Ulasan Grand Crucero Hotel

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

Good clean hotel with big rooms. I had a room overlooking the main road with the park in the distance. The hotel is about 20min walk from the city centre. The staff speak limited English but they were still helpful. Breakfast selection is aufficient.

Nice sized rooms, nice pool area. Handy for the park and walkable to the central area. Nice breakfast

這個賓館是不錯的，附近有一個公交車站，去大瀑布很方便，去伊瓜蘇港都可以。環境不錯，走到小鎮不遠，十分鐘，附近有不少飯店，從機場出來有中巴可以送到這個賓館，票價900比索，蠻方便的。

感覺都不是錯而且服務很好

服務很好的一家飯店，協助叫計程車去機場很貼心的把價格寫在紙條上 一樓的餐不錯吃，麵條是亞洲人會喜歡的口味

Is rated 4 star, but I think is closer to being 3 star. Lovely staff, very comfortable bed, OK buffet breakfast. Just before I left to check out, the toilet overflowed because of a blockage. Fortunately I did not need to use the bathroom any more.

The place is fine. Close enough to the park. The gym could definitely benefit from equipment purchased this decade.

Low quality soap and toiletries, minimum amounts,. Very early check out at 10:00am and check in after 3pm. No flexibility at check out.

One night stay, nice hotel but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to flight changes came very late. Close to Falls.

Terrible place. One of the worst we've stayed in. They ***** away everything from hair dryers to shower gel, even towels you need a voucher for. They put in a cabinet for a fridge but took that away. Food is really poor quality both breakfast and bar food. Staff seemed aggressive and hostile towards guests. Really didn't care about guestsm Located well outside city centre as advertised. Really don't have anything good about it other than it's a room with a roof over it. Just avoid.
