I stayed here with my sister's. we came away for our first sun holiday together to relax and chill out. We had a beautiful pool side 2 bed apartment which we were delighted with. The pool was lovely and warm also and was a nice area to relax but not until about half nine that's if you put your towel out the night before to get a sunbed. None of us were interested in sunbed wars around the pool that's not what a holiday is to us. I also noticed the that most of the sunbeds with towels were empty till lunch or after. Anyway the main reason for giving such a low rating was the power hose that started at the crack of dawn until 9.30 every morning out side our window and around the pool. We couldn't even sit in our patio during this time as the rude power hose man would blow the water up on top of you as if you weren't there. Power housing tiles and throwing sunbeds around every morning I don't see the need every single day. Then the place was slippy and the sunbtwere soaking. I watched many people try to pass the power hose man to leave the complex but he wouldn't let them pass. Now we were 4 mums on a break looking for a break and not to be woken at the crack every morning. A choice of a lie in would have been nice. We did complain to reception but to no avail unfortunately. It was a pity as the location is ideal. A lot of apartments blocked by trees also. The apartment had everything we needed but you do have to pay extra for cleaning. Reception staff very nice. Cleaners shouting across the pool to eachother also added to the noise. There are some pros but the cons especially the power hose has put us off staying there again. We met many people complaining but if they complained at reception or not I don't know. One couple paid for a pool view and the apartment they got was up the back. No view. Overall we wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed over the new year 24/25 for 5 nights. Family of 5. Booked a 2 bed apartment. 15 mins from the airport by taxi. Reception staff are friendly and accommodating. Previous reviews had mentioned hot water issues in the weeks leading up to our stay and also a daily scramble for sun beds. Both of which were still true during our stay. The water was Luke warm at its hottest, usually in the evening time and the sun beds were blocked/booked with towels from 7:30 onwards. Mostly they remained empty until about noon. Because the pool area is small and tight there isn’t many loungers available anyway. The pool deck itself was also a point of discussion on many reviews and unfortunately our youngest also took a bad fall on it. The ground is extremely slippery between the baby pool and main pool but also around the pool bar and the exit out to dino mart. The apartment itself was fine. Single beds in the bedrooms and a large folding bed in the living area. The bathroom was aged but clean. Loads of storage in both bedrooms. Its location is definitely a bonus. 5 mins to the beach. Surrounded by bars restaurants and shops. 20 mins walk to the shopping center. A solid 4/5.

Lovely apartments, the complex is well laid out and kept very clean. The room was spacious to big bedrooms, bathroom kitchen and lounge area was a good size for 3 adults. Air con was included in the price and not a separate cost which was good. The apartments are a great location for shops, restaurants and the beach - they are only a few minutes away but you are off the main road so it’s not noisy. Great small pool for kids and not too busy with sunbed but note you need to be up before 7am to get one. Definitely recommend for couples or families. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the food there but the wee bar by the pool had a selection of snack, ice creams and drinks.
