Staff was great and very helpful. Jonathan was great and energetic ! The pool was great and the life guard too. It’s a stone throw away from markets , touristic events etc The only gripe I had was with 1 mm ants ? That popped up in the kitchen and bathtub was worn. But it wasn’t dirty. Cleaning lady also cleaned everyday. Definitely a lovely stay for the money and amazing staff.

Just back from a 5 night stay. Can’t fault the staff, all lovely! Was in one of the older rooms, clean but very run down (broken socket in the bathroom where the hair dryer is) dangerous! Was told both pools where heated but only one was but that was fine we just used the heated pool as had two kids with me, the cold one was ice cold there was no way they could use it. First four days there was no problem but all of a sudden on the 5th day we were told the kids couldn’t use their swim rings in the pool! No rings or armbands!! They weren’t in anyones way as they where the only ones in the pool! The odd person would get in for a min or two though out the day. I was told they could use the cold pool with their rings but not the warm one! They could stay in the warm pool but had to take their rings off. So they had to just sit on the steps even tho no one else was using the pool! Was absolutely ridiculous

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with our recent stay at Labranda El Dorado Apartments in Lanzarote, which we booked through your company. We had high expectations based on the hotel description, but our experience was deeply unpleasant and, at times, unsafe. Misleading Room Description We booked a Sea View Superior Room, expecting a pleasant view as advertised. Instead, our room overlooked a skip that remained there for our entire stay. It was nothing like what was shown in the booking details, and we felt completely misled. Unbearable Noise – Impossible to Sleep Our room was located at the very bottom of the complex, directly beside an extremely loud Irish pub. From 9 PM to 2 AM every night, we were subjected to deafening singing, making it impossible to sleep. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every noise from outside and neighboring rooms. By the second night, we were exhausted and frustrated, so we went to reception to ask if we could move to a different room. The hotel was clearly not full, yet when we explained our issue, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. She shrugged, threw her hands up, and said “sorry” with no effort to assist us. When I asked if that meant there was no possibility of moving rooms, she flatly replied, “No, you booked a superior room, that is your room.” We then contacted Jet2, who attempted to help. When we met with the Jet2 rep and another receptionist the following day, we were told the hotel was fully booked and that the only available rooms were five garden view rooms. However, after looking at the hotel map, it was obvious that many rooms were empty, including ones much further from the noise. The staff refused to move us, despite having options available. Had I known that the so-called ‘Superior’ rooms were all located next to a noisy bar, I would never have booked it. Considering it was meant to be a better option than a standard room—and we paid more for it—I expected much better. Serious Safety Concerns on Our Last Night On our final night, we experienced an extremely dangerous situation that made us feel completely unsafe. A car right across the road from our hotel was set on fire and exploded. This was not a small incident—the car was completely engulfed in flames, and there were what we believe to be fireworks or devices being set off in or near the car, possibly even towards the hotel. The hotel staff showed absolutely no concern for guest safety. At no point were we given any information, reassurance, or even an acknowledgment of what was happening. We were extremely worried for our safety, and the lack of response from the hotel was shocking. Poor Room Conditions & Housekeeping At first glance, our room seemed clean, but we quickly noticed multiple issues: • Mold in the bathroom • Ripped bed sheets and towels • A broken couch that doubled as a pull-out bed we didn’t need—the bottom part was exposed and falling apart, making it uncomfortable to s

This was our second visit to PDC but first stay at Hyde Park Lane. My first impression wasn’t great after having stayed at the impressive RIU Paraiso last year! We requested a safe key and the receptionist who was lovely said follow the instructions on the safe but they didn’t work! Another couple who came with us were in the bungalow next door and had the same problem - this was resolved after sending someone out to help. It turned out that you actually don’t follow the instructions on the safe! The apartment was basic but clean and functional with a decent shower so no issues there. After dropping our cases we went to the bar and ordered a large beer and bottle of water. The water was THREE EUROS!! Outrageous. We then realized that you could actually bring your own drinks etc round the pool which is a real bonus here making it perfect for a smaller budget or family holiday . There’s a small supermarket on site too or about a 10 minute stroll to a larger supermarket so very convenient. The place is well kept, the staff and cleaners and most guests were lovely and polite. After a bit of a shaky start the place really grew on us and I think I we would return for another holiday.

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

We had booked to stay at a Villa in Puerto Del Carmen for a fortnight but needed alternative accommodation for the first two nights due to flights. We decided on Club Del Carmen. Service from staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was very clean and spacious with a great view overlooking the pool with the sea just behind. Club Del Carmen is very eco friendly. Great to have a tap with drinking water in our room. You could use the pool at any time during its opening hours but sun beds had to be booked. You could book a morning or afternoon slot. They said it’s usually one slot per day per room, but if people don’t show up for their slot within 30 mins the lifeguard will look to see if there is space for you. We thought the booking system was a great idea. We ate at the restaurant on-site Baily Bar for one of the evenings, the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We were very happy with our short stay and would look to stay again in the future.

large well fitted apartment ,beds where fine decent shower room and more importantly the Tv had most English channels ! I know it’s not a bad thing But in our opinion the cleaners where probably ‘a bit over the top’ cleaning every day but you could ask them not to clean your room as long as you signed their paperwork 9/10 ! The food was excellent with the restaurant being clean with great staff 9/10 .the reception staff could not do enough ,very professional 9/10 ! The total experience of our holiday was a real suprise, after staying at Many hotels in Lanzarote including 5star hotels this was our favourite ( location,cleanliness,comfort,friendly staff and excellent value 👍we would give 10/10 but you always need to leave a small margin just in case we find something better but to honest I don’t think that will happen !
