Hotel berhampiran Vogelkäfig, Puchheim

Meine Mutter (87) war sehr überrascht über das Zimmer und seine Lage, da Sie früher immer in Privatpensionen unterwegs war. Ebenso die freundliche Bedienung im Frühstücksraum hat Sie überzeugt. Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell und reibungslos über die Bühne. Das Hotel hat zwar nur einen Frühstücks-Raum, aber außerhalb gibt es ein schönes Garten Restaurant mit deftigen Gerichten.

Von einem vier Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr. Mehr Komfort, Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, Service. Für ein oder zwei geschäftliche Übernachtungen ist es okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Und ein Tip an die Leitung, Kommunikation ist alles. Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Sauna gebucht, um abends nach der Arbeit entspannen zu können. Bei Ankunft findet sich am Empfang ein kleiner Zettel, der auf den (längerfristigen) Ausfall der Sauna hinweist. Hätten wir dieses gewusst, wäre die Entscheidung auf ein anderes Hotel gefallen. Traurig auch, dass es hierfür keine Entschuldigung oder ein preisliches Entgegenkommen gibt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist Geschmackssache. Unvorteilhaft finde ich die große gemeinsame Bettdecke. Des weiteren ist es nicht nachvollziehbar, weshalb es in einem Doppelzimmer alles nur einmal gibt. Von der Ablage für das Gepäck über die Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ebenso unvorteilhaft ist die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer, welche sich nicht komplett verschließen lässt. Wäre kein Problem, wenn nicht auch die Toilette im Bad wäre. Die Fenster lassen sich, wie meistens nur kippen. Jedoch ist die Lautstärke bei gekippte Fenster, egal wo sich das Zimmer befindet unerträglich. Auf der einen Seite sind Straße und Autobahn, auf der anderen der Flughafen, auf dem abends Hubschrauber Flugübungen stattfinden. Und zu guter Letzt, wenn ich einen Kühlschrank anbiete, sollte dieser auch funktionieren. Bei beiden Zimmern war er zwar angeschlossen, kühlte jedoch nicht und ließ sich auch nicht regulieren. Das Frühstück ist okay, jedoch nicht herausragend. Sehr enttäuscht waren wir über die mangelnde Flexibilität und Servicebereitschaft des Hotels. Da sich unser Zeitplan kurzfristig geändert hatte, wollten wir gerne auf das vorab gebuchte Frühstück verzichten. Uns wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dies aus uns nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen nicht möglich wäre. Die Qualität des Restaurants beziehungsweise der Bar, können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir diese nicht genutzt haben. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt okay, jedoch werden wir uns künftig für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden. Schade, denn das Potenzial ist eigentlich vorhanden.

這個酒店位於效區，有車才方便，入住酒店要交停車費，每天5歐。旁邊就是加油站，還有個麥當勞。我們晚上到達酒店，次日早上出發時加滿了油，從酒店到慕尼黑機場大概40公里，沒想到才40公里油表就少了一小格（大概十分之一），路上沒留意到。還車時才發現，後來租車公司在我的信用卡里扣了25歐，自己去加的話頂多也就5歐。租車的朋友們請留意。

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful!!!! Gym room is well equipped. Parking available, definitely a good choice for travellers who are driving. Overall the hotel is too new that you can tell the things are not well prepared. The location is not close to anything, it takes over 15 minutes walk to train station. Many renovations nearby. Room is not very clean, quite dusty.

Bon service, bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Les points négatifs sont la salle de sport qui n'ai vraiment pas bien équipée et le frigo de la chambre 302 était trop bruyant... A part ça, tout s'est bien passé

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.

Que se puede esperar de un hotel que en las fotos de presentación solo hay floreros , pues nada . Al hotel le quitaría una estrella porque le sobra , más que un hotel es un hostal . Todo estaba roto o estropeado . El desayuno penoso tuvimos que ir a comprar cosas para poder desayunar ya que había cuatro cosas básicas . Pan tierno , un poco de embutido , frutas en piezas tres diferentes , agua y un café malo . Las habitaciones no tenia grifo en el lavabo de agua fría solo salía agua hirviendo , tenían cortinas en vez de mamparas . Las camas no tenían sabanas , ni bajeras ni mantas , solo un edredón para echarnos por encima . Menos mal que la calefacción funcionaba bien porque si no hubiera sido todavía peor . Les pedimos unas sabanas para que nos dejaran y nos dijeron que si pero cuando llegamos por la noche no nos han dejado nada . La recepción del hotel cerraba a las 10 de la noche y tenias que tener tu propia llave para entrar en el edificio. Las mujeres que llevaban el bufé del desayuno eran muy estupidas no te hacían caso y solo chillaban y hacían aspavientos con las manos para que nos apartásemos de su lado . Lo único que estaba bien es la ubicación pegado a la estación de tren y a unos 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad . Yo no lo recomendaría a nadie . Cuando dejamos las maletas hasta por la tarde porque no salía nuestro vuelo, nos las dejaron an la misma recepción si estar guardadas en una habitación cono en otros hoteles

A seven night stay in a very good, comfortable hotel situated on a busy main road at the entrance to a business park. We had a spacious and comfortable accessible room with a sizeable bathroom and a decent shower. The room included a Nespresso coffee machine with three pods that were replaced daily, as were the bottles of water in the mini bar. On arrival there was also a complementary tray of fruit awaiting us, along with a bar of chocolate and some cashew nuts. The room had everything we needed, including numerous power points, and there was ample room for my partner to manoeuvre her electric wheelchair, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room rate included an excellent breakfast. There was a live cooking station for eggs etc, and at the weekend a complementary glass of prosecco was provided - a nice touch. We didn't eat in either of the hotel's restaurants in the evening, but we did avail ourselves of the Hemingway Bar menu and room service a few times. This was a limited menu but the dishes were of good quality and the helpings sizeable. My partner's requirements for gluten-free options were well catered for, both at breakfast and when choosing from the bar menu. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
