Hotel berhampiran Barasso-comerio, Wilayah Varese

We came here for 1 night. A group of 8 friends. We arrived late at night and the the check in was quick. It has a Great meat restaurant just there with good food and atmosfire. The room was cleane and you can park your car near your room. We had the possibility to add Breakfast and pay 10 ero more. We preferred to eat outside. They have a beautiful spa. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to enjoy it.

Splendida location, molto suggestiva e con vista mozzafiato. Le stanze sono comode, silenziose e spaziose, nonché estremamente pulite. La colazione è eccellente, dotata sia di numerose opzioni dolci che di altrettante alternative salate. Piccolo dettaglio molto apprezzato: un sacchetto di biscottini di benvenuto per il mio cagnolino, il quale peraltro ha particolarmente apprezzato. In poche parole: hotel consigliatissimo!

From the outside the hotel looks very nice - it is a big villa with a little garden in front. Our room, however, (one of the suites on the top floor) was not properly cleaned. There were hairs in the bathroom, a lot of dust everywhere and spiderwebs around the bedside tables. Although they cleaned the room again after we arrived we did not feel comfortable. They do everything very superficially: at breakfast for example they don’t even bother to wipe the tables between customers (except on our last morning when there was another waitress). The street nearby is very loud, also during the night. A positive thing about the hotel is the free parking and the location: around 5min from Varese by foot and a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

Booked for two nights to go to a local wedding. Daniele on reception was fantastic, and really flexible with my needs. The guy who works evenings was also really friendly despite me turning up at midnight (thanks, Ryanair...!) The location is perfect, and isn't too noisy either. The room was spotlessly clean, and the aircon was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was buffet style, with breads, cheeses, hams, and then cakes and tiramisu(!) For the price, in such a gorgeous town, you really can't knock it.

Hotel moderno, bien situado a 5 minutos del centro de Varese en una zona residencial. Instalaciones muy buenas, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, muy bien desayuno. No le pongo 5 estrellas por la falta de detalles que harían que el hotel fuera perfecto (por ej. Hay que pagar 3 euros para recibir una toalla para la piscina, que por cierto podía tener algún tipo de decoración de jardín, hay máquinas muy buenas en el gimnasio pero no hay bicicleta, etc.)

Ho prenotato questa struttura invitato dalla camera con vasca idromassaggio per passare la notte di capodanno. Ho prenotato fiducioso delle recensioni per la villa utilizzata spesso per matrimoni per l'ottimo giardino e su questo non ho dubbi ma diversa é la situazione se ci si dorme. La proprietaria era ben al corrente che abbiamo fatto il viaggio solo ed unicamente per la vasca idromassaggio in camera ma purtroppo in tutta la giornata e nottata siamo riusciti ad utilizzare la vasca circa 5 minuti prima di uscire per il freddo. Inizialmente appena aperta la vasca esce una accogliente acqua gialla per qualche secondo, segno che viene utilizzata poco peró non ci scoraggiamo e riempiamo la vasca con una leggera acqua tiepida (unica che sentiremo durante il pernottamento). Una volta riempita la vasca inizia l'epopea: - idromassaggio non funziona, spara qualche bolla per poi spegnersi e quindi iniziamo a premere qualcosa per capire come mai non parte. Invece partirá una bella pulizia automatica, quindi chiamiamo reception e si presenta un signore dicendo subito che la vasca non la utilizza mai nessuno e non ne capisce il perche ma ci consiglia di farla svuotare e riempire di nuovo. Prima oretta persa. - nell'attesa attacchiamo la stufetta e dopo 5 minuti salta la corrente in camera. Richiamiamo il signore di prima che riattacca il contatore. Quindi abbiamo capito che anche la stufetta é inutilizzabile. - una volta riempita di nuovo la vasca questa volta ci troviamo una bella pozza di acqua fredda. Richiamiamo il gentil signore per la terza volta che ora si presenta con la proprietaria. Ora l'idromassaggio spara bolle ma l'acqua é congelata quindi la proprietaria ci invita a ri svuotare l'intera vasca che ormai era diventato un passatempo assicurandoci che entro mezz'ora si sarebbe riaccesa la caldaia dedicata alla stanza. Ci teneva a sottolineare che aveva una caldaia tutta sua quella vasca eppure l'acqua calda si era persa per strada. Aspettiamo quindi stanchi e delusi quasi 1 ora prima di riaprire la vasca e sperare che sia la volta buona di avere una combo di bolle + acqua calda ma invece la famosa caldaia dedicata non si é impegnata abbastanza e abbiamo fatto uno stupendo idromassaggio di circa 4 minuti in acqua ghiacciata che peró aveva le bolle! :) A questo punto non chiamiamo nemmeno piú la reception perché é ridicola la situazione ma ci chiama la proprietaria che per scusarsi ci offre un UTILISSIMO slittamento di prenotazione di mezz'ora al ristorante a cui avevamo prenotato siccome suo amico. Ovviamente completamente inutile siccome eravamo in stanza gia pronti a fare assolutamente nulla dato che la vasca non funzionava. Tornati dalla cena poi troviamo l'ultima sorpresa avendo lasciato la vasca piena che piano piano si era svuotata lasciando una piacevolissima patina nera sul fondale che ci faceva compagnia durante quel breve idromassaggio di 4 minuti, ovviamente dovuto a chissa cosa dentro quei filtri e bocchettoni per le bolle. Alles war sehr schön, wäre gut einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer zu haben.

An okay hotel, really polite staff location is not the best but you have 2 supermarkets just in front of the hotel, But IS TOO FAR FROM THE LAKES. the room are okay really plain and don't expect anything else, NO TEA/ COFFEE SOAP/ ANY EXTRA to make a nice welcome. The majority of food that is offered is, gluten, lactose free, vegan. But some people don't like it and there's not many other choices. Too much sweet food, not much savoury and please do not order the eggs. Also breakfast it's from 7 to 9:30 and if you for e.g. arrive at 8 30/9 most of the food is finished and it doesn't get replaced. If you like coffe ask for a double or even triple as it tastes like water. Overall is not bad but for that price you can find much better.
