The outdoor pool, surroundings, garden, and amenities are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the themed architecture, landscape, and even the common bathrooms within the castle. The availability of free amenities like the billiards, table tennis, and a gym added to the overall experience. The Wifi is also okay.
However, if you have a car, be aware that parking is quite limited and occasionally locked due to its location in front of a house with a narrow gate. Clear instructions about parking are necessary, as maneuvering on the small road can be challenging. It took them a while to provide clear instructions for the parking.
There's room for improvement in cleanliness, especially with bedsheets that had a lingering smell, possibly indicating insufficient drying. Additionally, the water kettle and cups seemed like they hadn't been washed thoroughly.
Overall, my family enjoyed their stay there and with more improvements and the staff being more responsive before and during the stay would even make this place even better.

We stayed 3D 2N this weekend and overall our stay was very good. We arrived 11.30am and at check-in was shown straight to our room. Very clean, 2 double beds for myself, my wife and son. Very strong AC, excellent water pressure, plenty of cable channels and comfy bean bag type sofa on the patio. Food OK and good value, ice cold beers which is a must, good size swimming pool and very clean, staff friendly and attentive. Dive shop attached but I am not a diver, but it seemed busy. Surprisingly Sabang was very quiet and seems to be undergoing a big face-lift so be prepared for lots of building works. The only cons, though minor, no complimentary water, tea or coffee and no kettle or cups but once we requested they were delivered in minutes and before we got to our room at check-in we were being hassled about booking an excursion. Give guests time to settle in first. Overall very good and would recommend.

This is not only the best resort I've stayed at in the Philippines but is up there with the best I've stayed at globally. As an Australian who has travelled a lot, my expectations of hotels and resorts are high, and this resort lived up to my expectations. The hotel hosted my birthday party, with 25 of my friends attending. The service and food was amazing, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Puerto Galera to stay here. I will be back!!

I've been coming to Sabang for 15 years. I've stayed at this place more than 5 times during various visits, its now my most favorite place to stay in Sabang and White beach. things have changed since the pandemic, access and travel time, but well worth the effort. once you arrive, I don't even have to check in, I just show up and tell them which rooms I'd prefer, and its done. the rooms are large, 11, 12 and 14, my favs. their clean, good aircon, good wifi, great bathrooms and shower, warm water, TV works, has cable, viewing deck comfortable and glass slider access. food is the best I've had on the island, Mel, the chef, is great and very accommodating, he gave me my own personal access to the early morning bar to make my own brewed coffee, that'll never happen anywhere else folks, and he's a great cook. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they speak good English, the place stays open until the visitors are finished with their entertainment. the pool is small, yet wonderful, access within walking distance from your get off taxi, but not very wheelchair friendly, not much of the PI is unfortunately, I plan to make this my only option to stay when visiting the island. I recommend calling ahead to check availability and have a back up plan because they fill up during high season. access to the island has changed a bit. Batangas seaport is your beginning and you can only arrive in PeurtoGaler, then can only take a tricycle and/or Tuktuk to get there, takes about 35 minutes, cost about 350 pesos and is better then white beach hands down. has walking distance to bars, clubs, nightlife, yet far enough away to be silent for sleeping, many scuba shops and options, its a scuba mecca, you can YouTube many themes here and you should, I can't recommend this place enough and if your on the fence, pull the trigger, its worth it. good luck and be nice.

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж.
Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной.
Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано.
У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности.
В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels .
And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money.
Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel.
But for sure I will go back there

Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a litte further down the sea front but tucked away from the noise while still being right on the water. The room was immaculate and spacious, cleaned everyday and (surprisingly) mosquito-free. The resaurant offers fantastic food at a great price and the whole place has a family run vibe. And it's this that I rate so highly about the place. I was solo travelling over the Christmas holiday and the ladies that run the hotel were so so welcoming and friendly.They offered for me to join their Christmas dinner and kept breakfast open to me 15-20 minutes late so I could catch the 9am dive and still eat when I came back. They were all so lovely, it didn't feel like I was alone over the festive period. If I am ever to visit PG again, I'll 100% be staying at Out of the Blue.

Lovely to return to one of my favourite hotels in the Philippines.I love the location of Blue Crystal; away from all the hustle and bustle of Sabang and Puerto Galera. The friendly, helpful staff are still working at the resort and worked hard to make my stay a very pleasant one. I look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

The manager asked to upgrade the room but with additional fee. We’re on a budget and could not afford to do that. I immediately asked assistance from Trip.com because the voucher I’ve received is no kitchenette and it’s inconvenient because instead of us can cook to save we need to buy pricey meals in White beach. Lucky, Howard offered us to compensate regarding the inconvenience because it stressed me out. Thanks to him.

The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

PPengguna TetamuI cannot say enough good things about Arkipelago Divers and Beach Resort. I stayed for 9 days and did 29 dives. The food was great, the service was warm and friendly and the vibe was one of family. Amy and Pedro Magsino have a well-run organization that goes all-out for their guests. I had a second floor pool view room and was very comfortable. The AC was so strong I had it turn it down. I usually went diving with Jay and Nicko. Those guys taught me how to muck dive and shoot macro photos. They identified nudibranchs and other small critters for me to take photos of. James showed me how to optimize my Olympus TG-6 camera for shooting small things. Chris, Lovely and Christine were awesome upstairs in the restaurant and Joy helped edit my pictures and made a really nice short video of my highlights at the end of my trip. I would love to return and bring friends one day. Maraming salamat po!

Ddan sThis is a great place to dive the diving is easy, and they have their own pier the resort is not a 5 star luxury hotel. It is how very comfortable and the food service is excellent. We did the full board meal plan but next time will do the Al a cart meals. Asian Diver is the name of the shop connected with the resort. All of the guides were great at spotting the little things like seahorses Nudibranchs and ghost pipefish.

PPengguna TetamuThis place is suitable for those Travelers with their cars ‘cause it is situated on the hillside of the island - away from the public and famous white beach. I was with my family last June 2023. The most commendable is Ate at the reception. She’s on hand with all your concerns and can attend to whatever requests or issues you may have. She’s so friendly, kind and cheerful. There are few cats around that make me happy about ‘cause I am a feline lover. The place itself is animal-friendly. Rooms are not built as high-end as Henann’s – the one you see in Bora. If you are not choosy and too meticulous about the rooms? This will suit your budget. In fact, there were foreigners who got to appreciate the natural surroundings and the stillness of the place. Always keep in mind that do not expect more for the price you pay. Always be a reasonable and fair Traveller.

Friendly little pool Noisy AC (old) in the room. Simple breakfast but quite varied. Jinn and John took care of us Salamat po :) Highly recommend
