看評論選擇住這家酒店的，結果感受超級差。 1.提前三天訂的酒店，當時就打酒店前台電話預約接機服務，結果昨晚8點下飛機拿了行李都沒有接到電話接機，打電話去酒店前台説幫忙問一下司機，然後就沒有下文了，我自己一看酒店離機場很近就準備自己打車過去了，又再次電話前台詢問，前台説司機已經接到我了，我？？？我人在機場門口沒有任何人聯繫我，司機説接到我了？最後自己打車前往酒店，酒店報銷了7元打車費。 2.隔音巨巨巨差！半夜12點過隔壁房間的人回來了，從開門到進房間後一男一女一直講話，我房間的窗户都是關好的，但是完全沒用，他們説話就像在我耳邊一樣，根本無法入睡，於是打電話到酒店前台，前台説服務員馬上去提醒，後面聽到隔壁敲門聲後，旁邊説話的聲音變小了，等了一會兒前台給我房間打電話，詢問聲音是否小了，我回答是的，然後準備睡覺，結果隔壁兩人又開始聊天了，估計找前台也沒用，別人也是消費者，後面不知道幾點才消停。申明一下，我是睡眠很好的人，這個隔音實在太差了。第二天發現我們兩個房間的床頭是對着的，怪説不得聲音這麼近這麼大。 我入住的日期是9.3，也不是旺季，酒店很多房間都是空的沒有入住，不明白為什麼要把客人房間安排的這麼近。 這真的是我第一次遇到隔音如此差的酒店，根本無法入睡，太難受了，我很少長篇大論的評論一個酒店，必須給大家提醒避雷。 3.不知道酒店可以抽煙，昨晚隔壁除了聊天，還抽煙，問題是煙味會傳到我們房間，前台也不詢問一下是否需要入住無煙房嗎？我這種受不了煙味的人，着實難受。半夜我打電話説聲音大時有説腰圍問題，前台詢問是否需要跟換房間，凌晨一點了我覺得忍忍吧，下次絕對不會再入住。 4.看評論很多説免費升級房型，可能是我入住一晚吧，沒有任何升級，不過免費的也不能強求。 5.優點：房間大，設施較新。

這家酒店剛開業不久，設施很新，房間寬敞明亮，全屋智能音控體驗非常好。床墊舒適度尚可，提供了絲綿和記憶枕也還Okay,要是有蕎麥枕可選就更好了。酒店院子很大，自駕不用擔心停車問題，步行去茶馬古道和茶馬古城景區很方便。我們帶着長者旅行，應我們的要求給免費升級到了行政樓層，最後一天也是應我們的要求“免費”給長者送了水果，如此貼心，感謝！ 硬件設施固然重要，但軟件服務同樣不可忽視。衹有兩者相得益彰，才能讓遊客感受到賓至如歸的體驗。説説需要其他方面的體驗： 1. 沒有免打擾的電子控制系統，就連最基本的DND掛牌也沒有，每天還得和前台説不要進房間免打擾，很是麻煩。 2. 入住時就加了管家服務，總體感覺，小管家缺乏主動性、專業度和經驗。相信入住酒店的客人90%都是來旅遊的，難道就不會主動提供一些旅行和景點的基本訊息嗎？例如可以買團購票。你不問路線和行程，管家啥都不主動提供，我還問了要去博物館，發了我兩個地圖，除了普洱博物館，還給推了一個茶業自然博物館，白跑一趟原來是個賣茶葉的小商店根本不是什麼博物館，答曰之前有客人買茶，但我又沒説要去買茶葉？幸虧不遠，否則枉跑一趟得氣死。此外，我們續房費之後，房卡並沒有被及時激活。這導致我在深夜攜帶拎着物品上樓後，不得不再次下樓處理這一問題。細節往往是決定服務成敗的關鍵，尤其是在酒店業，對細節的關注和處理能力才是專業度的真正體現。 3. 再説説早餐，餐廳服務員的服務還是很到位的，值得表揚。但餐品真的一般，每天老三樣沒變化，吃個三四天就膩了。品類上不能多樣化每天條調換下嗎？ 4. 此外，酒店周邊的環境也有一定的噪音問題。而這個噪音是來自於雞。本以為居民區會比較安靜，但實際上週圍有居民養雞，窗户隔音不是很好，雞鳴聲從清晨5點開始會持續兩個多小時，這會影響一些客人的休息。 總體來説，這家酒店在服務和設施上都有一定的亮點，但也存在一些可以改進的空間，希望酒店能夠聽取客人的真實反饋，不斷優化服務。

我訂的房間是有上下兩層的，別墅型，上層一個單人床，小朋友非常喜歡，下層是雙人床，房間的設備很新很人性化，連電風吹都好用，衞生也很好。看得出老闆裝修時候很用心，是打算自己用的。這裏離茶馬古道景區很近，附近有不少好吃的店鋪，我們住的很舒適，老闆也很熱心。普洱給我的印象太好了，氣候宜人，遊玩點豐富，小吃眾多，當地人純樸，以後打算再來。
