Had a lovely stay over Christmas at Casas Heddy. The buffet breakfast and evening meal was perfect, plenty of choice for all tastes. The swimming pool was perfect and the grounds lovely and peaceful. We had read the posts about the walk into the Old Town and it was actually easier and quicker than we were expecting. I think some rooms were better than others. We had a 2nd floor room with lovely terrace whereas my in-laws had a ground floor room with less "outside" space and not such a modern or spacious bathroom. We also thought teas and coffees should be replenished when the rooms were cleaned. However the staff were great and it was a very chilled holiday which is what we were after. Would definitely stay again.

Poor service at the bar. No table service & the chef did not make food after 3.30 look to be very lazy. When I asked could I be served they answered yes. I waited for 15 min before returning to the bar. I asked again if I could order food they just looked over to the chef who wax shaking her head. Very poor especially as I had enjoyed the pool & room.

Very good stay at casas heddy as usual. Clean, friendly, great facilities and good food. My second time back and I would book again. My only suggestion would be for this to become an adults only hotel. It's a relaxing place with a spa , pool , beautiful gardens and overall very calm. Unfortunately if you do get young children at the hotel around the pool who are noisy this can ruin the experience. I say this as it is marketed as a rehab and spa a place for peace and quiet and for you to relax. Say for example you are coming for peace and rehabilitation after an accident the last thing you would want is a couple of screaming kids running around. I feel making this an adults only hotel would certainly improve the experience.

Probably one of the best for price/quality here in Lanzarote. Breakfast well assorted and dinner very well served. Unfortunately I didn't tried the swimming pool or the other services because it didn't rain: that's the only way to keep me in the hotel 😂

Rooms very basic got tea and coffee on first day then didn't get any the rest of the week thought rooms should be cleaned everyday especially as the bins need emptying as have to put toilet tissue in them from photos looked like all rooms had sunbeds but out of six of us only one couple had them not enough sunbeds round the pool and people were putting towels on them very early in morning noone stopping them and sunbeds very tired looking

Had a great 10 night stay at Casas Heddy. The room we had was fabulous with a good view out at the ocean and all the staff were really helpful and polite. Great pool area and table service at the pool bar. Really chilled out holiday, great hotel for relaxing as it's so peaceful.

Arrived at hotel very late at night. Rooms are like bungalow studios. So with 2 bedrooms. Very clean, our room was 144 was just away from pool area. Peaceful and quiet. Have your own sunbeds outside your room. AC. TV, and got some English channels. Food was great. We had b&b and full English each morning, plus all the continental breakfast etc. Staff very friendly. Facilities excellent. Full gym, health and wellness. Hydro pool all free to use if you staying here. A 10 minute walk down to the main street of porta del Carmen. Plenty of bars. But need a taxi back to hotel all up hill. Cheap at 3.50 euros from main promenade. All in all very peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Not very impressed. Rooms very basic, air con was rubbish, no yoga as I was told the woman doing it wasn't making enough so that stopped. Also I wanted a massage & had to whattsapp the lady myself & book as she's not on site!! On a plus note staff are lovely, friendly & helpful, food was good too

This hotel is an excellent place to have a relaxing holiday. Very quiet; but has keep fit activities if you would like to take part in. Michael who organises the activities is a great asset to this hotel. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The pool and surrounding areas are very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was great; a fantastic choice of hot and cold dishes. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. The location is up a slight hill; but if you like walking it’s no problem, but if you want to get a taxi back it’s only 4-5 euros. To walk into the old town it takes about 10-12 mins. If you walk into the *****; it takes about 20-25 mins. We would definitely return and would definitely recommend this hotel.
