Hotel Pu＇er dengan Spa

Un hôtel où j'ai l'habitude de descendre lorsque je suis à Simao parce que le rapport qualité prix me semble bon et qu'il se trouve dans le quartier où j'ai affaire, c'est à dire près du marché de thé, du musée de Puer et d'autres centre culturels. La chambre est spacieuse et bien tenue, et le confort et les équipements tout à fait corrects pour ce type d'établissement. Ascenseur, wifi, bouilloire, eau minérale, sèche cheveux, etc. Personnel à l'écoute.

Very nice and quiet hotel. The city is not big itself, so the hotel location is good. we only went to the Puer zoo by taxi, it’s very far from the city, but the hotel is a bit closer to the city side, so it was convenient. There’s also a tea shop on the first floor with very nice lady, who shows you tea ceremony and provide with good tea. Breakfast is decent, have some western options. Only 1 park to walk (can get there by taxi or ebike) around. But also taxi or bike can easily take you anywhere in the city too.

This was probably the best hotel I stayed in Yunnan so far. To start, the room was incredibly clean, new, spacious, and most importantly comfortable, the bed was comfortable and clean when I got there. On top of this, the amenities within the room are amazing, AI assisted curtain and light activation, strong and fast AC system. The bathroom was huge and had individual rooms for the shower and toilet. The shower area had everything needed and was very spacious. Tons of kits for shaving, vanity, and all that you would need for a hotel stay. Even more, there was an air purifier and majiang table. If you order delivery there is a robot that sends the food to your room. Staff were very friendly and dependable, gifts were given during leaving, there was also a free breakfast and bridge crossing rice noodle kit that you could order anytime, very tasty! Lastly, and also very important for travelers, the location is superb, being situated close to the city center and only a 15 minute drive from the train station and opposite side of town. Very convenient!! The area is also quiet and relatively clean.

作為敢收房價5000一晚的自稱“奢華”酒店，非常差勁！氣得我第二天就提前退房走人了！奉勸各位酒店愛好者，如果是想體驗奢華酒店，千萬不要選擇這家。 我訂了三間房（一晚上房價合計13000左右），一個房間的電動窗簾是壞的，一個房間的智能馬桶沖水功能故障、漱口杯有多處破損。更離譜的是，我們下午四五點去泳池準備游泳，發現泳池裡的水很臟，有各種異物，階梯上居然有大量青苔！而泳池邊的休息區躺椅沒有墊子，沒有浴巾，沒有水，椅子破損。簡直不敢相信這就是房間3000起步的“奢華”酒店！我向大堂經理投訴，結果是酒店會盡快清理，第二天可以把泳池處理好，我都快氣樂了！然後大堂經理告訴非常抱歉，領導特別批准贈送我一頓晚飯或者一次SPA😂😂我很缺你這頓飯嗎？！我直接拒絕，然後打電話給攜程投訴，是攜程協商出一個首晚房費八折的處理結果。我衹能説，這個酒店的領導層根本不配經營奢華酒店，他們甚至不懂奢華酒店的客羣是什麼樣的需求，低級之極！我明確告訴攜程不接受酒店的處理結果，攜程又溝通到晚上十點，最後酒店不讓步，攜程自己給了我一些補償。我第二天，哪怕是臨時找不到其它好的酒店，也直接退房離開，實在不想在這個愚蠢的酒店當冤大頭！ 我想説的是，不是把房價定得高高的，就可以自我標榜為奢華酒店，沒有追求細節的管理和服務，衹是山寨而已。去年五一去的是廣西崇左麗世，對比之下，完全碾壓這家柏聯。

有免費的停車場，酒店乾淨衞生，交通方便，服務熱情，每次到墨江都住這家店。

再次入住金森發現酒店換老闆娘了。老闆娘和員工都非常熱情服務態度都非常好。特別是老闆娘的兒子我剛進店就被他的熱情打動了，使我的心情都愉悦了許多。酒店房間都重新裝修粉刷過，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，房間的設施也非常齊全，乾淨整潔，給人一種家的温馨感。現在入住她家酒店還能領到一份免費小禮品，老闆考慮得很周到。 總之，如果你正在尋找一個舒適、温馨的住宿地方，這家酒店是一個不錯的選擇。強烈推薦！

酒店外觀漂亮，裝修有民族特色。房間條件不錯，枕頭、床墊、被子等床品都很舒適。酒店分AB兩棟，每棟都不高，看着四五層的樣子，有電梯。停車位置比較多，也有充電樁，對電車友好。酒店位置離娜允古鎮略有點遠，走路可能需要半小時，有車就很方便。酒店免費提供早餐，早餐比較豐盛，味道也不錯。還有午餐，但我們沒在酒店吃。感覺這裏太好了，適合短時旅居住一陣。退房時還送了花生和糖果。沒拍酒店照片，圖片是在房間拍的酒店背後的房子，也很有民族特色。

Amazing getaway from the busy life in the middle of a rainforest. Great hot springs, nice design, good food and beautiful natural location.
