"The Mall listed in the building was not in business. The gym and the swimming pool was functioning ok. The small business centre was misused as meeting room for prolong period when we didn’t have a chance to use the computer. The views are fantastic. Location isn’t the best but thankfully we could drive around."

"The location of the hotel is convenient, with shopping malls and eateries nearby. The lobby and room are generally clean and modern in design, and the bed is quite comfortable.
However, I did notice a few strands of hair on the bed sheet upon check-in. While it didn’t affect my overall stay, I think the housekeeping team could pay a little more attention to details. The bathroom facilities were good, with strong water pressure and hot water.
Overall, it’s a decent stay with good value for money, but cleanliness could be improved."

"Came here with friends, and the surroundings are lovely. The supermarket downstairs is super convenient, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making everything easily accessible. We absolutely loved it here! Highly recommended."

"It was my 1st booking n stay in Espira Kinara . It was resort style stay . Quiet away fm city stay yet still quite near to my office 15min drive also 10min to Pavilions Bukit Jalil for shopping n eating . Will recommend to my colleague n will rebook for my next visit . She Thank"

GGuest UserWent for a concert near Bukit Jalil, the location was great as it was near Kinrara LRT with just 5 minutes walking distance. Take LRT for another 5 stations would reach the Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Good for those going to concert.
Plenty of parking space available and restaurants or Family Mart available at the same row. Speak of disadvantages, the sound proofing was not good, i could heard speaking noise from room beside and corridor, door closing sound. Also no enough amenities was provided.

MMinnie ChuaClean and will get exchange the bedsheet and blanket..no bedbug and cockroach..Refill water bottle and cleared dustbin after change bedsheet & blanket.Renovation modern style..TV channel have music tv 90s..Aircon is quite new..Have clothes hanger prepare upon my requested.Have hair dryer..brushing teeth cup stand by and towel and shampoo and shower cream and warm water heater provided..Near a east vrajayana buddhism and vegetarian restaurant is suit for buddhism to staying..
Only is the wifi weak that unable to connected to tablet..after connected smartphone also sometime have and sometime unable to internet that my room is located at 3rd level..So if have own roaming internet then would be no problem..Overall I still is satisfied on these hotel..Highly recommendation..

Yes, My customers are not honest, but aren't the hotel rules must show the receipt only can give back the deposit? So disappointed 😔

MMilkbagWent on a short getaway with a few close friends and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights — and we were honestly impressed. Whether you’re planning a chill staycation or exploring a new city, this hotel ticked all the right boxes for a fun and comfortable trip.
🛏️ Room & Comfort:
We booked two deluxe rooms side by side, and they were super clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfy (which we appreciated after walking all day), and there was enough space to hang out, play cards, or just wind down with music. Air conditioning was strong, and the Wi-Fi worked well — which is always a win.
🎒 Perfect for Groups:
They were really accommodating to group requests. We asked for connecting or side-by-side rooms and got them without hassle. Plus, the hotel had a casual vibe — not too strict — so we didn’t feel awkward being a bit noisy (within reason of course). There was even a lounge area in the lobby where we hung out while waiting for rides or food delivery.
🍳 Food & Drinks:
Breakfast was included, and it was surprisingly good! A mix of local dishes and basic Western options like eggs, toast, and fruits. Coffee was decent too. If you’re not into hotel food, there were plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking or delivery distance.
📍 Location:
Super convenient. We were close to shops, restaurants, and some nightlife spots. Everything was either walkable or just a short Grab ride away. We never felt stuck or too far from anything fun.
🧼 Cleanliness & Service:
The hotel was really clean, and daily housekeeping kept things fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or had questions.
💰 Value for Money:
For the price we paid (split among friends), it was 100% worth it. Not luxury-level, but comfortable, clean, and fun — just what you need for a good time without breaking the bank.
🎉 Overall Vibe:
Chill, friendly, and ideal for groups. Not too uptight, not too rowdy — just right. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we’re doing another friends’ trip.

AAnonymous UserThe door locked was not working with the smart card. I had to call the reception and she send her Indian stuff with the key. It open with the key and the card was used for power supply activation instead. The shower floor was slippery and slimy. The towels grouting were dirty. The beddings were yellowish and not exactly hygienic looking. I was given,moldy spotty towel which I requested for exchange. They sent me a new towel, but forgot to take back the moldy towel.. no water replenishment and housekeeping, the second day onwards. no wonder this hotel still had rooms to offer when others were fully booked in the area for the Diwali long weekend.

SSze GuanIt is located at a very convenient location. First of all on the booking details said it has parking. It does not have parking. Only street parking available, need to pay to avoid summon and not alternative pay parking near by. The hotel WiFi was not working. So, I have to use my mobile data. Furthermore, the room floor damaged and was full of cockroaches.
