Trip started with Kuya Darwin, one of their very friendly and competent drivers. Super near and accessible to nearby tours that you can book at the front desk. Our room was quite modern with a spacious and comfortable bed, with just the right amount of pillows! Food and drinks were a highlight being very affordable with great serving sizes! Overall great stay with all the amenities you need.

I had an amazing stay at Panja Resort Palawan. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque environment that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
The hotel environment was perfect, with lush greenery and a tranquil atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the place. The pool area was fantastic, offering a great spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly enhanced my experience.

Had the best time at The Funny Lion! They provided complimentary airport transfers and bikes, which made getting around so convenient. The staff helped us book tours and rentals, making our trip hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with free tote bags, drinks, coffee and fruits. The variety of complimentary fruity drinks was a delightful touch. They're SUPER accommodating. Shout-out to Desiree and their general manager, Mike. And especially, Livia that's been in contact with me via WhatsApp. She on top of everything.
While the food is a bit pricey, the 999 Saturday dinner buffet was super worth it. Our room was impeccably clean with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious, very clean, and had excellent water pressure. We appreciated the bidet and the abundance of towels. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.
They also gave us complimentary cookies and friendship bracelets when we checked out and even brought us to the airport. As first-time visitors to Palawan, The Funny Lion gave us the best vacation ever. Highly recommend!

For a beachfront hotel, it’s nice but definitely needs updating. We upgraded to a suite with beachfront view. The view was beautiful and calming. The room itself was a good size with a full size bed and a little divider wall separating the room from the futon. There was a microwave and mini fridge. We had a bathtub which was helpful for our small kids. All in all the room was fine but nothing spectacular, it served the purpose of sleep. The view though was amazing. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy but it did the job of feeding us. The pool was nice and big, not deep I think it was only 3 and 4 feet. The staff were kind and accommodating. They spoke English well. The property is about a 15 min tricycle ride to town and they had a driver waiting. You can also take a car, the front desk will give you a list of numbers you can call. Take advantage of the tables and chairs facing the beach- it was lovely just sitting and admiring the view. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for simple beachfront accommodations but don’t expect five star.

Excellent place for staycation with family and loved ones if you want a place where you can relax and breathe sea breeze with nice ambience. Has friendly, approachable and professional hotel staffs, rooms are opened using a key card - spacious with minimalist designs, beds and comforters are nice, with free water bottles, water heater and coffee. Also comes with clean toilet with free toiletries (towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shower cap & vanity kit [cotton buds] also includes free rubber slippers for all around and comfy use) as well as hair dryer/blower attached at the side of bathroom mirror, the room also has a vault safety box, flatscreen TV and mini refrigerator. The buildings have elegant structures. They also have really great swimming pool area! We got a room that is pool access and it made our stay more wonderful. Foods are delicious. Great buffet set up. Sunset can be watched at the rooftop of the gazebo near the seashore. You can borrow and ride a bicycle inside the hotel premises and do kayaking if the sea is high tide. Very nice and instagrammable place! Will definitely come back here for sure.

A nice stay in general and the hotel is really lovely. The staff were helpful. The restaurant was lacking in meals and drinks availability. Although we set off early they prepared a simple breakfast to take with us which was very thoughtful. The water provided is only two bottles a day and after that you have to pay 100 pesos per bottle.

This is supposedly the only 5 star resort in the area which is sad as I think competition might actually inspire them to do better. The place itself is very nice and initial impressions are quite excellent. But the longer we stayed the more we noticed the lack of upkeep in the rooms. The size of the bathroom is big but there is not a single electrical outlet inside so you cannot plug in anything not even the hairdryer. The shower glass door does not close shut and with the very strong water pressure you can be assured of a very wet overflowing floor outside of the shower enclosure. We paid for 2 extra persons in the room which they informed us meant sharing the beds and breakfast inclusive but they don’t automatically provide the extra towels. Even after calling them to request for more towels they still took more than 2 days to give us our extra towels. The water in the pool is quite warm and not refreshing as the heat of the sun kept it quite warm but some of our friends actually liked it that way so it’s more of a personal preference. The drying rack in the balcony is a nice touch as we can dry our swim clothes there. There are also water dispensers in the hallway which is great for refilling the complimentary glass bottles of water provided. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rates but don’t expect anything extraordinary. The Italian restaurant in the resort does not seem to be ready for the tourist influx as food came out ever so slowly and we felt bad for the foreign tourists who don’t complain as much as the locals so we did get our food faster than they did. The resort is expanding so there is construction ongoing which is a positive sign of tourist revival in PP which I’m happy about for them but I wish they would also pay closer attention to the upkeep of the existing rooms.

First of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

Роскошный новый (3 месяца с открытия) отель с великолепным пляжем. Уровень соответствует бренду, с учётом небольшой загрузки получаешь эксклюзивный отдых. Цена по спецпредложению очень привлекательная. Хорошие завтраки, можно брать ужин (шведский стол не каждый день). Больше недели полагаю будет скучно, но если хочется пляжного отдыха в уединении, посмотреть Подземную реку, то это замечательный вариант.

