Hotel Piren

We stayed 4 nights during our peninsula Valdez excursions. Unfortunately we booked a room with sea view not expecting a insufficient insulation. The traffic and partying people with hammering loud music until morning hours just across the road did not allow for a good rest at night. The hotel wa fully booked and we could not change the room but had to cope with it. Due to the construction of the hotel - the breakfast / cafeteria room was in sort of a patio without ceiling - the noise of people and the kitchen staff could be heard on all floors! This is definitely not a hotel to relax or enjoy a good nights sleep! The advantage is that it is near restaurants, shops and the "boardwalk". The room was clean, the shower at times lacked hot water and the service ok.

The very nice, accommodating staff definitely made things better during our stay. For example, when the scrambled eggs were cold at breakfast, they heated them up for us . When it was impossible to get our normal-sized car into the parking spot we were given in the small parking garage, the very nice guys at the front desk gave us a better spot. We had a beautiful ocean view from our room!

We stayed there 3 nights on a short road trip across Patagonia. We arrived with no reservation (note that in Argentina we are struggling through the second wave of Covid 19 and tourism is very low) and we offered a very attractive discount. Good start for a great stay. The hotel is very clean, the room with a sea view was large, confortable and all was in good working order. I special note to the decoration. Ver colorful pictures of a local artist gave it a modern look. Location is also perfect. By the sea and close to shops and restaurants, The breakfast was very good and in general amenities were nice (including parking space) but the most remarkable side of all was the staff. Always friendly and helpful. The masseuse (Fabiana) we hired for a session was excellent and was a perfect match for a relaxing break. A bonus was that we had to leave before our 4th night due to new standing restrictions to circulation. We asked if we could get a refund and there wasn't a hint of doubt, even when we had paid by CC and in installments.

El hotel tiene todo lo que tiene que tener un hotel para sentirse a gusto y confortable. Todo el personal es muy amable, mi habitación me encanto. Viaje sola y me sorprendió gratamente en todas sus formas El desayuno es genial, súper completo además de exquisito.

ESTE HOTEL ES UNA ESTAFA. Paramos con mi señora y mi bebe , nos alojaron en la habitación 218 la cual notamos al entrar un poco fria, pusimos la calefacción y nos fuimos a almorzar, volvimos y estaba mucho mas fria,baje a recepción y me dijeron que no andaba la calefacción que me podian dar un caloventor y sabanas xq no estaba habilitada la calefacción. Bueno nos dieron el calefactor electrico, resulta que salto la termica y al rato no anduvo mas la luz de la habitacion. A las 12 de la noche nos cambiaron a la habitacion 515, la cual estaba helada y la unica solucion fue darnos mas mantas, me bañe y sali temblando , a mi bebe le tuvimos que poner dos conjuntos de ropa y dormir abrazados para calentarlo. NUNCA MAS PARO EN ESTE HOTEL , Y VOY A CONTARLO EN TODOS LADOS. Los chicos de la recepción demasiado atentos para el pesimo hotel donde trabajan. Entiendo que prender la calefacción no es tan complicado, debe ser una orden desde la empresa para ahorrar a costa de los clientes. Si fuera solo yo me la bancaba , pero mi bebe de 3 meses no tiene la culpa del mal servicio de este hotel inescrupulosos. LAMENTABLE . Hice el reclamo en el libre de quejas.

Increíble lugar y servicio. Respondieron a todas nuestras necesidades con amabilidad y profesionalismo. Nos encantó y volveremos. La vista frente al mar espectacular ! Las camas son súper confortables , y el desayuno de lo mejor por variedad y servicio.

Amabilidad y servicio por donde se lo vea. Siempre atentos a satisfacer las necesidades del huesped. Nos hospedamos en el duplex, muy comodo, con cocina equipada y balcon con vista espectacular. El desayuno impecable. Fiambres y quesos, panes caseros, dulces regionales, pasteleria de primer nivel y casera, jugos de varios sabores. Pileta pequeña pero muy limpia y agua con temperatura bien caliente. Todo extremadamente limpio y cuidando detalles. Tuvimos un contratiempo personal el ultimo dia, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, tanto el recepcionista, como las personas de limpieza. Muy cerca de los restaurantes de playa y del centro. Volveria sin dudarlo

Muy buena ubicación sobre la costanera, el desayuno es variado y con frutas de estación, tiene una hermosa vista al mar argentino. Vidreado, muy luminoso y cerca de los paseos céntricos y restaurantes y bares. Recomiendo la experiencia con amigos o familia.

Confortable, la habitación espaciosa e impecable. El desayuno muy bueno y muy bien atendido. El ascensor panorámico un 10! El espacio de piscina y spa ideal y justo para un momento de relax entre tantas actividades y excursiones. La atención del personal super cordial y correcta.
