Great Resort directly at the ocean with super friendly staff and perfect organization. Everything was great, especially the diving with Volker was amazing! Thank you and hope to come back soon!

Had a lovely stay! Kids loved the swimming pool and parents loved the cocktails 😊 Had a good selection for breakfast and menu selection is delicious. Would stay there again!

Our stay at Badladz Beach and dive resort was amazing. From the moment we arrived till our departure. We stayed there for 5 wonderful days. We had initially booked a room and when we got there decided to upgrade to a fully furnished condo. Which was excellent choice, the staff was really helpful and assisted us with all our requests. The cleanliness of the resort and rooms was satisfactory, the food was well prepared and delicious Kudos to the Chef, we did eat outside however i personally did not find the food a enjoyable as at the resort. They gave us great tips about where to go for activities such as Jet Ski, parasailing and snorkeling. People on the island are friendly and helpful. The tricycle rides are 50 pesos, they have fix rates for rides and activities at Minolo Port. One of the things i liked is the water was more clear and less dep at Badladz Resort compared to White Beach. For kids is better and more fun. We recommend this resort for friends, family and for hosting events, It is the right place to enjoy your stay while in Puerto Galera.

The staff are all smiling and approachable. The place is Nice, very relaxing! Will definitely go back, and reccomend to others.

August 23, 2025: A truly terrible experience: 1. Terrible cleanliness: The bed and table were infested with ants. I didn't notice them when I first checked in that afternoon, but after a quick nap, I ended up with several large bites. The pillow was also covered in guest hair... After some difficult negotiation, I moved to a new room, only to find a cockroach the size of my finger in the new room. It was devastating. 2. The extremely rude hotel owner: Have you ever seen a hotel owner drunk at 7 p.m.? He did! The owner, an elderly white man, was still chugging a beer while I was trying to change rooms. He was extremely arrogant and rude, offering no apology at all. He started by saying, "It's normal to have ants in the jungle. This is a beach resort, not a mountaintop camping site. The ants are all in a group!" He even blamed me for waking him up (speechless). The most outrageous thing was that I asked for extra money to change to a room on the same floor, but this guy said he had lost his patience and refused to pay. He only offered me a room on the first floor, which had poor soundproofing. Outside, a group of people were drinking and playing cards, and the music was incredibly loud. Even more outrageous, a cockroach King King stared at me while I was showering... I was completely devastated. This old white man was drunk all night and yelled at the children in the pool, kicking them out if they continued to make noise. I have no idea how a hotel with this kind of behavior can stay open. 3. Poor service: The room had no bedding or blankets, only a thin sheet. Blankets were extra. The hotel is far from the main road and full of puddles. The owner wouldn't let cars in, forcing guests to carry their own luggage. It's outrageous. 4. Food hygiene: I found stones and hair in my breakfast. I was too tired to complain and just ran away. I'm writing this so everyone can avoid this pitfall immediately. After all, there are so many options in the same area; there's no need to spend money on frustration!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and the service was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained. The restaurant's food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The environment was perfect for a vacation. It was a bit far from the city center, but you could find a tuk-tuk outside. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The food was delicious, and the hotel was well worth the price of admission. I'd definitely stay there sometime.

The dishes cooked in this restaurant are a little too salty. If you stay, you can communicate with the front desk. The front desk can also provide services such as island hopping. I chose the longest one, 1000p per person, and the whole service is also very good.

The room is really not very new, but the attitude of the service staff is very good, the food is delicious, and the scenery is also very satisfactory. Fewer mirrors in the room would be nice. It should be good to bring a baby.
