We chose this hotel from many on offer, it was great value for our three night stay in Siena. It is in a great location for all the key places in the city. It is a clean, comfortable and secure hotel that was a great price. There is a very elegant hotel 50 metres away that actually costs 10 times the cost of this hotel. Most probably a lovely hotel but 10 times better? I doubt that. This is recommended by us.

Located 2 km from the centre of Chianciano Terme, Albergo Villa Dionori offers a restaurant, terrace and classic-style rooms. Free private parking is available on site. Breakfast is served daily and includes sweet and savoury items. Tuscan homemade dishes can be tasted at the restaurant. Rooms at the Villa Dionori feature tiled floors, TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, bathrobe and a hairdryer. Montepulciano and Sarteano are both a 15-minute drive away.

Definitely recommend this place! I have never felt so welcomed at a place before. I was worried about parking in Montepulciano, and someone mentioned parking wasn’t an issue with this hotel, so I booked La Terrazza for that reason. We loved our stay here! I called Roberto, the host and owner, just before we arrived and he told me exactly where to meet him (Parking lot #6). He spoke better English than we spoke Italian, that’s for sure. Once I arrived, he took us to another level of this parking area where only permitted cars can park, and as one of his guests, we were allowed to park here. We then climbed into his car with our luggage, and he took us to the hotel and checked us in. Inside the town, the streets are extremely narrow and there’s hardly room for people to walk, so I would never have wanted to drive inside the town! The hotel is between two streets, the upper and the lower level street. The parking lot is closer to the lower street. We stayed here for 3 nights on the top level of the hotel, which had a bedroom, a sitting room, and also a shared outdoor terrace patio. Internet in our room was good - 42.8 Mbps down / 11 Mbps up when I ran Speedtest. There is a downstairs area, with a small reception area and breakfast room. Breakfast was included, and here we met Victoria, his lovely wife. We had espresso, fruit drinks, yogurt, croissants, salami and cheese, and some other baked goods every morning. They have two long haired chihuahuas, Rambo and Quattro, who we met. Roberto and Victoria made us feel so welcome. Every morning, we would have a conversation with Roberto, and he would give us advice on where to go for lunch and dinner. Simply a wonderful experience!

Ottimo compromesso per qualità e prezzo. Ho pernottato qua per due notti. Comodissimo per posizioni, vicino alla stazione e vicino al Laser Eye dove mi sono operato. I proprietari sono simpatici e danno ottimi consigli. Sotto l'hotel c'è una trattoria di cucina genuina locale a buon prezzo. Colazione buona e molto pulito. È un due stelle e non potete pretendere.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura due mesi fa. Quindi ciò che dico si riferisce a fine Gennaio. Mi scuso se faccio solo ora la recensione. Mi ero comunque salvato la valutazione su un foglio. Mi dispiace di non aver riportato i problemi al receptionist ma rischiavo di perdere il treno e quindi ho fatto il check out di corsa. È un bed and breakfast situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma la colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo di 45 € più 2 di tassa di soggiorno. L'entrata, che non so se sia la stessa per tutti, era buia. C'era una lampada polverosa che faceva un po' di luce. Quel buio a malapena illuminato da quella lampada creava un'atmosfera affascinante, quindi mi è piaciuto l'ingresso. L'albergo era sporco. Scale sporche, polvere in giro. Mancava l'ascensore. Comunque struttura particolare, l'arredo e la conformazione mi sono piaciuti. Neanche la camera era messa benissimo. Il pavimento sporco, lavandino con peletti (forse di barba), specchi da pulire, e sedie traballanti a rischio caduta. C'erano due letti e quello che ho usato sembrava pulito ma c'era una coperta di lana a disposizione che era decisamente da lavare. La camera era un po' più grande delle altre in cui ho dormito. Televisore. Terrazzo grande con tavolo e sedie e con parapetti troppo bassi e secondo me pericolosi per qualcuno che camminando di sera o di giorno, distratto, inciampa in una sedia. Voto con tre pallini perchè nonostante tutto, come ho già detto, la camera era più grande rispetto alle altre dove ho dormito e c'era un grande terrazzo, al prezzo di 45. Tutta la struttura necessitava di una sistemata. Con un terrazzo più sicuro e delle sedie regolari avrebbe meritato una valutazione migliore. Non credo che tornerò a Siena, ma se fosse, potrei anche tornare in questa struttura

Hotel consigliatissimo per posizione ideale, pulizia e confort delle stanze, senza tralasciare la simpatia e la professionalità della proprietaria. Ci torno spesso con grande soddisfazione e non sono mai rimasto deluso, esperienza dopo esperienza.

La camera era piccola, pulita ed essenziale. Molto gentile il ragazzo alla reception e soprattutto abbiamo gradito molto la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli dopo il check out e riposare in una bella e silenziosa sala d'attesa. Ottimo soggiorno!
