This Hotel was amazing. The room view, the food, the stuff were all perfect

酒店環境不錯，海景房景觀很棒，還有**可以娛樂，前台服務非常好，還給了兩個小時的延遲退房，桑拿泳池設施也很好。位置離市中心有點距離，不過可以步行穿過一個很漂亮的公園可以去stefan島。早餐是自助的，味道還可以，酒店有中餐廳不過很可惜週二三不開。攜程標註的無獨立衞浴是錯的，按摩浴缸和淋浴是分開的，酒店可以改下標註，以免大家誤會因為這個不預訂，我就差點因為這個點了取消，還是相信了圖片。

訂的雙人間，房間很小，床特別小，衞生間很差，雖然有浴缸，但是洗澡的時候水會撒出來

This is a very nice hotel with lovely staff. Very professional. The room impeccable. The view is beautiful. Very close to some other touristic attractions. The beach area very well organised. For relaxing, it is one of the best places I have been able in my life. Thank you for being SUPER.

We booked this hotel specifically because of the good reviews and could not have been more disappointed. From the moment we arrived the staff - particularly the reception staff - were rude. We waited ages at 11pm to get checked in and it was anything but a warm welcome. We even got engaged during our stay and didn’t tell anyone as a) nobody asked how our stay was going even once and b) we didn’t want their attitudes to potentially ruin it. The evening of our engagement I rang the hotel to book a taxi for our return and was told it would be 10 minutes. After 25 mins I rang to check up on it and make sure they understood where my fiancé said we were and was abruptly told ‘have patience, ciao.’ And then hung up on. On another occasion I was shouted at by a reception member of staff ‘the gentleman first … the gentleman first’ when I was following my partner outside to get a taxi?! Bizarre experience. Disappointed doesn’t even come close.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or ensuring my room was always immaculate, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Now, let's talk about the food. Maestral Resort & ****** boasts a culinary experience that left me craving for more. The variety and quality of the dishes served at their restaurants were outstanding. I savored every bite of the delicious cuisine. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. JADE authentic Chinese dining wasa treat for both my taste buds and my eyes! Unforgettable experience. The beach at Maestral Resort & ****** is a true gem. The pristine, sun-kissed shores of Montenegro's coastline are just steps away from the hotel. I spent hours relaxing on the beach, basking in the warm sun, and taking in the breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. The crystal-clear waters were perfect for swimming! The location of Maestral Resort & ****** couldn't be more perfect. Nestled along the picturesque Montenegrin coast, the hotel offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The nearby town of Budva is easily accessible, offering a taste of local culture and nightlife, while the hotel itself provides a serene and relaxing atmosphere for those seeking a peaceful getaway. Do not miss the sunset! Just wow! I couldn't get enough of it. And if you're looking for some thrill, the ****** is at your full disposal. We had a blast. What more could you really ask for??? In summary, Maestral Resort & ****** exceeded all my expectations. The staff's hospitality, the delectable cuisine, the stunning beach, and the ideal location all combined to create a truly unforgettable experience. An amazing hotel .. the staff provided excellent service .. the breakfast and dinner were excellent .. large clean rooms with an amazing view of the sea .. a private beach and a pampering spa ... everything is clean and tidy..Without a doubt the best hotel we have been to

Service standards are terrible. Staff are rude and indifferent. Cleanliness also not up to to scratch. Private beach is very small, crowded with lounges and there is a sewage outlet on the Budva end, plenty of rubbish around that area of the beach also which is a good indication of the lack of attention to detail of this hotel. Spend your money elsewhere, there are better locations, hotels and beaches in the area.

I am very disappointed on the value of money with this hotel. 1. they were always lacking of towels for the beach ( sometimes we waited even 45min for them), the beach lounger was always dirty (they didnt clean them everyday), they let the public people to come to their private beach (they had to pay for it) but because of that the guests of the hotel couldn’t get the beach lounger… They put very small beach umberellas (only one person could sit in shadow the other was already half on the sun, and you can not move the umberellas). The smell in bathroom from the canalization was all the time there- This you can not afford when you charge 400€ for a room. They were defenitely “employing” way too much trainees instead of professional people and you could see that in their service. Also the prices they put for the cleaning of clothing , ironing are ridiculous. This hotel is defenitely a rip off for what they offer and thats why I would not recommend you to come here.

I would like to thank all the staff of Maestral Hotel, especially front desk, staff lead by Marija Lasica for an amazing time like always. She was always there to help with a smile, her kindness and continuous professionalism. Thank you Marija for arranging our room with the welcome fruit and cookies. that was stunning. On arrival our coach had problems unloading luggage which was a poor start and our room looked out on the restaurant extractor. Our first request for a room change was rebuffed but the following morning Allana rescued the situation promptly and professionally moving our room. The Chinese meal in the restaurant was tremendous, the breakfast good, the evening buffet excellent and the whole staff superb. The beach does get busy, and nothing much outside the confines of the hotel but an enjoyable time for our 3 day stopover.
