oil, tomatoes and salt to taste. Not exactly sumptuous, just OK to start the day served by a very pleasant lady. Perhaps the receptionist can learn from her and lift the atmosphere of the establishment rather than a bland greeting. Luckily we found parking just 50 metres away otherwise it would be a really long walk. On the plus side it's in the centre for restaurants on Plaza San Fernando.

PPui YingI recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and would like to share my review based on several aspects. Firstly, the hotel’s location was superb, earning a perfect score of 5. Being situated right next to the subway station made it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city.
The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, deserving another top score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm and welcoming approach enhanced my overall experience.
When it came to cleanliness, the hotel maintained a pristine environment, earning yet another perfect score of 5. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, reflecting a high level of hygiene and attention to detail.
Regarding amenities, the hotel offered a satisfactory experience, earning a score of 4. While the shampoo and lotions provided were of good quality, it is worth noting that the overall facility was showing signs of age. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was the nicest, most chic hotel I've ever stayed in! I would come back just to stay in the hotel. All ibis Styles have a unique look and feel to them, and this one was perfect. Very stylish but in an accessible and comfortable way, I loved the mural by the lifts and all the cute scallop details. My friend and I stayed in a twin room with 2 single beds which was fairly compact but well presented. Our room faced the main road so we could hear a little traffic noise throughout the night but nothing too bad. Walk in shower was huge, although we did have the smell of sewage come up on occasion. Our stay had breakfast included, which we wouldn't have booked if there was an option without, but the buffet options were very varied (suitable vegetarian options) and it set us up well for each day of exploring the city. The rooftop pool was on the smaller side but perfectly fine to use, if a little on the colder side as not heated. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols to go around, with a really large covered seating area adjacent to the pool and next to the bar as well. There is a courtyard on the ground floor too that was really pretty to sit in. My friend and I had 4 days in Seville which was the perfect length of time to explore. The hotel is a little out of the main hustle and bustle of the city, but a 20min walk will take you right into the thick of it. On our last day we hired docking bikes which was such a good idea - Seville felt very safe to cycle in as there are dedicated cycle lanes and also a good way to explore the Maria Luisa park and ride along the river. There is a docking station right opposite the hotel. We took the bus to and from the airport which was very convenient, the buses ran quite frequently and it cost €4 each way so relatively cheap too. Overall, the hotel was really great and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Seville city break!

PPengguna TetamuVery good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

PPengguna TetamuI was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at U Sense For you Sevilla. Despite glowing reviews, booking a 10-bed dorm turned out to be a mistake. The room, situated next to an indoor courtyard, lacked natural light and fresh air, creating a perpetually dark and stifling atmosphere. The available AC seemed futile in such a space. Attempting to change rooms proved pointless, and the lack of concern from the staff reflected poorly on their customer service. The hostel, seemingly showed part of a lazy commercial chain, displayed an apathetic attitude towards guest satisfaction. Maintenance issues, like a blocked toilet, were simply ignored, replaced with an out-of-order sign. This negligence extended to various areas of the hostel, further highlighting a lack of commitment to guest comfort. U Sense For you Sevilla fails as a social hostel, offering no activities for guests. The poorly equipped kitchen, with minimal pots, pans, and plates, added to the overall disappointment. In summary, I strongly advise staying clear of this establishment. Sevilla boasts better hostels that provide a more enjoyable and accommodating experience.

PPengguna TetamuGood clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around
And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors
This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh

PPengguna TetamuAt this hotel as a group we were not properly cared for from the start. The room turned out to have ventilation problems which were not addressed despite our claims to management. In the restaurant, the manager in charge during dinner on the second day made us feel very bad by requiring us to move from the place where we had already been placed for dinner by one of the waiters in an unprofessional and outrageous manner. Then we were moved to another place where we were provided with incomplete dinner after a long wait and when we were about to leave the waiter named Daniel charged my credit card not only my bill but the entire bill for drinks from the group without my request or consent. Subsequently, before the judicious and professional intervention of the guide Jose, they promised to take some remedial action, which never happened. I understand that when we pay for the higher category Class A service there should be a satisfaction guaranteed policy which in this place definitely did not happen.
