Lovely hotel, nice and quiet as it’s adults only. Plenty of sunloungers for every one. Good was very good, changed every night so didn’t get boring. Staff were friendly, Sonia, Jenny and Mario really stood out. Clean rooms and pool area, maintained daily

I recently spent 5 nights here all-inclusive with a friend (we are both women in our 20s) and we had a fantastic time. It was our first holiday together and we are so glad we picked this hotel and location. ROOM: we had a room on the bottom floor right by the pool area, which is the best place to be and a very short walk away from the bar, food, and entertainment. Nice little outside area with table and chairs. Cleaners also did a very good job. POOLS: although a little cold, it was nice to have the option of using the pool and jacuzzi. Most of the time they were empty so we could have it to ourselves! We didn’t try the sunbeds - but don’t go on one next to the jacuzzi as you might get soaked! The main downside is the pools are only open 10am-6pm, we wish it was open later. FOOD & DRINK: the food isn’t exactly culinary art but as it’s buffet style we could always find something we liked, and it’s fun to try a bit of everything. Each night has a different theme (e.g., Spanish, Mexican, Italian) so it’s nice to switch things up. Breakfast and lunch were also satisfactory (English brekky available). Decent range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - not many cocktails to choose from and they’re a bit heavy on the flavoured syrups but I can definitely recommend their Sangria and fizzy wine! ENTERTAINMENT: we had an absolute blast during the evening entertainment. A huge shoutout to Valerio, who hosted the kareoke and bingo. He was amazing at interacting with all the guests, getting to know us, and encouraging us to take part in the events and activities. Our positive experience at this hotel was hugely thanks to Valerio, so thank you. There is also a pool table, darts, air hockey and table tennis. LOCATION & TRANSPORT: The beach is a short walk away from the hotel and the temperature of the water is lovely. I highly recommend a sunset swim! The location is brilliant as there is a nearby bus stop on the coast which can get you to the other end of Puerto del Carmen, as well as Costa Teguise and the airport. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we had an amazing time exploring this side of the beautiful island. The water is very clear too! The hotel is also a 30 minute walk away from Rancho Texas Park - an incredible zoo + water park.

The hotel is really good. Cleaning is excellent, the hotel is spotless. The food is good , we have been here for four weeks and we never had the same dish twice. Good choice for everyone. Aida , the entertainment manager is excellent, she makes everyone welcome, always smile on her face! Julio , the manager is a really polite man.

Hotel is very clean, spotless. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very nice, specially pool view rooms. Food is excellent and restaurant is clean. Perfect location from the airport, shops, bars and restaurants. Aida, the entertainer is brilliant, she made me sing and made us laugh. She is very friendly with all the holiday makers.

The hotel was really clean and well maintained. A good variety of food and lots of snacks available throughout the day. Lots of options available for entertainment throughout the day. I loved the yoga (Aida was wonderful) and felt totally relaxed. The staff are excellent and only to happy to help. If you are looking for a relaxing time and a chance to recharge this is the place for you.

The hotel Is superb. Nothing is a problem for the staff, they are very hardworking and friendly. My favourite is Aida, the entertainer lady. She does her job very well and makes everyone involved. And she has very good English. The only disappointment thing is having to leave!