PPengguna TetamuI recently attended the October Fest at Canvas Hotel with my friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel had a wide variety of cocktails and delicious food options, including some mouthwatering pizzas. It's an awesome place for bonding and having a great time. One highlight was the ”Chill Night” they host every Friday, which added to the fun and made the evening even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was in great condition, clean, and well-maintained, which definitely enhanced our experience. I must give a special shoutout to the waiters at Canvas. They were all incredibly accommodating and made our visit even more enjoyable. Also, a big thanks to Ms. HR for arranging this wonderful bonding. She's always so accommodating, and it's greatly appreciated. Overall, our time at Canvas Hotel was a blast. We had a lot of fun and genuinely enjoyed ourselves. I'm now looking forward to planning a staycation with my family there and will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends. It's a place where good times are guaranteed!

DDaniel DavidCitadel (the name of one of the owners) is probably the ”best for the money” mini-resort in Puerto Princesa! My room had a king bed, was comfortable and included satellite TV, a fridge and sink area. The grounds a pool are clean, neat and look great. The pool is amazing for a property size. Even though the Citadel is located 1.5km away from one of the main roads and the Robinson's Mall there are small food stores nearby for basic needs. It's easy to get a tricycle from the road near the property to just about anywhere in the Puerto area. Do ask one of the locals what the fare should be to the placey you want to go.
Francois and Citadel, the owners are very nice and helpful. You will enjoy your at the Citadel!
BONUS TIP: Just up the road (north) to the left is a food store and cafe on the right side of the road. Inside is a dental office run by Dr Joy Zapanta. She offers a full range of dental services. I got my teeth cleaned for about US$20. I could see dental tourism as a future business for Dr Joy. Enjoy your stay at the Citaldel and get all your dental work done!

PPengguna TetamuWe did not want to leave this place! From our travels across the Philippines, this was by far, one of the loveliest hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s small but perfect. It’s clean, the room décor is lovely and super cosy! The bathroom was lovely, we did have a broken shower, but it was fixed within minutes of us reporting it. The food in the restaurant was tasty, alongside this, so we’re the cocktails. We were lucky that the hotel was fairly quiet when we stayed, and we spent most evenings having the pool to ourselves. The best asset of this hotel was the staff! Jayanne was our knight in shining armour, she was unbelievably helpful in answering all our questions and sorting our laundry out for us. Another outstanding member of the reception team was Kath, who was equally as helpful. Jan was our main server in the restaurant and it’s obvious he put a lot of care and attention into his work, both he and Jay were extremely lovely and attentive. This hotel also has a fantastic location, it’s only a 15-minute walk from a main shopping centre but our favourite day was walking towards a little local beach through the village, it was bliss and worth a walk if you stay here. As the hotel is set back from the main road, there’s no heavy traffic passing by. The only absolute downside I could advise on staying here is that next door, the neighbour was farming cockerels (for the fighting season), I don’t know if this was a temporary sport, or he has them all year round, but they were SO loud! And when they made any noise, so did all the local dogs. It genuinely didn’t ruin our stay, but it did become our alarm early each morning. Other than that, this hotel was practically perfect, we would love to come back!

PPengguna TetamuMy bed was sooo big it would fit 4 people😅 Room was clean and all amenities work. Had a swim on my last night and I had the pool all to myself😍 Staff were courteous and helped me with my way around the city. Staff at the dining area where I had breakfast were also nice and helpful. Location wise, its in front of a mall(where I bought some personal things and had dinner), near a spa(where I had a sauna and massage), and 5-10mins walk from our seminar venue. It was also near the airport, 5-10mins multicab ride. So it was a very convenient place. All in all, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

IIssaFrankThe stay was a great escape from the city noise. The place is pretty remote, so it’s super peaceful and quiet.
When we checked in, most of the other guests had just checked out, so we were the only guests for the day. This made it even more relaxing. The reception was awesome, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away.
The pool was a bit of a letdown. We wanted to take a dip after checking in, but there were a lot of fallen leaves from the trees, which made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned for the day. Since the previous guests had just left, I assumed they were just about to clean the pool. It’s too bad because the pool area could have been a great spot to chill.
Our room was spacious but didn’t have a fridge. The receptionist mentioned that none of their rooms have fridges, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, since the room is spacious, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down, which may not be ideal on hotter days.
There was a table and chair for two just outside our room. We brought cooked crabs with us and ordered rice from their restaurant. The staff allowed us to use the table outside and even assisted by bringing the rice, as well as plates, utensils, and other items, to the table. They were very helpful, allowing us to enjoy the food we brought.
Overall, it was a nice stay because of the quiet location away from the city. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway and don’t mind a few minor issues, Acacia Tree Garden Resort is a good choice.

KKenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

PPengguna TetamuOur experience here is not really good. We booked 4 room. Super low water pressure, heater is not working, slightly dirty linens, telephone is also not working, we also experience electricity interruption due to bad weather but the emergency light on each rooms are all not working! My boyfriend's room has a lot of mosquitos and their aircon is super dusty, my mom's room's toilet has no flush. The only good thing about this place is its price.

Otherwise I was disappointed for the following reasons (some are illustrated by pictures) There was a fridge in the room which had rust that didn’t work, there was what looks like mould in the bathroom. There was a electrical plug socket hanging half of the wall ( do not think safe to use). There was an extra guest on the floor- not sure if it was there for decoration or if it was alive ( picture will show you what I mean).The accommodation is right at the back of the main road. Which means you have a long path to walk down to get to it. Not ideal at night to be honest Not an accommodation I would stay at again to be honest.

Almost 4 in the morning we arrived in Rovia, tas phnga n agad nga lasing. Comfortable tas okay n okay s gaya nmin n gsto mlayo sa city at peaceful. Thank youuuu 👍❤️
